Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、自動塗布ベークラインを開示し、順次に設けられたロード用回転機構と回転分流機構と塗布装置と水平移動受渡機構と回転合流機構とオーブンとアンロード用回転機構とを含み;回転分流機構の両側に各々塗布装置を兩個設け;前記水平移動受渡機構の一側に回転合流機構を設け、前記回転合流機構の一側に前記オーブンを設け;前記オーブンの一側にアンロード用回転機構を取り付ける。本発明は回転分流を通じて基材を2個の塗布装置内に分流してダブルステーション塗布を行い、そして回転合流により基材を同一オーブン内に入らせてベークを行い、最後に回転させてアンロードし、確実に作業効率を高めることができ、回転分流、回転合流の設置を通じて製造ライン全体の構造配置をより合理的、科学的にさせることで、ダブルステーション状態下で所要床面積の増加も多くなく、設備コストを制御できる。

自動塗布ベークラインであって、ロード用回転機構と塗布装置とオーブンとアンロード用回転機構とを含み、前記ロード用回転機構は投入材料を搬送し、基材を固定して下に90度回転させ、基材を挟持してロードするために用いられ;前記塗布装置は、該基材上に高粘度インキを塗布し、前記塗布装置は、収容機構と塗工機構と成形機構とを含み;前記収容機構は、前記高粘度インキを収容するために用いられ、前記基材を通過させるための通路を包括し;前記塗工機構は、前記収容機構の上方に位置し、前記通路を通過する前記基材上に前記高粘度インキを塗布するために用いられ、やはり前記塗工機構が各々前記基材の反対側に位置し、前記収容機構内の前記高粘度インキを前記設置面上までに搬送できる塗工手段を包括し、各前記塗工手段が前記高粘度インキを加圧して対応する設置面上の穴部内に埋め込むことで初期層を形成する充填用ローラを備え;前記成形機構は、前記塗工機構の上方に位置し、前記設置面上を被覆する初期層を削り取ることで、前記初期層の厚みを調整して膜層を形成でき;前記成形機構は、各々前記基材の反対側に位置する複数の成形部材を包括し、各前記成形部材が前記設置面上を被覆する初期層を削り取ることで膜層を形成するキサゲ面と、螺旋状に延伸して該キサゲ面上に凹設され、やはり削り取られる高粘度インキが前記設置面から流れ出すために供するキサゲガイド溝を備え;前記成形機構は、前記成形部材の間隔を制御して得られる膜層の厚みを調整する調整手段を更に含み、前記調整手段がいずれか1つの成形部材を回動自在に設けるために用いられるマウントフレームと、該マウントフレームに対し移動でき、やはり別の成形部材を回動自在に設けるために用いられるプッシュフレームと、各々1つの調整方向に沿って該プッシュフレームを押進する複数の押進部材とを備え、前記マウントフレーム及び前記プッシュフレームが各々前記成形部材の反対側に位置し;前記ロード用回転機構と前記塗布装置の間に回転分流機構を設けており、前記ロード用回転機構は前記基材を下に90度回転させると共に前記基材を挟持してロードし、前記回転分流機構で基材を回転させてから左右に分流し、前記回転分流機構の両側に各々前記塗布装置を設け;各前記塗布装置の一側にいずれも水平移動受渡機構を設け、前記水平移動受渡機構が塗布を完了した前記基材を挟持して水平移動し、2個の前記水平移動受渡機構の一側に回転合流機構を設けており、前記回転合流機構が2個の前記水平移動受渡機構で水平移動して搬送してきた基材を回転させた後に位置決めし、改めて前記基材を搬送流路として形成し、前記回転合流機構の一側に前記オーブンを設けており、上吹出し、下還流の方式で基材に対してベーク作業を行い;前記オーブンの一側にアンロード用回転機構を取り付けており、前記アンロード用回転機構は基材を垂直位置から水平位置に回転させ、そして払出し・搬送を行う。
1.回転させてロードする:
(1)投入材料の搬送;
(2)自動芯出し;
(3)基材61を固定して下に90度回転させ;
(4)グリッパが自動下降して基材61を挟持してロードし;
2.回転分流:
(1).360度回転させ分流して位置決めし;
(2).グリッパによる均一な隙間を調整し;
3.塗布:
(1).上方から投入した材料の自動垂直両面塗布;
4.水平移動受渡:
(1).水平移動受渡位置の制御;
(2).グリッパによる均一な隙間を調整し;
5.回転合流:
(1).360回転させて合流して位置決めし;
(2).グリッパによる均一な隙間を調整し;
6.ベーク:
(1).夾爪片状トンネルオーブンを用い;
(2).上吹出し下還流;
7.回転させてアンロード:
(1).オープナーデバイスでグリッパを開き;
(2).基材61を固定して下に90度回転させ;
(3).払出し・搬送。
Claims (7)
- ロード用回転機構と塗布装置とオーブンとアンロード用回転機構とを含み、前記ロード用回転機構は投入材料を搬送し、基材を固定して下に90度回転させ、前記基材を挟持してロードするために用いられ;前記塗布装置は、前記基材上に高粘度インキを塗布し、前記塗布装置は、収容機構と塗工機構と成形機構とを含み;前記収容機構は、前記高粘度インキを収容するために用いられ、前記基材を通過させるための通路を包括し;前記塗工機構は、前記収容機構の上方に位置し、前記通路を通過する前記基材上に前記高粘度インキを塗布するために用いられ、やはり前記塗工機構が各々前記基材の反対側に位置し、前記収容機構内の前記高粘度インキを前記設置面上までに搬送できる塗工手段を包括し、各前記塗工手段が前記高粘度インキを加圧して対応する設置面上の穴部内に埋め込むことで初期層を形成する充填用ローラを備え;前記成形機構は、前記塗工機構の上方に位置し、前記設置面上を被覆する初期層を削り取ることで、前記初期層の厚みを調整して膜層を形成でき;前記成形機構は、各々前記基材の反対側に位置する複数の成形部材を包括し、各前記成形部材が前記設置面上を被覆する初期層を削り取ることで膜層を形成するキサゲ面と、螺旋状に延伸して前記キサゲ面上に凹設され、やはり削り取られる高粘度インキが前記設置面から流れ出すために供するキサゲガイド溝を備え;前記成形機構は、前記成形部材の間隔を制御して得られる膜層の厚みを調整する調整手段を更に含み、前記調整手段がいずれか1つの成形部材を回動自在に設けるために用いられるマウントフレームと、前記マウントフレームに対し移動でき、やはり別の成形部材を回動自在に設けるために用いられるプッシュフレームと、各々1つの調整方向に沿って前記プッシュフレームを押進する複数の押進部材とを備え、前記マウントフレーム及び前記プッシュフレームが各々前記成形部材の反対側に位置する自動塗布ベークラインであって、前記ロード用回転機構と前記塗布装置の間に回転分流機構を設けており、前記ロード用回転機構は前記基材を下に90度回転させると共に前記基材を挟持してロードし、前記回転分流機構で前記基材を回転させてから左右に分流し、前記回転分流機構の両側に各々前記塗布装置を設け;各前記塗布装置の一側にいずれも水平移動受渡機構を設け、前記水平移動受渡機構が塗布を完了した前記基材を挟持して水平移動し、2個の前記水平移動受渡機構の一側に回転合流機構を設けており、前記回転合流機構が2個の前記水平移動受渡機構で水平移動して搬送してきた前記基材を回転させた後に位置決めし、改めて前記基材を搬送流路として形成し、前記回転合流機構の一側に前記オーブンを設けており、上吹出し、下還流の方式で前記基材に対してベーク作業を行い;前記オーブンの一側にアンロード用回転機構を取り付けており、前記アンロード用回転機構は基材を垂直位置から水平位置に回転させ、そして払出し・搬送を行うことを特徴とする自動塗布ベークライン。
- 前記ロード用回転機構中にローラ台、搬送用ローラ、基材芯出し装置、搬送台、エアグリッパー、拉料グリッパを設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動塗布ベークライン。
- 前記基材芯出し装置は、主に位置決め用サーボモータとボールスクリューとからなり、基材芯出し装置がローラ台内に入る基材に対して位置決めを行うことで、基材の中心部を加工位置に合わさせることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動塗布ベークライン。
- 前記オーブンは、夾爪片状トンネルオーブンを用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動塗布ベークライン。
- 前記回転分流機構内には、分流回転ヘッド、分流受渡グリッパ、分流スプリッター及び分流インバーターを設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動塗布ベークライン。
- 前記回転合流機構内に合流回転ヘッド、合流受渡グリッパ、合流スプリッター及び合流インバーターを設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動塗布ベークライン。
- 前記高粘度インキの粘度範囲は1,000cps〜200,000cpsとすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動塗布ベークライン。
