Abstract
Description
酸洗素材は、マンガン2.8重量%とシリコン1.1重量%である1.2mm厚さの980MPa級の熱延鋼板を横×縦100×100mm2の大きさに加工して使用し、15重量%と80℃の塩酸500mlに30秒間浸漬し、酸洗を行った。
○:黄色度2以下
×:黄色度2超過
○:粘度変化20%以内で、スラッジ及び沈殿物/浮遊物の発生なし
×:粘度変化20%超過であるか、スラッジ又は沈殿物/浮遊物の発生あり
水洗用組成物を水に希釈して使用するときに、pHと水洗用組成物の添加量を変化させるとともに上記実験例1と同様の酸洗及び水洗を行い、これにより得られた試料の黄変防止能を実験例1と同様の方法で評価し、その結果を表2に示した。
酸洗素材は、マンガン2.8重量%とシリコン1.1重量%である1.2mm厚さの980DP熱延鋼板を横×縦100×100mm2の大きさに加工して使用しており、15重量%と80℃の塩酸500mlに30秒間浸漬して酸洗を行った。
○:白色度61以上
×:白色度61未満
水洗用組成物を水に希釈して使用するときに、pHと水洗用組成物の添加量を変化させるとともに、上記実験例3と同様の酸洗と水洗方法で実験した試料の白色度向上能と溶液安定性を実験例3と同様の方法で評価し、下記表4に示した。
本発明は、鋼板の組成としてSi1.1重量%とMnを以下の表5に示したような含量で含有している厚さ1.2mmの980MPa級熱延鋼板として横×縦100mm×100mmの大きさに加工された試験片を使用した。
−黄変防止能なし:黄色度4超過するか白色度55未満の場合
−リン酸塩処理:薬品名PB−37(DAEHAN PARKERIZING(株)製)、遊離酸度0.6〜1point、処理時間80秒、リン酸塩処理溶液の温度40〜45℃
×−リン酸塩処理性劣悪:付着量1.0g/m2未満
実施例1〜14及び比較例1〜6
Mn2.8重量%を含む参考例3で使用された試験片と同様の試験片3を使用し、上記参考例3と同様の条件で酸洗工程を行った。
△−表面外観が中間:微細な汚れが発生したが、正常品として販売可能な水準
×−表面外観が劣悪:汚れが深刻に発生
Claims (21)
- リン酸エステル化合物6〜14重量%と、アミン系化合物6〜19重量%と、炭酸ナトリウム1〜9重量%と、酢酸アンモニウム1〜9重量%と、EDTA(エチレンジアミン四酢酸)1〜14重量%と、残部の水と、を含む、酸洗鋼板の水洗用組成物。
- リン酸エステル化合物15〜24重量%と、クエン酸5〜15重量%と、炭酸ナトリウム2〜10重量%と、酢酸ナトリウム2〜7重量%と、DTPA(ジエチレンテトラミン五酢酸)1〜7重量%と、残部の水と、を含む、酸洗鋼板の水洗用組成物。
- 前記リン酸エステル化合物は、ビスフェノールA−ビス(ジフェニルホスフェート)、トリアリールホスフェートイソプロピレート、ジメチルメチルホスフェート、テトラフェニルm−フェニレンビス(ホスフェート)、トリエチルホスフェート及びトリフェニルホスフェートからなる群から選択される1種以上の化合物である、請求項1又は2に記載の水洗用組成物。
- 前記アミン系化合物は、エチルアミン、メチルアミン、プロピルアミン、ブチルアミン、ポリエチルアミン、ポリプロピルアミン、ポリブチルアミン及びポリアリールアミンからなる群から選択される1種以上の化合物である、請求項1に記載の水洗用組成物。
- 前記水洗用組成物は、pHが8.0以上である、請求項1又は2に記載の水洗用組成物。
- 前記水洗用組成物は、pHが8.5〜11.5である、請求項1又は2に記載の水洗用組成物。
- 前記水洗用組成物は、0.05〜1.5重量%の量で水に希釈される、請求項1又は2に記載の水洗用組成物。
- リン酸エステル化合物6〜14重量%と、アミン系化合物6〜19重量%と、炭酸ナトリウム1〜9重量%と、酢酸アンモニウム1〜9重量%と、EDTA1〜14重量%と、残部の水とを混合し、酸洗鋼板の水洗用組成物を製造するステップと、
前記水洗用組成物を水に希釈するステップと、
酸洗鋼板を前記水洗用組成物に浸漬するステップと、を含む、酸洗鋼板の水洗方法。 - リン酸エステル化合物15〜24重量%と、クエン酸5〜15重量%と、炭酸ナトリウム2〜10重量%と、酢酸ナトリウム2〜7重量%と、DTPA(ジエチレンテトラミン五酢酸)1〜7重量%と、残部の水とを混合し、酸洗鋼板の水洗用組成物を製造するステップと、
前記水洗用組成物を水に希釈するステップと、
酸洗鋼板を前記水洗用組成物に浸漬するステップと、を含む、酸洗鋼板の水洗方法。 - 前記水洗用組成物を水に希釈するステップは、前記水洗用組成物を0.05〜1.5重量%の量で水に希釈して行われる、請求項8又は9に記載の水洗方法。
- 前記リン酸エステル化合物は、ビスフェノールA−ビス(ジフェニルホスフェート)、トリアリールホスフェートイソプロピレート、ジメチルメチルホスフェート、テトラフェニルm−フェニレンビス(ホスフェート)、トリエチルホスフェート及びトリフェニルホスフェートからなる群から選択される1種以上の化合物である、請求項8又は9に記載の水洗方法。
- 前記アミン系化合物は、エチルアミン、メチルアミン、プロピルアミン、ブチルアミン、ポリエチルアミン、ポリプロピルアミン、ポリブチルアミン及びポリアリールアミンからなる群から選択される1種以上の化合物である、請求項8に記載の水洗方法。
- 前記水洗用組成物は、pHが8.0以上である、請求項8又は9に記載の水洗方法。
- Mnを1.0重量%以上含有する鋼板であって、酸洗及び水洗後に鋼板の表面に鋼成分以外の成分として、0.01〜5mg/m2のP、0.01〜500mg/m2のC及び0.1〜500mg/m2のOを含有する、耐黄変処理鋼板。
- 前記鋼板は、黄色度が4.0以下及び白色度が55以上である、請求項14に記載の耐黄変処理鋼板。
- 前記鋼板の表面に、鋼成分を除き、N、F、Na、Al、Si、S、K、Ca、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Cl、Zn、Zr及びMoからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つの成分を0.01〜5mg/m2さらに含有する、請求項14に記載の耐黄変処理鋼板。
- 前記鋼板は、Niフラッシュメッキ又はZnフラッシュメッキによるNi又はZnメッキ層を含む、請求項14から16のいずれか1項に記載の耐黄変処理鋼板。
- 前記鋼板は、リン酸塩処理溶液によるリン酸塩処理層を含む、請求項14から16のいずれか1項に記載の耐黄変処理鋼板。
- 前記鋼板は、Zn、Al、Mg及びSiのうち少なくとも一つの成分を含む溶融メッキあるいは電気メッキによるメッキ層を含む、請求項14から16のいずれか1項に記載の耐黄変処理鋼板。
- 前記鋼板は、樹脂組成物を塗布して得られた樹脂層を含む、請求項14から16のいずれか1項に記載の耐黄変処理鋼板。
- 前記鋼板は、防錆油が塗布されたものである、請求項14から16のいずれか1項に記載の耐黄変処理鋼板。
