2)DER336、DER331(Olin Epoxy)などのビスフェノールA樹脂
3)DER351、DER324、DER335(Olin Epoxy)などのビスフェノールA/Fエポキシ樹脂
4)DEN431、DEN438、DEN439(Olin Epoxy)などのエポキシノボラック樹脂
5)Thioplast EPS25(Akzo Nobel)などの、ポリスルフィド及び/又はポリチオエーテルをベースとするエポキシを末端基とするプレポリマー
及び
6)1,4−ブタンジオールジグリシジルエーテル(DER731;Olin Epoxy)、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジグリシジルエーテル(DER734;Olin Epoxy)、2−エチルヘキシルジグリシジルエーテル(DER728;Olin Epoxy)、C12〜C14グリシジルエーテル(DER721 Olin Epoxy)などの、アルコール/グリコールをベースとするエポキシを末端基とする反応性希釈剤。
光増感剤及び/又は光開始剤の混合物は、封止用コンパウンドの吸収波長(複数可)を特異的に調整するために有利に使用される。光増感剤は、化学系(立体障害性の第三級アミン及び/又はアミジン及び/又はグアニジン)の吸収端及び/又は吸収範囲をシフトさせ得る。
30〜98質量%の範囲、好ましくは40〜95質量%、45〜90質量%、50〜85質量%、55〜80質量%の範囲、又は60〜75質量%の範囲の少なくとも1種のメルカプトを末端基とするポリマー/コポリマーの含有量を有し、任意に、ベースポリマーの0又は0.001〜10質量%を構成し得る、0又は0.001〜20質量%の範囲のモノマー及び/又はオリゴマーの含有量を含む、ベースポリマー;
任意に、0質量%又は0.1〜30質量%、2〜20質量%、5〜15質量%又は6〜10質量%の範囲の合計含有量を有する少なくとも1種の可塑剤。
20〜100、30〜98、40〜95、50〜90質量%、60〜85又は70〜80質量%の範囲の合計含有量を有する少なくとも1種のエポキシ化合物。
エポキシ化合物ベースの硬化剤との架橋反応の前に、20〜97質量%の範囲、好ましくは40〜95質量%、45〜90質量%、50〜85質量%、55〜80質量%の範囲、又は60〜75質量%の範囲の少なくとも1種のメルカプトを末端基とするポリマーの含有量を有する少なくとも1種のベースポリマー。
本発明のベース材料及び封止用コンパウンドは、通例、以下の特性の全てではないとしても、大部分を有する:
本発明のベース材料及び封止用コンパウンドの動的粘度は、DIN65262−1に準拠して、Brookfield粘度計を用いて、23℃で、スピンドル7を用いて、2〜10rpmで測定して、1〜2500Pa・sの間、又は10〜1800Pa・sの間であることが好ましい。
−55±2℃の温度で、30°の角度で曲げることによる低温可撓性の決定で起こり得る、封止用コンパウンド中の亀裂又は他の異常がないこと、
60℃の温度で168時間の燃料保管後、100℃の温度で300時間の燃料保管後、かつ35℃の温度で1000時間の水中保管後の、0.5〜3.8MPaの範囲の引張抵抗、
60℃の温度で168時間の燃料保管後、100℃の温度で300時間の燃料保管後、かつ35℃の温度で1000時間の水中保管後の、100〜800%の範囲の破断点伸び及び/又は、
1.00〜1.50g/cm3の範囲の密度。
0.5〜3.5MPaの範囲の引張り強度、
100〜900%の範囲の破断点伸び及び/又は
50〜300N/25mmの範囲の耐剥離性。
第三級アミン及び/又はアミジン及び/又はグアニジンを放出する光開始剤はまた、驚いたことに、エネルギー性化学線照射時に、例えば本発明による封止用コンパウンド混合物がUV光に曝露された時に、エポキシ化合物とメルカプタンとの反応を開始し、かつ/又は促進する。
本発明の目的は、例示的実施形態により、以下に説明される。
本発明の基礎組成物は、最初に、Thiokol(登録商標)LP12、Thioplast(登録商標)G10及び/又はThioplast(登録商標)G131などのポリスルフィドポリマー、及び/又はポリチオエーテルポリマー及び/又はポリチオエーテルスルフィドポリマー及び/又はポリエーテルポリマー、ヒンダード第三級アミン及び/又はアミジン及び/又はグアニジンをベースとする少なくとも1種の光開始剤、ベンゾフェノン及び/又はイソプロピルをベースとする少なくとも1種の光増感剤、海泡石をベースとするなどのチキソトロープ剤、及びフェノール樹脂をベースとするか又は有機官能性アルコキシシランをベースとするなどの接着促進剤を、10分間、50mbar未満の真空下で、かつ冷却水を用いたプラネタリー溶解機の冷却下で、約2000rpmの速度で、混合することにより製造された。続いて、ケイ酸マグネシウム水和物、ケイ酸アルミニウム、ケイ酸カルシウム、ポリアミド及び/又はポリエチレンワックスをベースとするものなどの残りの充填剤、及びリン酸エステルをベースとするものなどの抗酸化剤を、更に10〜20分間、50mbar未満の真空下で、プラネタリー溶解機により添加し、約2000rpmの速度で分散させた。ポリスルフィド、ポリチオエーテル、ポリチオエーテルスルフィド、ポリエーテルコポリマー及びこれらのコポリマーは、常にメルカプトを末端基とするものであった。
Claims (23)
- 基材のコーティング用の封止用コンパウンドであって、
主に未硬化のベース材料と少なくとも1種のエポキシ組成物を含有する硬化剤との混合物から構成され、
ベース材料が、ポリエーテル、ポリチオエーテル、ポリチオエーテルスルフィド、ポリスルフィド、これらのコポリマー及び/又はこれらの混合物をベースとする、メルカプトを末端基とするベースポリマーを含有し、
ベース材料、硬化剤又は両方が、立体障害性の窒素含有有機塩基をベースとする少なくとも1種の光開始剤を含有し、
高エネルギー性化学線の効果により、少なくとも1種の光開始剤が、窒素含有有機塩基をベースとする分子当たり少なくとも1個のラジカルを開裂し、それから共役酸のpKa値が6〜30の範囲である窒素含有有機塩基が形成され、これがベース材料の硬化用の活性触媒として作用する
ことを特徴とする、封止用コンパウンド。 - DIN65262−1に準拠して、高エネルギー性化学線照射開始後に0.01〜10分の範囲のタックフリータイムを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- 前記ベース材料が、分子の端にそれぞれ1個のメルカプト基を保有する、少なくとも1種の液体ポリエーテル組成物を本質的にベースとし、任意に、分子内に約50mol%までのジスルフィド基を含有する(ポリチオエーテルスルフィド)ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- 前記ベース材料が、少なくとも1種の液体ポリチオエーテル組成物に加えて、少なくとも1種のジスルフィド含有組成物をベース材料の80質量%までの割合で含有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- 前記ベースポリマーが、メルカプトを末端基とするポリスルフィドポリマー及び/又はメルカプトを末端基とするポリチオエーテル及び/又はメルカプトを末端基とするポリチオエーテルスルフィドを含み、一方では、特に2500〜6000g/molの範囲、特に好ましくは3300〜5000g/molの範囲の分子量を有する長鎖ポリマー、他方では、特に500〜2500g/molの範囲、特に好ましくは800〜1500g/molの範囲の分子量を有する短鎖ポリマーを含有し、長鎖ポリマーの短鎖ポリマーに対する比が、好ましくは25:1〜0.5:1、20:1〜2:1又は14:1〜8:1の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- 前記ベースポリマーが、合計ベースポリマーに対して0.5〜10質量%、0.8〜8質量%又は1.2〜7質量%の範囲の、反応性SH基に関連するメルカプタンの割合、1〜50質量%、5〜45質量%又は12〜36質量%の範囲の合計イオウ含有量、及び分子当たり1.5〜2.5又は1.9〜2.2の範囲のメルカプト基の反応性末端基の平均官能価を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- 前記少なくとも1種のエポキシ組成物が、エポキシノボラック樹脂、ビスフェノールAエポキシ樹脂及び/又はビスフェノールFエポキシ樹脂をベースとすることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- 前記少なくとも1種のエポキシ組成物が、170〜200g/eqの範囲のエポキシ当量を有するビスフェノールAエポキシ樹脂をベースとし、150〜180g/eqの範囲のエポキシ当量を有するビスフェノールF樹脂をベースとし、かつ/又は160〜220g/eqの範囲のエポキシ当量を有するエポキシノボラック樹脂をベースとすることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- 前記少なくとも1種のエポキシ組成物が、1,4−ブタンジオールジグリシジルエーテル、2−エチル−ヘキシル−グリシジルエーテル、及び/又は1,6−ヘキサンジオールジグリシジルエーテル(反応性希釈溶剤)を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- メルカプトを末端基とするベースポリマーの合計含有量に対して、1モルの反応性SH基に対して1.05〜2の範囲のモル過剰のエポキシ組成物が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- ベース材料の硬化用の活性触媒として作用する、窒素含有有機塩基の共役酸のpKa値が、7〜28、好ましくは8〜26の範囲、特に好ましくは9〜20の範囲及び最も好ましくは10〜15の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- 前記少なくとも1種の光開始剤が、立体障害性第三級アミン、立体障害性アミジン及び/又は立体障害性グアニジンであることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- 前記少なくとも1種の光開始剤が、封止用コンパウンドに対して0.05〜5質量%、好ましくは0.1〜4質量%の範囲及び特に好ましくは1〜3質量%の範囲の比率に相当する量の第三級アミン及び/若しくはアミジン及び/若しくはグアニジンが添加されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- 前記少なくとも1種の光開始剤が、光潜在性の1,5−ジアザビシクロ[4.3.0]ノナ−5−エン(DBN)、光潜在性の1,8−ジアザビシクロ[5.4.0]ウンデカ−7−エン(DBU)、光潜在性のTMG(テトラメチルグアニジン)及び/又は光潜在性のトリエチレンジアミン(1,4−ジアザビシクロ[2.2.2]オクタン)であることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- 深部硬化のために、好ましくは共役酸のpKa値が6〜30の範囲である窒素含有遊離有機塩基、特に好ましくは遊離第三級アミン及び/又は遊離アミジン及び/又は遊離グアニジンである、追加の遊離触媒を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- 前記遊離触媒が、1,4−ジメチルピペラジン、N−メチルモルホリン、2,2’−ジモルホリノジエチルエーテル、トリス−(ジメチルアミノメチル−フェノール)、トリエチレンジアミン及び/又はTMG、好ましくはトリエチレンジアミン及び/又はTMGであることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- 封止用コンパウンドの吸収波長(複数可)を特異的な手段で設定するために、光増感剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の封止用コンパウンド。
- 封止用コンパウンドを用いた基材のコーティング方法であって、基材に、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の封止用コンパウンドをコーティングし、封止用コンパウンドに高エネルギー性化学線を照射し、次に封止用コンパウンドを硬化させることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記高エネルギー性化学線が、315〜600nmの範囲の波長を有することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 硬化が、室温又は10〜40、好ましくは15〜30℃の範囲の温度で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項18又は19に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の封止用コンパウンドを用いて封止される構成部分を含む、航空機。
- 航空宇宙機、自動車及び鉄道車両の建造及び整備用、造船業、機械産業、土木建築産業、並びに電気及び電子部門のための注型用樹脂又は注型樹脂の製造のための、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の封止用コンパウンドを使用する方法。
- 自動車産業、鉄道車両建造部門、造船業、航空機の建造又は宇宙機産業などの輸送業における、機械部門における、土木建築産業における、又は家具の製造用の、請求項18から20のいずれか一項に記載の方法を使用する方法。
