Claims (3)
- 金属製のコンクリート用粗骨材の製造方法であって、該粗骨材を構成する金属の表面に、電極を用いてアーク放電を行うことにより該電極から生じる溶融金属滴を付着させることを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項1記載のコンクリート用粗骨材の製造方法であって、金属パイプに所定の間隔をあけて45〜90度ずれた方向から塑性変形又は押し切りを行うことにより略四面体又は略四面体同士が1つの辺で結合した形状の物を得、その表面にアーク放電により電極から生じる溶融金属滴を付着させる製造方法。
- 請求項1記載のコンクリート用粗骨材の製造方法であって、複数本の金属パイプを平面状に並置し、互いに接触させながら各金属パイプを回転させ、それらの表面全体にアーク放電により電極から生じる溶融金属滴を付着させ、溶融金属滴が付着した金属パイプに、所定間隔をあけて45〜90度ずれた方向から塑性変形又は押し切りを行うことにより、略四面体又は略四面体同士が1つの辺で結合した形状のコンクリート用粗骨材を製造する方法。
