Abstract

本發明公開了一種自動塗佈烘烤生產線,包括依次設置的翻轉上料機構、旋轉分流機構、塗佈設備、橫移轉接機構、旋轉合流機構、烘箱和翻轉下料機構;旋轉分流機構的兩側各設有一個塗佈設備;兩個所述橫移轉接機構的一側設有旋轉合流機構,在所述旋轉合流機構的一側設有所述烘箱;所述烘箱的一側安裝翻轉下料機構。本發明通過旋轉分流將基材分流向兩個塗佈設備中進行雙工位塗佈,然後再用旋轉合流使基材進入同一個烘箱中進行烘烤,最後再翻轉下料,能够切實有效地提高工作效率,通過對旋轉分流、旋轉合流的設置,將整個生產線的結構佈局更加合理、科學,在雙工位的情況下占用面積不會增大太多,並使設備成本得以控制。

Description

自動塗佈烘烤生產線
本發明涉及一種自動塗佈烘烤生產線設備,特別是涉及用於生產任何基板的塗佈領域,可應用於例如軟、硬性印刷電路板、IC載板、高分子薄膜、半導體等行業。
一般軟性印刷電路板(FlexiblePrintedCircuitBoard,簡稱FPCB)在製造上,通常需要經過例如上光阻劑、曝光、顯影、蝕刻、塗佈墨料及烘烤等工序。其中,就塗佈墨料的過程而言,通常是通過一個塗佈設備在一個基材上塗佈墨料以披覆形成膜層,前述膜層可提供絕緣防護並能保護銅線,防止電子零件被焊到不正確的地方。
現有的軟性印刷電路板塗佈作業大多是採用單工位作業,塗佈烘烤的生產流程如下:一、上料;二、塗佈;三、烘烤;四、下料。
採用如上工序,生產效率低,如需要擴大產能,就必須對生產線擴建,提高了設備、人工成本,場地占用面積大。
本發明公開了一種自動塗佈烘烤生產線,該生產線能够實現 軟性印刷電路板的多工位塗佈,提高了生產效率、節約了生產成本。
本發明所採用的技術方案是:一種自動塗佈烘烤生產線,包括翻轉上料機構、塗佈設備、烘箱和翻轉下料機構,所述翻轉上料機構用於入料輸送、固定基材向下翻轉90°並夾持基材上料;所述塗佈設備用於在該基材上塗佈稠性墨料,所述塗佈設備包含一個容裝機構、一個塗料機構,以及一個成形機構;所述容裝機構用於容裝所述稠性墨料,並包括一個供所述基材通過的通道;所述塗料機構位於所述容裝機構的上方,並用於在通過所述通道的所述基材上塗佈所述稠性墨料,所述塗料機構包括兩個分別位於所述基材的相反側並分別可將所述容裝機構內的所述稠性墨料移送至所述基材的設置面上的塗料單元,每一個所述塗料單元皆具有一個可轉動地將所述稠性墨料施壓填入於與其對應的設置面上的孔洞內以形成初始層的填料滾輪;所述成形機構位於所述塗料機構的上方,並可刮削披覆在所述設置面上的初始層,以調整所述初始層的厚度而形成膜層;所述成形機構包括數個對應地分別位於所述基材的相反側的成形件,每一個所述成形件皆具有一個可刮削披覆在所述設置面上的初始層以形成膜層的刮料面,以及一個螺旋延伸地凹設於該刮料面上且供被刮削的稠性墨料流出所述設置面的刮料導溝;所述成形機構還包括一個用於控制所述成形件彼此的距離以調整所制得的膜層的厚度的調整單元,所述調整單元具有一個供其中一個成形件可轉動地設置的定位架、一個可相對該定位架移動且供另一個成形件可轉動地設置的推送架,以及數個分別可沿一個調整方向推動該推送架的推送件,所述定位架與所述推送架分別位於所述成形件的相反側;所述翻轉上料機構和所述 塗佈設備之間設有旋轉分流機構,所述翻轉上料機構將所述基材向下翻轉90°並夾持所述基材上料,由所述旋轉分流機構將基材進行旋轉、然後左右分流,在所述旋轉分流機構的兩側各設有一個所述塗佈設備;在每個所述塗佈設備的一側均設有橫移轉接機構,所述橫移轉接機構對完成塗佈的所述基材進行夾持橫移,在兩個所述橫移轉接機構的一側設有旋轉合流機構,所述旋轉合流機構將兩個所述橫移轉接機構橫移輸送出來的基材經過旋轉後定位、重新將所述基材形成一輸送流道,在所述旋轉合流機構的一側設有所述烘箱,採用上吹風、下回風的方式對基材進行烘乾作業;所述烘箱的一側安裝翻轉下料機構,所述翻轉下料機構將基材從垂直位置翻轉到水平位置,然後進行出料輸送。
進一步的,在所述翻轉上料機構中設有滾輪台、輸送滾輪、基材定中心裝置、輸送台、氣動夾爪及拉料夾爪;所述滾輪台輸送基材,在滾輪台中設置所述輸送滾輪和基材定中心裝置,所述基材定中心裝置對進入滾輪台中的基材進行位置定位;在輸送臺上設有翻轉氣缸,所述氣動夾爪對基材進行固定,所述拉料夾爪將所述基材之間的間隙攤平。
進一步的,所述基材定中心裝置包括定位伺服馬達和滾珠螺杆。
進一步的,所述烘箱採用夾爪片狀隧道式烘箱。
進一步的,所述旋轉分流機構中設有分流旋轉頭、分流轉接夾爪、分流分割器和分流變頻器。
進一步的,所述旋轉合流機構中設有合流旋轉頭、合流轉接夾爪、合流分割器和合流變頻器。
更進一步的,所述稠性墨料的較佳粘稠度範圍為1,000cps至200,000cps之間。
採用上述技術方案後,本發明通過旋轉分流將基材分流向兩個塗佈設備中進行雙工位塗佈,然後再用旋轉合流使基材進入同一個烘箱中進行烘烤,最後再翻轉下料,能够切實有效地提高工作效率,通過對旋轉分流、旋轉合流的設置,使整個生產線的結構佈局更加合理、科學,在雙工位的情況下占用面積不會增大太多,並使設備成本得以控制。

為使本發明實施例的目的、技術方案和優點更加清楚,下面將結合本發明實施例中的附圖,對本發明實施例中的技術方案進行清楚、完整地描述。以下實施例僅用於更加清楚地說明本發明的技術方案,而不能以此來限制本發明的保護範圍。
如圖1所示,一種自動塗佈烘烤生產線,用於對軟性印刷電路板基材61的塗佈以及塗佈完成後的烘烤作業,包括翻轉上料機構901、塗佈設備903、烘箱906和翻轉下料機構907,所述翻轉上料機構901用於入料 輸送、固定基材61向下翻轉90°並夾持基材61上料;下面對塗佈設備903進行說明,參考圖2、圖3。
當一個基材61沿著一個鉛垂方向輸送至本實施例塗佈設備903時,該塗佈設備903用於在該基材61上塗佈稠性墨料60以披覆形成膜層63,所述稠性墨料60的較佳粘稠度範圍為1,000cps至200,000cps之間,該塗佈設備903,包含由下而上依序設置的一個容裝機構1、一個塗料機構2與一個成形機構3。
本實施例的容裝機構1包括兩個彼此間隔的座體11,以及一個位於所述座體11之間且可供該基材61通過的通道12。每一個座體11具有一個底壁111、一個由該底壁111的周緣向上延伸的外環壁112,以及一個由該底壁111與該外環壁112共同界定而成且開口朝上的容裝槽110。每一個容裝槽110皆可用於容裝所述稠性墨料60,而每一個外環壁112的頂緣皆高於所述稠性墨料60的液面。
本實施例的塗料機構2位於該容裝機構1的上方,並用於在通過該通道12的該基材61上塗佈所述稠性墨料60。該塗料機構2包括兩個分別位於該基材61的相反側且分別位於所述座體11上方的塗料單元20。所述塗料單元20分別可將所述容裝槽110內的所述稠性墨料60移送至所述設置面611上,每一個塗料單元20皆具有一個局部地設置於與其對應的容裝槽110內且局部地浸置於所述稠性墨料60中的填料滾輪21。在本實施例中,每一個填料滾輪21皆具有一個平整的外表面211,不過在實施上,每一個填料滾輪21的外表面211可依需求作設計改變,所以在此不需特別限制。
需要注意的是,該容裝機構1只要能用於容裝所述稠性墨料 60就能達成目的,該容裝機構1容裝所述稠性墨料60的手段,不限於本實施例所公開的形式。
本實施例的成形機構3位於該塗料機構2的上方,並包括數個對應地分別位於該基材61的相反側的成形件31,以及一個用於控制所述成形件31的軸心之間的距離d1的調整單元32。每一個成形件31皆具有一個刮料面311,以及一個螺旋延伸地凹設於該刮料面311上的刮料導溝312。
該調整單元32具有一個供其中一個成形件31可轉動地設置的定位架321、一個可相對該定位架321移動且供另一個成形件31可轉動地設置的推送架322,以及數個分別可沿一個調整方向推動該推送架322的推送件323,該定位架321與該推送架322分別位於所述成形件31的相反側。
在翻轉上料機構901和塗佈設備903之間設有旋轉分流機構902,當翻轉上料機構901將基材61向下翻轉90°並夾持基材61上料後,由旋轉分流機構902將基材61進行旋轉、然後左右分流,在旋轉分流機構902的兩側各設有一個塗佈設備903,分別為第一塗佈設備903、第二塗佈設備903,被旋轉分流機構902分流的基材61分別進入左右兩個塗佈設備903進行塗佈作業,塗佈設備903採用上方入料的方式進行垂直塗佈;在每個塗佈設備903的一側均設有一個橫移轉接機構904,橫移轉接機構904對完成塗佈的基材61進行夾持橫移,在兩個橫移轉接機構904的一側設有旋轉合流機構905,旋轉合流機構905將兩個橫移轉接機構904橫移輸送出來的基材61經過旋轉後定位、重新將基材61形成一輸送流道,在旋轉合流機構905的一側設有烘箱906,烘箱906採用夾爪片狀隧道式烘箱,採用上吹風、下回風的方式對基材61進行烘乾作業;烘箱906的一側安裝翻轉下料機構907,翻轉下 料機構907將基材61從垂直位置翻轉到水平位置,然後進行出料輸送。
在翻轉上料機構901中,設有滾輪台、輸送滾輪、基材61定中心裝置、輸送台、氣動夾爪、拉料夾爪,滾輪台進行入料輸送,在滾輪台中設置輸送滾輪和基材61定中心裝置,基材61定中心裝置主要由定位伺服馬達和滾珠螺杆組成,基材61定中心裝置對進入滾輪台中的基材61進行位置定位,使基材61的中心處能够對準工位;在輸送臺上設有翻轉氣缸,當經過中心定位後的基材61進入輸送台,翻轉氣缸使輸送台向下翻轉90°以使基材61向下翻轉90°方向,並用氣動夾爪對基材61進行固定、用拉料夾爪將基材61的間隙攤平。
在旋轉分流機構902中,用分流旋轉頭對用轉接夾爪夾持的基材61進行左右分流,採用分流分割器進行旋轉對位,速度用分流變頻器控制。
橫移轉接機構904採用伺服馬達搭配滾珠螺杆做位置控制,橫移轉接機構904將經過塗佈的基材61進行夾持橫移。
在旋轉合流機構905中,用合流旋轉頭對用轉接夾爪夾持的基材61進行左右合流,採用合流分割器進行旋轉對位,速度用合流變頻器進行控制。
烘箱906採用夾爪片狀隧道式烘箱,採用上吹風、下回風的方式對基材61進行烘乾作業,板材夾持方式為上板邊四點夾持,主傳動馬達以變頻器控制,自動鏈條張力控制,輸送爐主傳動鏈條使用滾子傳動,夾式爐鏈條軌道抽風集塵裝置,加熱段安裝HEPA FILTER及壓差計;烘烤溫度120℃持溫10~12Min時,表面溫度均勻性為±5℃以內。
本發明在具體實施時的工作流程如圖4所示,流程如下:1. 翻轉上料:(1). 入料輸送;(2). 自動更正中心位置;(3). 固定基材61向下翻轉90°方向;(4). 夾爪自動下降夾持基材61上料;2. 旋轉分流:(1).360°旋轉分流定位;(2).夾爪間隙調整攤平;3. 塗佈:(1).上方入料自動垂直雙面塗佈;4. 橫移轉接:(1).橫移轉接位置控制;(2).夾爪間隙調整攤平;5. 旋轉合流:(1).360°旋轉合流定位;(2).夾爪間隙調整攤平;6. 烘烤:(1).採用夾爪片狀隧道式烘箱;(2).上吹風下回風;7. 翻轉下料:(1). 用開夾裝置將夾爪鬆開; (2). 固定基材61向下翻轉90°方向;(3). 出料輸送。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種自動塗佈烘烤生產線,包括翻轉上料機構、塗佈設備、烘箱和翻轉下料機構,所述翻轉上料機構用於入料輸送、固定基材向下翻轉90°並夾持基材上料;所述塗佈設備用於在該基材上塗佈稠性墨料,所述塗佈設備包含一個容裝機構、一個塗料機構,以及一個成形機構;所述容裝機構用於容裝所述稠性墨料,並包括一個供所述基材通過的通道;所述塗料機構位於所述容裝機構的上方,並用於在通過所述通道的所述基材的設置面上塗佈所述稠性墨料,所述塗料機構包括兩個分別位於所述基材的相反側並分別可將所述容裝機構內的所述稠性墨料移送至所述設置面上的塗料單元,每一個所述塗料單元皆具有一個可轉動地將所述稠性墨料施壓填入於與其對應的設置面上的孔洞內以形成初始層的填料滾輪;所述成形機構位於所述塗料機構的上方,並可刮削披覆在所述設置面上的初始層,以調整所述初始層的厚度而形成膜層;所述成形機構包括數個對應地分別位於所述基材的相反側的成形件,每一個所述成形件皆具有一個可刮削披覆在所述設置面上的初始層以形成膜層的刮料面,以及一個螺旋延伸地凹設於該刮料面上且供被刮削的稠性墨料流出所述設置面的刮料導溝;所述成形機構還包括一個用於控制所述成形件彼此的距離以調整所制得的膜層的厚度的調整單元,所述調整單元具有一個供其中一個成形件可轉動地設置的定位架、一個可相對該定位架移動且供另一個成形件可轉動地設置的推送架,以及數個分別可沿一個調整方向推動該推送架的推送 件,所述定位架與所述推送架分別位於所述成形件的相反側; 其特徵在於:所述翻轉上料機構和所述塗佈設備之間設有旋轉分流機構,所述翻轉上料機構將所述基材向下翻轉90°並夾持所述基材上料,由所述旋轉分流機構將基材進行旋轉、然後左右分流,在所述旋轉分流機構的兩側各設有一個所述塗佈設備;在每個所述塗佈設備的一側均設有橫移轉接機構,所述橫移轉接機構對完成塗佈的所述基材進行夾持橫移;在兩個所述橫移轉接機構的一側設有旋轉合流機構,所述旋轉合流機構將兩個所述橫移轉接機構橫移輸送出來的基材經過旋轉後定位、重新將所述基材形成一輸送流道;在所述旋轉合流機構的一側設有所述烘箱,採用上吹風、下回風的方式對基材進行烘乾作業;所述烘箱的一側安裝翻轉下料機構,所述翻轉下料機構將基材從垂直位置翻轉到水平位置,然後進行出料輸送。
  2. 根據請求項1所述的自動塗佈烘烤生產線,於在所述翻轉上料機構中設有滾輪台、輸送滾輪、基材定中心裝置、輸送台、氣動夾爪及拉料夾爪;所述滾輪台輸送基材,在滾輪台中設置所述輸送滾輪和基材定中心裝置,所述基材定中心裝置對進入滾輪台中的基材進行位置定位;在輸送臺上設有翻轉氣缸,所述氣動夾爪對基材進行固定,所述拉料夾爪將所述基材之間的間隙攤平。
  3. 根據請求項2所述的自動塗佈烘烤生產線,於所述基材定中心裝置包括定位伺服馬達和滾珠螺杆。
  4. 根據請求項1所述的自動塗佈烘烤生產線,於所述烘箱採用夾爪片狀隧道式烘箱。
  5. 根據請求項1所述的自動塗佈烘烤生產線,於所述旋轉分流機構中設有分流旋轉頭、分流轉接夾爪、分流分割器和分流變頻器。
  6. 根據請求項1所述的自動塗佈烘烤生產線,於所述旋轉合流機構中設有合流旋轉頭、合流轉接夾爪、合流分割器和合流變頻器。
  7. 根據請求項1所述的自動塗佈烘烤生產線,於所述稠性墨料的粘稠度範圍為1,000cps至200,000cps之間。
