Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の水溶性金属加工剤は、N,N,N’,N’−テトラメチルヘキサメチレンジアミン等のN,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物、並びにアニオン系界面活性剤及び非イオン系界面活性剤の少なくとも1種を含有し、水溶性金属加工剤全量を100質量%とした場合、上記N,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物を0.5〜30質量%含有することを特徴とする。本発明のクーラントは、本発明の水溶性金属加工剤を水等の希釈剤により、上記N,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物の含有量が0.01質量%以上とすることにより調製することができる。

〔2〕水溶性金属加工剤全量を100質量%とした場合、上記N,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物の含有量が0.5〜30質量%である上記〔1〕記載の水溶性金属加工剤。
〔3〕上記N,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物が、下記一般式(1)で表される化合物である上記〔1〕又は〔2〕記載の水溶性金属加工剤。
〔4〕上記一般式(1)で表される化合物が、下記一般式(2)で表される化合物である上記〔3〕記載の水溶性金属加工剤。
〔5〕更にアニオン系界面活性剤及び非イオン系界面活性剤の少なくとも1種を含有する上記〔1〕乃至〔4〕のいずれかに記載の水溶性金属加工剤。
〔6〕N,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物を含有し、クーラント全量を100質量%とした場合、上記N,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物の含有量が0.01質量%以上であることを特徴とするクーラント
〔7〕上記〔1〕乃至〔5〕のいずれかに記載の水溶性金属加工剤を希釈剤により希釈して得られる上記〔6〕記載のクーラント。
〔8〕上記〔1〕乃至〔5〕のいずれかに記載の水溶性金属加工剤を希釈剤により希釈し、クーラント全量を100質量%とした場合、N,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物の含有量を0.01質量%以上とすることを特徴とするクーラントの調製方法。
〔9〕水溶性金属加工剤に対してN,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物を添加することを特徴とする水溶性金属加工剤の微生物劣化防止方法。
〔10〕上記〔1〕乃至〔5〕のいずれかに記載の水溶性金属加工剤又は上記〔6〕若しくは〔7〕記載のクーラントを用い、金属被加工物を加工することを特徴とする金属加工。
本発明の水溶性金属加工剤において、上記N,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物の含有量を0.5〜30質量%とすると、耐微生物劣化性に優れ、腐敗を十分に抑制できる水溶性金属加工剤とすることができる。
本発明の水溶性金属加工剤において、上記N,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物が、上記一般式(1)又は(2)で表される化合物であると、耐微生物劣化性に優れ、腐敗を十分に抑制できる水溶性金属加工剤とすることができる。
本発明の水溶性金属加工剤において、更にアニオン系界面活性剤及び非イオン系界面活性剤の少なくとも1種を含有すると、更に耐微生物劣化性に優れ、腐敗を十分に抑制できる水溶性金属加工剤とすることができる。
本発明のクーラントは、上記構成を備えることにより、耐微生物劣化性に優れ、腐敗を十分に抑制できるクーラントとすることができる。
本発明のクーラントの調製方法は、上記構成を備えることにより、容易に上記作用効果を奏する本発明のクーラントを得ることができる。
本発明の水溶性金属加工剤の微生物劣化防止方法は、上記構成を備えることにより、長期に渡って水溶性金属加工剤の腐敗を十分に抑制できる。
本発明の金属加工は、上記構成を備えることにより、油剤管理を容易にし、作業環境の悪化及び人体の健康に対する悪影響を抑制しつつ、金属加工を行うことができる。
本発明の水溶性金属加工剤は、N,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物(以下、単に「テトラアルキルジアミン化合物」という。)を含有することを特徴とする。
本発明のクーラントは、上記テトラアルキルジアミン化合物を含有し、クーラント全量を100質量%とした場合、上記テトラアルキルジアミン化合物の含有量が0.01質量%以上であることを特徴とする。また、本発明のクーラントの調製方法は、本発明の水溶性金属加工剤を希釈剤により希釈し、クーラント全量を100質量%とした場合、上記テトラアルキルジアミン化合物の含有量を0.01質量%以上とすることを特徴とする。
本発明の水溶性金属加工剤の微生物劣化防止方法は、水溶性金属加工剤に対してN,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物を添加することを特徴とする。
本発明の金属加工は、本発明の水溶性金属加工剤又は本発明のクーラントを用いて、金属被加工物を加工することを特徴とする。
表1に示す各成分を、表1に示す割合で配合することにより、実験例1〜8の各水溶性金属加工剤を調製した。表1の組成を示す単位は質量%である。尚、表1に記載した各成分の詳細は、以下の通りである。
鉱物油:スピンドル油(動粘度;8mm2/s(40℃) アニリン点;59℃)
合成エステル:オレイン酸−2−エチルヘキシル
エーテルカルボン酸:ポリオキシエチレンオレイルエーテルカルボン酸
非イオン性界面活性剤:ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル(C15及びC16)の混合物
防腐剤:ヘキサヒドロ−トリス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)−S−トリアジン
表1に示す実験例1〜8の各水溶性金属加工剤を水道水で希釈し、クーラントを調製した。このクーラントを微生物劣化試験の試料として使用した。このクーラント中の水溶性金属加工剤の濃度は3.3質量%である。
生菌数は、普通寒天培地を用い、プレートカウント法により測定した。また、酵母真菌数及び糸状真菌数は、ポテトデキストロース寒天培地を用い、プレートカウント法により測定した。
臭気の評価は、臭気の強さを下記の三段階の評価基準に基づいて測定した。
○:腐敗臭なし、
△:やや腐敗臭がある、
×:腐敗臭がある
さび止め性の評価は、鋳物切屑法によって行った。具体的には、約15gのドライカットした鋳物切屑(FC25、8ないし12メッシュ)をペトリ皿(内径60mm)に採取した。次いで、該ペトリ皿に上記各試料25mlを添加し、十分に振とうした後、約4分間静置した。その後、上記各試料を傾斜法によって除去し、ペトリ皿上に発生するさびを経時により観察した。
◎:さびの発生なし、
○:さびが数点発生、
△:錆が十数点発生、
×:さびが1/3面以上発生
表2により、本願発明に含まれる実験例1〜4では、4週間経過してもpHの低下が少なく、pHは9.0以上を維持していた。また、実験例1〜4は、4週間経過しても、生菌数が103個/ml未満であり、酵母真菌数及び糸状真菌数は未検出であった。更に、実験例1〜4では、4週間経過しても24時間さびが発生しなかった。
Claims (10)
- N,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物を含有することを特徴とする水溶性金属加工剤。
- 水溶性金属加工剤全量を100質量%とした場合、上記N,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物の含有量が0.5〜30質量%である請求項1記載の水溶性金属加工剤。
- 更にアニオン系界面活性剤及び非イオン系界面活性剤の少なくとも1種を含有する請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の水溶性金属加工剤。
- N,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物を含有し、クーラント全量を100質量%とした場合、上記N,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物の含有量が0.01質量%以上であることを特徴とするクーラント
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の水溶性金属加工剤を希釈剤により希釈して得られる請求項6記載のクーラント。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の水溶性金属加工剤を希釈剤により希釈し、クーラント全量を100質量%とした場合、N,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物の含有量を0.01質量%以上とすることを特徴とするクーラントの調製方法。
- 水溶性金属加工剤に対してN,N,N’,N’−テトラアルキルジアミン化合物を添加することを特徴とする水溶性金属加工剤の微生物劣化防止方法。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の水溶性金属加工剤又は請求項6若しくは7記載のクーラントを用い、金属被加工物を加工することを特徴とする金属加工。
