Claims (15)
- 路上車両の駆動輪(16)にトルクを供給するパワートレイン(12)であって、
(i)トルクを供給するための出力部(26)を有して往復動内燃機関である内燃機関(24)と、
(ii)内燃機関(24)から駆動輪(16)にトルクを伝達するためのドライブトレイン(14)と、を備え、
ドライブトレイン(14)は、
(a)内燃機関(24)の出力部(26)に結合されて出力部(26)からトルクを受け取る入力部(34)と、トルクを供給するための出力部(36)とを有するトルクコンバータ(32)であって、第1の動作状態と第2の動作状態とを有し、第1の動作状態では、入力部(34)と出力部(36)が機械的結合を形成し、第2の動作状態では、入力部(34)と出力部(36)が流体結合を形成するように構成され、入力部(34)に供給されたトルクは、第1の動作状態および第2の動作状態で出力部(36)に伝達され、第1の動作状態では、入力部(34)は出力部(36)に対して滑りが生じないように出力部(36)にロックされ、第2の動作状態では、入力部(34)は出力部(36)に対する滑りが可能となるように出力部(36)にロックされないように構成された、トルクコンバータ(32)と、
(b)トルクコンバータ(32)の出力部(36)に結合されて出力部(36)からトルクを受け取る入力部(46)と、駆動輪(16)にトルクを供給するための出力部(48)とを有するファイナルドライブ(44)であって、入力部(46)はトルクコンバータ(32)の出力部(36)に固定ギア比で結合される、ファイナルドライブ(44)と、を備え、
パワートレイン(12)はさらに、
(iii)トルクコンバータ(32)の出力側でドライブトレイン(14)にトルクを供給するように構成された第1の電気モータ(28)を備える、パワートレイン(12)。 - トルクコンバータ(32)が第2の状態にあること、トルクコンバータ(32)の入力部(34)の回転速度がトルクコンバータ(32)の出力部(36)の回転速度と同じかそれよりも速いこと、およびトルクコンバータ(32)の入力部(34)に内燃機関(24)からトルクが供給されることを含む条件下で、
トルクコンバータ(32)の出力部(36)の回転速度がトルクコンバータ(32)の入力部(34)の回転速度に達した場合に、トルクコンバータ(32)の状態を第2の状態から第1の状態に変化させるようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載のパワートレイン(12)。 - トルクコンバータ(32)が第1の状態にあること、およびトルクコンバータ(32)の入力部(34)に内燃機関(24)からトルクが供給されることを含む条件下で、
出力部(36)の回転速度が、内燃機関(24)が動作してトルクを伝達することができる最低回転速度まで低下した場合に、トルクコンバータ(32)の状態を第1の状態から第2の状態に変化させるようにさらに構成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載のパワートレイン(12)。 - トルクコンバータ(32)が第1の状態にあること、およびトルクコンバータ(32)の入力部(34)に内燃機関(24)からトルクが供給されることを含む条件下で、
内燃機関(24)からトルクコンバータ(32)の入力部(34)に供給されるトルクが増加した場合に、トルクコンバータ(32)の状態を第1の状態から第2の状態に変化させるようにさらに構成される、請求項1〜請求項3のうちのいずれか一項に記載のパワートレイン(12)。 - トルクコンバータ(32)が第1の状態にあること、およびトルクコンバータ(32)の入力部(34)の回転速度がゼロでなく低下しているか、ゼロでなく一定であるか、ゼロでなく上昇しているか、またはゼロであることを含む条件下で、
燃焼機関(24)からトルクコンバータ(32)の入力部(34)に供給されるトルクが増加した場合に、トルクコンバータ(32)の状態を第1の状態から第2の状態に変化させるようにさらに構成される、請求項1〜請求項4のうちのいずれか一項に記載のパワートレイン(12)。 - トルクコンバータ(32)の入力部(34)は、内燃機関(24)の出力部(26)に固定ギア比でロックされる、請求項1〜請求項5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のパワートレイン(12)。
- ファイナルドライブ部(44)は、入力部(46)で受け取ったトルクを変換せずに出力部(48)に伝達するように構成される、請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか一項に記載のパワートレイン。
- ファイナルドライブ(44)は、入力部(46)で受け取ったトルクを出力部(48)から供給されるトルクに変換するように構成される、請求項1〜請求項7のうちのいずれか一項に記載のパワートレイン(12)。
- 第1の電気モータ(28)は、ファイナルドライブ(44)と駆動輪(16)の間にトルクを供給するように構成される、請求項1〜請求項8のうちのいずれか一項に記載のパワートレイン(12)。
- (iv)トルクコンバータ(32)の入力部(34)を介してドライブトレイン(14)にトルクを供給するように構成された第2の電気モータ(37)をさらに備える、請求項1〜請求項9のうちのいずれか一項に記載のパワートレイン(12)。
- (v)第1の電気モータ(28)を駆動するための電気エネルギーを第1の電気モータ(28)に供給するように構成されたエネルギー貯蔵部(60)であって、スーパーキャパシタ(62)を備えたエネルギー貯蔵部(60)をさらに備える、請求項1〜請求項10のうちのいずれか一項に記載のパワートレイン(12)。
- 内燃機関(24)および第1の電気モータ(28)から車両の駆動輪(16)にトルクを伝達するためのドライブトレイン(14)であって、内燃機関(24)は、往復動内燃機関であり、トルクを供給するための出力部(26)を有し、
(a)内燃機関(24)の出力部(26)に結合されて出力部(26)からトルクを受け取る入力部(34)と、トルクを供給するための出力部(36)とを有するトルクコンバータ(32)であって、第1の動作状態と第2の動作状態とを有し、第1の動作状態では、入力部(34)と出力部(36)が機械的結合を形成し、第2の動作状態では、入力部(34)と出力部(36)が流体結合を形成するように構成され、入力部(34)に供給されたトルクは、第1の動作状態および第2の動作状態で出力部(36)に伝達され、第1の動作状態では、入力部(34)は出力部(36)に対して滑りが生じないように出力部(36)にロックされ、第2の動作状態では、入力部(34)は出力部(36)に対する滑りが可能となるように出力部(36)にロックされないように構成された、トルクコンバータ(32)と、
(b)トルクコンバータ(32)の出力部(36)に結合されて出力部(36)からトルクを受け取る入力部(46)と、駆動輪(16)にトルクを供給するための出力部(48)とを有するファイナルドライブ(44)であって、入力部(46)はトルクコンバータ(32)の出力部(36)に固定ギア比で結合される、ファイナルドライブ(44)と、を備え、
さらに、トルクコンバータ(32)の出力側で第1の電気モータ(28)からトルクを受けるように構成される、ドライブトレイン(14)。 - 請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(14)の特徴のいずれかを含む、請求項12に記載のドライブトレイン(14)。
- (1)駆動輪(16,)と、
(2)駆動輪(16)にトルクを供給するための請求項1〜請求項13のいずれか一項に記載のパワートレイン(12)と、を備える、路上車両。 - (3)追加の駆動輪(16)をさらに備え、
パワートレイン(12)は、追加の駆動輪(16)にトルクを供給するように構成される、請求項14に記載の路上車両。
