Abstract

a invenção refere-se a um método para vedação, revestimento ou/e nivelamento aerodinâmico de pelo menos um elemento de conexão que se projeta de uma superfície ou/e para vedação, revestimento ou/e nivelamento aerodinâmico de uma superfície em um interstício ou em um local de conexão irregular com um composto de vedação de scod contendo enxofre em pelo menos um local de aplicação, especialmente em um componente aeroespacial, com pelo menos um elemento de bocal e com pelo menos uma unidade de irradiação, que é distinguido pelo fato de que i) um elemento de bocal contém um composto de vedação misturado e é guiado ou/e montado sobre o elemento de conexão que se projeta de uma superfície, sobre o interstício ou/e sobre o local de conexão irregular, ii) o elemento de conexão que se projeta da superfície, o interstício ou o local de conexão irregular é coberto completamente com composto de vedação, o composto de vedação formando uma cobertura de composto de vedação, essencialmente na forma de uma tampa de composto de vedação, um revestimento ou/e uma elevação em formato de montículo ou em formato de glóbulo, iii) o elemento de bocal ou pelo menos uma porção é aumentada, se necessário, da superfície que tem a cobertura do composto de vedação, e iv) a cura do composto de vedação é iniciada com a ajuda de pelo menos uma unidade de irradiação por entrada de energia e pela liberação de um catalisador latente ou é provocada por ativação direta de pelo menos um componente de reação, de modo que o composto de vedação misturado cura subsequentemente ou/e cura posteriormente. a invenção também se refere a um aparelho correspondente, ao veículo aeroespacial tratado desta maneira e ao uso do método e do aparelho.
