Abstract
Description
本願は、韓国特許出願第10−2015−0115017号(出願日:2015年8月14日)及び韓国特許出願第10−2016−0103096号(出願日:2016年8月12日)の先権利益を主張するものであり、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として援用される。
(実施例1)
カーボンブラック一次粒子としてケッチェンブラック(Ketjen black EC−600 JD)と分散剤であるカルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)とを9:1の重量比で、水に前記カーボンブラック一次粒子の含量が5重量%になるように分散させた。
前記実施例1において、最終製造されたカーボンブラック二次粒子の前記カーボンブラック一次粒子と前記グラフェンとの重量比(KB−rGO)が250:40になるように、前記カーボンブラック一次粒子水分散液と前記GO水分散液とを混合したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様にして、リチウム空気電池を製造した。
前記実施例1において、最終製造されたカーボンブラック二次粒子の前記カーボンブラック一次粒子と前記グラフェンとの重量比(KB−rGO)が250:100になるように、前記カーボンブラック一次粒子水分散液と前記GO水分散液とを混合したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様にして、リチウム空気電池を製造した。
前記実施例1において、最終製造されたカーボンブラック二次粒子の前記カーボンブラック一次粒子と前記グラフェンとの重量比(KB−rGO)が250:200になるように、前記カーボンブラック一次粒子水分散液と前記GO水分散液とを混合したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様にして、リチウム空気電池を製造した。
前記実施例1において、最終製造されたカーボンブラック二次粒子の前記カーボンブラック一次粒子と前記グラフェンとの重量比(KB−rGO)が250:300になるように、前記カーボンブラック一次粒子水分散液と前記GO水分散液とを混合したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様にして、リチウム空気電池を製造した。
前記実施例1において、最終製造されたカーボンブラック二次粒子の前記カーボンブラック一次粒子と前記グラフェンとの重量比(KB−rGO)が250:400になるように、前記カーボンブラック一次粒子水分散液と前記GO水分散液とを混合したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様にして、リチウム空気電池を製造した。
前記実施例1において、前記カーボンブラック一次粒子で、ケッチェンブラックを別途のグラフェンを添加せずに、前記実施例1と同じローディングと同じ方法で正極を用意し、同じ方法でリチウム空気電池を製造した。
前記実施例1、4及び6で製造されたカーボンブラック二次粒子を走査型電子顕微鏡で観察し、その結果を図1〜図6に示した。
前記実施例で製造されたカーボンブラック二次粒子を積層して正極を形成し、前記正極をカーボン紙にコーティングし、マイクロメリティックス社の水銀細孔測定器(Hg porosimeter)を利用して0.1psi〜60,000psiの圧力条件で正極内気孔の平均の大きさを測定した。
前記実施例で製造されたリチウム空気電池に対して、下記方法で放電容量を評価し、その結果を図7に示した。
前記実施例1、3、6、及び参考例で製造されたリチウム空気電池に対して、2.0〜4.6V駆動電圧範囲内で0.3C放電/0.1C充填の条件で、充・放電行い、サイクル特性を測定し、その結果を図8に示した。
Claims (16)
- 酸素を正極活物質として用い、カーボンブラック一次粒子及びグラフェンが固まってなるカーボンブラック二次粒子が積層されてなり、前記カーボンブラック二次粒子間に形成された100nm超過の気孔を含む正極;
前記正極と対向するように配置される負極;及び
前記正極と負極と間に配置される分離膜;
を含むリチウム空気電池。 - 前記カーボンブラック一次粒子は、1nm〜500nmの球状であり、
前記グラフェンは、0.1μm〜50μmの大きさ、0.34nm〜20nm厚さの板状であり、
前記カーボンブラック二次粒子は、500nm〜10μmの球状のものである、請求項1に記載のリチウム空気電池。 - 前記カーボンブラック二次粒子は、前記板状のグラフェンを前記球状のカーボンブラック一次粒子が囲む構造であり、
前記カーボンブラック二次粒子の表面では、前記球状のカーボンブラック一次粒子が占める面積が、前記板状のグラフェンが占める面積よりさらに広いものである、請求項2に記載のリチウム空気電池。 - 前記カーボンブラック二次粒子は、前記カーボンブラック一次粒子を1〜99重量%及び前記グラフェンを1〜99重量%で含むものである、請求項1に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 前記カーボンブラック二次粒子は、前記カーボンブラック一次粒子及びグラフェンを溶媒に分散させた後、噴霧乾燥方法を利用して製造されるものである、請求項1に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 前記カーボンブラック二次粒子は、前記カーボンブラック一次粒子と前記グラフェンと間に形成された20〜100nmの気孔、前記カーボンブラック一次粒子内部に形成された10nm未満の気孔及び前記グラフェン内部に形成された10nm未満の気孔を含むものである、請求項1に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 前記カーボンブラックは、ケッチェンブラック(ketjen black)、スーパーP(super p)、テンカブラック(denka black)、アセチレンブラック(acetylene black)、ファーネスブラック(furnace black)及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれるいずれか一つである、請求項1に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 前記グラフェンは、グラフェンプレート(GNP)、グラフェンオキシド(GO)、還元されたグラフェンオキシド(rGO)及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれるいずれか一つである、請求項1に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 前記正極は、水銀細孔測定法を介して測定された平均気孔径が、100nm超過〜10μm以下のものである、請求項1に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 前記正極は、前記カーボンブラック二次粒子が積層されたガス拡散層を更に含むものである、請求項1に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 前記ガス拡散層は、炭素布、カーボン紙、炭素フェルト、酸素選択的透過性メンブレイン及びこれらの混合で構成される群から選ばれるいずれか一つの活物質を含むものである、請求項10に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 前記分離膜は、ポリエチレン分離膜、ポリプロピレン分離膜及びガラス繊維分離膜からなる群から選ばれるいずれか一つを含む、請求項1に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 前記リチウム空気電池は、水系電解質、非水系電解質、有機固体電解質、無機固体電解質及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれるいずれか一つの電解質を更に含むものである、請求項1に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- カーボンブラック一次粒子を溶媒に分散して、第1分散液を製造する工程;
グラフェンを溶媒に分散して、第2分散液を製造する工程;
前記第1分散液と前記第2分散液とを混合して、スラリーを製造する工程;
前記スラリーを噴霧乾燥して、カーボンブラック二次粒子を製造する工程;及び
前記カーボンブラック二次粒子をガス拡散層に積層して、正極を製造する工程;を含むリチウム空気電池の製造方法。 - 前記噴霧乾燥は、前記スラリーをノズルで噴霧して、10〜500μm大きさの液滴を形成し、前記液滴の溶媒を乾燥するものである、請求項14に記載のリチウム空気電池の製造方法。
- 前記カーボンブラック二次粒子は、前記ガス拡散層に0.1〜10mg/cm2で塗布されるものである請求項14に記載のリチウム空気電池の製造方法。
