1)上記スポンジ本体の各成分の組成を上記質量部で反応釜中へ投入し、混合して撹拌させ、それを発泡・熟成させ、ただし、撹拌速度は3000−5000r/min、温度は18−25℃、圧力は0.1−0.3MPa、ガス注入量は0.1−3L/min、発泡速度は2−5m/min、発泡高さは30−110cm、熟成温度は20−30℃、熟成時間は50−80hであるステップと、
2)熟成処理したスポンジに対して離型処理を行い、第1のスポンジ本体を得てから、必要に応じて切断加工を行うステップと、
3)高速剪断撹拌方法を採用して、上記通気コーティングレーヤの各成分の組成を上記質量部で混合して均一に撹拌させ、撹拌速度は1000−4000r/minとし、第1の混合物を得るステップと、
4)ステップ3で得られた第1の混合物をステップ2で得られた第1のスポンジ本体上に1−3回で塗布させ、コーティングレーヤの厚みが0.03−0.3mmになるように制御して、温度30−90℃、1−10minで乾燥してから、室温下で放置させ、5−7hで熟成させることによって、通気スポンジを製造するステップと、

1)前記スポンジ本体の各成分の組成を前記質量部で反応釜中へ投入し、混合して撹拌させ、それを発泡・熟成させ、ただし、撹拌速度は4000r/min、温度は20℃、圧力は0.2MPa、ガス注入量は2L/min、発泡速度は4m/min、発泡高さは100cm、熟成温度は25℃、熟成時間は70hであるステップと、
2)熟成処理したスポンジに対して離型処理を行い、第1のスポンジ本体を得てから、必要に応じて切断加工を行うステップと、
3)高速剪断撹拌方法を採用して、前記通気コーティングレーヤの各成分の組成を前記質量部で混合して均一に撹拌させ、撹拌速度は2000r/minとし、第1の混合物を得るステップと、
4)ステップ3で得られた第1の混合物をステップ2で得られた第1のスポンジ本体上に3回で塗布させ、コーティングレーヤの厚みが0.2mmになるように制御して、温度60℃、5minで乾燥して(乾燥トンネルの長さは10m、ライン前進速度は2m/min)、室温下で放置させ、5hで熟成させることによって、通気スポンジを製造するステップと、

- 前記結晶塩水和物には硫酸ナトリウム十水和物、塩化マグネシウム六水和物、塩化カルシウム六水和物、酢酸ナトリウム三水和物またはリン酸水素二ナトリウム十二水和物中の1種類または複数種類を含み、前記共晶塩にはポリオキシエチレンエーテル、ポリオキシエチレン、リプロピレンオキシド−エチレンオキシドコポリエーテル、硫酸リチウム、ペンタエリスリトール、ネオペンチルグリコールまたはジメチロールプロピレングリコール中の1種類または複数種類を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の通気スポンジ組成物。
- 前記イソシアネートにはTDI、MDI、PAPI、HDIまたはIPDI中の1種類または複数種類を含み、使用するイソシアネートのNCO%含有量は3−50%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の通気スポンジ組成物。
- 前記ポリエーテルポリオールには水酸基価20−350mgKOH/gのポリエーテルポリオール中の1種類または複数種類を含み、前記重合体ポリオールには水酸基価10−50mgKOH/gの重合体ポリオール中の1種類または複数種類を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の通気スポンジ組成物。
- 前記アミン系触媒にはトリエチレンジアミン、(ジメチルアミノエチル)エーテル中の1種類または複数種類のアミン系または第3級アミン系触媒を含み、前記スズ系触媒にはオクタン酸第一錫またはジブチル錫ジラウレート中の1種類または複数種類のスズ系触媒を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の通気スポンジ組成物。
- 前記シリコンオイルにはポリエーテル変性オルガノシロキサンの有機シリコンオイルを含み、前記難燃剤にはメラミントリクレジルホスフェート、亜リン酸トリフェニル、メチルホスホン酸ジメチル、複合リン系難燃剤またはハロゲン化ビスホスフェート化合物混合反応型難燃剤中の1種類または複数種類を含み、前記造孔剤には流動パラフィン、ポリブタジエン、ジメチルポリシロキサン、パラフィン分散液、ポリエチレンオキシド或いはポリオキシアルキレン−ポリシロキサン共重合体中の1種類または複数種類を含み、前記架橋剤にはグリセリン、ジエタノールアミン或いはトリエタノールアミンの1種類または複数種類を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の通気スポンジ組成物。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の通気スポンジ組成物を使用して通気スポンジを調製する方法であって、
1)前記スポンジ本体の各成分の組成を前記質量部で反応釜中へ投入し、混合して撹拌させ、それを発泡・熟成させ、ただし、撹拌速度は3000−5000r/min、温度は18−25℃、圧力は0.1−0.3MPa、ガス注入量は0.1−3L/min、発泡速度は2−5m/min、発泡高さは30−110cm、熟成温度は20−30℃、熟成時間は50−80hであるステップと、
2)熟成処理したスポンジに対して離型処理を行い、第1のスポンジ本体を得てから、必要に応じて切断加工を行うステップと、
3)高速剪断撹拌方法を採用して、前記通気コーティングレーヤの各成分の組成を前記質量部で混合して均一に撹拌させ、撹拌速度は1000−4000r/minとし、第1の混合物を得るステップと、
4)ステップ3で得られた第1の混合物をステップ2で得られた第1のスポンジ体上に1−3回で塗布させ、コーティングレーヤの厚みが0.03−0.3mmになるように制御して、温度30−90℃、1−10minで乾燥してから、室温下で放置させ、5−7hで熟成させることによって、通気スポンジを製造するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
