Abstract
Description
本発明の実施形態によれば、芳香族カルボン酸、C10若しくはそれ以上の脂肪族カルボン酸、又はそれらの混合物を、金属加工液中のホウ酸の代替物として使用して、有害性の低い金属加工液を提供することができる。
表1に示す量の以下の化学成分を組み合わせることによって、第1組成物、実施例1を調製した。
Claims (14)
- 水、油、及びpH緩衝系を含む金属加工液組成物であって、pH緩衝系は、1又は複数の有機酸と1又は複数の有機アミンとを含み、有機酸は、芳香族カルボン酸及びC10又はそれ以上の脂肪族カルボン酸からなる群から選択され、そして1又は複数の有機アミンは、少なくとも50mgKOH/gのアミン価を有する脂肪族アミン及び芳香族アミンから選択される、金属加工液組成物。
- 水、油、及びpH緩衝系を含む金属加工液組成物であって、pH緩衝系は、ホウ素を含まず、かつ、芳香族カルボン酸及びC7又はそれ以上の脂肪族カルボン酸からなる群から選択される1又は複数の有機酸と、少なくとも50mgKOH/gのアミン価を有する脂肪族アミン及び芳香族アミンから選択される1又は複数の有機アミンを含むアルカリ性剤と、を含む、金属加工液組成物。
- 芳香族カルボン酸が、構造:HOOCR−(C6H4)−R’COOH(R及びR’は、(CH2)n(式中、0≦n≦18)から独立して選択される)を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の金属加工液組成物。
- 芳香族カルボン酸が、フタル酸、イソフタル酸、及びテレフタル酸からなる群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の金属加工液組成物。
- 芳香族カルボン酸がテレフタル酸である、請求項1又は2に記載の金属加工液組成物。
- 1又は複数の有機アミンが、モノエタノールアミン、メチルペンタメチレンジアミン、及びそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の金属加工液組成物。
- 組成物が、8.5〜10.0の範囲のpHを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の金属加工液組成物。
- 1又は複数の有機酸が、C10〜C18脂肪酸及びC6〜C30芳香族ジカルボン酸のうちの少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の金属加工液組成物。
- 組成物が、0.2〜20重量%の1又は複数の有機酸を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の金属加工液組成物。
- 組成物が、約0.1〜約25重量%の1又は複数の有機アミンを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の金属加工液組成物。
- 流体力学的潤滑剤、境界潤滑剤、極圧潤滑剤、鋳鉄腐食防止剤、イエローメタル腐食防止剤、アルミニウム腐食防止剤、乳化剤、ヒドロトロープ、殺生物剤、及び消泡剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の金属加工液組成物。
- 組成物が、ホウ酸及びその塩を含まない、請求項1に記載の金属加工液組成物。
- 組成物が、8.5〜10.0の範囲のpHを有し、かつ、C7〜C30飽和又は不飽和カルボン酸を含む0.2〜20重量%の1又は複数の有機酸を含む、請求項1に記載の金属加工液組成物。
- 請求項1、2、12、又は13のいずれか1項に記載の金属加工液を用いて金属表面又は工具のうちの少なくとも一方を冷却及び潤滑しながら金属被加工物の表面を工具に接触させることによって、金属被加工物を成形することを含む、金属加工方法。
