Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る動力伝達制御装置(以下、「本装置」と称呼する。)を搭載した車両の概略構成を示している。この車両は、動力源として内燃機関とモータジェネレータとを備え、且つ、トルクコンバータを備えない多段変速機を使用した所謂オートメイティッド・マニュアル・トランスミッションを備えた車両に適用されている。
以下、車両が走行している場合において、切替機構50の切り替え作動がなされる場合における本装置の作動について、図3を参照しながら説明する。図3は、時刻t1以前において切替機構50がOUT接続状態に維持されていて、時刻t1(或いは、その直前)にて「OUT接続状態からIN接続状態」への切り替え条件が成立した場合についての一例を示す。
図7では、図3と同様、「OUT接続状態からIN接続状態」への切り替え作動がなされる場合の一例が示されている。図7において、TeがTrに達し得る状態にある場合おける切り替え調整期間内におけるTe及びTmの推移(即ち、図3にて示したTe及びTmの推移)は細い実線で示されている。図7に示すように、TeがTrに達し得ない場合、第2期間(時刻t2〜t5)において、Teは、Teの調整可能範囲の最大値に維持される。
Claims (6)
- 動力源として内燃機関と電動機とを備えた車両に適用される車両の動力伝達制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関の出力軸との間で動力伝達系統が形成される入力軸と、前記車両の駆動輪との間で動力伝達系統が形成される出力軸とを備え、前記出力軸の回転速度に対する前記入力軸の回転速度の割合である変速機減速比を調整可能な変速機と、
前記電動機の出力軸の接続状態を、前記電動機の出力軸と前記変速機の入力軸との間で動力伝達系統が形成される入力側接続状態と、前記電動機の出力軸と前記変速機の出力軸との間で前記変速機を介することなく動力伝達系統が形成される出力側接続状態と、前記電動機の出力軸と前記変速機の入力軸との間も前記電動機の出力軸と前記変速機の出力軸との間も動力伝達系統が形成されない非接続状態と、のうちで2以上の状態に切り替え可能な切替機構と、
前記車両の運転者による加速操作部材の操作に基づいて、前記運転者が要求する駆動トルクである要求駆動トルクを取得する要求駆動トルク取得手段と、
前記電動機の出力軸の接続状態の切り替え条件が成立したか否かを判定する判定手段と、
少なくとも前記要求駆動トルクに基づいて、前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクに基づく前記変速機の出力軸に伝達されるトルクである内燃機関側出力トルクと前記電動機の出力軸のトルクに基づく前記変速機の出力軸に伝達されるトルクである電動機側出力トルクとの和が前記要求駆動トルクに一致するように前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクと前記電動機の出力軸のトルクとを制御するとともに、前記切り替え条件が成立したことに基づいて前記切替機構を制御する制御手段と、
を備え、
前記制御手段は、
前記切り替え条件が成立したことに基づいて、前記電動機の出力軸の接続状態の切り替え作動に関連して前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクと前記電動機の出力軸のトルクとが調整される期間である切り替え調整期間に亘って前記内燃機関側出力トルクと前記電動機側出力トルクとの和が前記要求駆動トルクに一致するように且つ前記切り替え調整期間において前記電動機の出力軸のトルクがゼロ又はゼロ近傍の値で推移する期間が含まれるように前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクと前記電動機の出力軸のトルクとを調整するとともに、前記切り替え調整期間において前記切り替え作動が行われるように前記切替機構を制御するよう構成された車両の動力伝達制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の動力伝達制御装置において、
前記制御手段は、
前記電動機の出力軸の接続状態が前記入力側接続状態及び前記出力側接続状態における一方の状態にある場合において、前記入力側接続状態及び前記出力側接続状態における前記一方の状態から他方の状態への切り替え条件が成立したことに基づいて、前記切り替え調整期間が、前記電動機の出力軸のトルクがゼロ又はゼロ近傍の値に向けて減少しつつ前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクが増大する第1期間と、前記電動機の出力軸のトルクがゼロ又はゼロ近傍の値で推移するとともに前記内燃機関側出力トルクが前記要求駆動トルクに一致する第2期間と、前記電動機の出力軸のトルクがゼロ又はゼロ近傍の値から増大しつつ前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクが減少する第3期間とから構成されるように前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクと前記電動機の出力軸のトルクとを調整するとともに、前記切り替え作動が前記第1期間から前記第2期間への切り替え時点にて開始し前記第2期間から前記第3期間への切り替え時点にて終了するように前記切替機構を制御するよう構成された車両の動力伝達制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両の動力伝達制御装置において、
前記制御手段は、
前記第1期間において、前記切り替え調整期間において前記内燃機関側出力トルクが前記要求駆動トルクに達し得ないと判定された場合の前記電動機の出力軸のトルクの減少勾配の絶対値が、前記切り替え調整期間において前記内燃機関側出力トルクが前記要求駆動トルクに達し得ると判定された場合の前記電動機の出力軸のトルクの減少勾配の絶対値に比して、前記第1期間の開始から前記第1期間の途中の所定時点までの間は小さく且つ前記所定時点から前記第1期間の終了までの間は大きくなるように、且つ、前記切り替え調整期間において前記内燃機関側出力トルクが前記要求駆動トルクに達し得ないと判定された場合の前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクの増加勾配が、前記切り替え調整期間において前記内燃機関側出力トルクが前記要求駆動トルクに達し得ると判定された場合の前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクの増加勾配に比して、前記第1期間に亘って小さくなるように、前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクと前記電動機の出力軸のトルクとを調整するように構成された車両の動力伝達制御装置。 - 請求項2又は請求項3に記載の車両の動力伝達制御装置において、
前記制御手段は、
前記第3期間において、前記切り替え調整期間において前記内燃機関側出力トルクが前記要求駆動トルクに達し得ないと判定された場合の前記電動機の出力軸のトルクの増加勾配が、前記切り替え調整期間において前記内燃機関側出力トルクが前記要求駆動トルクに達し得ると判定された場合の前記電動機の出力軸のトルクの増加勾配に比して、前記第3期間の開始から前記第3期間の途中の所定時点までの間は大きく且つ前記所定時点から前記第3期間の終了までの間は小さくなるように、且つ、前記切り替え調整期間において前記内燃機関側出力トルクが前記要求駆動トルクに達し得ないと判定された場合の前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクの減少勾配の絶対値が、前記切り替え調整期間において前記内燃機関側出力トルクが前記要求駆動トルクに達し得ると判定された場合の前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクの減少勾配の絶対値に比して、前記第3期間に亘って小さくなるように、前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクと前記電動機の出力軸のトルクとを調整するように構成された車両の動力伝達制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか一項に記載の車両の動力伝達制御装置において、
前記制御手段は、
前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクが前記内燃機関の所定の特性を最良とする最良特性トルクと一致する状態において前記内燃機関側出力トルクと前記電動機側出力トルクとの和を前記要求駆動トルクと一致させるために必要な前記電動機の出力軸のトルクである要求電動機トルクが前記電動機の発生可能範囲内となる第1の状態において、前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクが前記最良特性トルクと一致するように且つ前記電動機の出力軸のトルクが前記要求電動機トルクと一致するように前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクと前記電動機の出力軸のトルクとを制御するとともに、前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクが前記最良特性トルクと一致する状態において前記要求電動機トルクが前記電動機の発生可能範囲外となる第2の状態において、前記電動機の出力軸のトルクが前記電動機の発生可能範囲の最大値と一致するように且つ前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクが前記内燃機関側出力トルクと前記電動機側出力トルクとの和を前記要求駆動トルクと一致させるために必要なトルクと一致するように前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクと前記電動機の出力軸のトルクとを制御するように構成され、
前記判定手段は、
前記電動機の出力軸の接続状態が前記入力側接続状態及び前記出力側接続状態における一方の状態にある場合であって且つ前記第2の状態において、前記入力側接続状態及び前記出力側接続状態における前記一方の状態よりも他方の状態の方が、前記内燃機関の出力軸のトルクが前記最良特性トルクに近い場合、前記入力側接続状態及び前記出力側接続状態における前記一方の状態から前記他方の状態への切り替え条件が成立したと判定するように構成された車両の動力伝達制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5の何れか一項に記載の車両の動力伝達制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記変速機の入力軸との間に、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記変速機の入力軸との間の動力伝達系統を遮断・接続するクラッチ機構を備え、
前記変速機は、
トルクコンバータを備えておらず、且つ、前記変速機減速比として予め定められた異なる複数の減速比を設定可能な多段変速機であり、
前記制御手段は、
前記車両の運転状態に応じて、前記クラッチ機構の遮断・接続、及び前記変速機の変速段を制御するように構成された車両の動力伝達制御装置。
