Claims (11)
- 内燃機関(100)の駆動力を受けて回転可能で、駆動部へ駆動力を伝達する駆動軸(130)と、遠心クラッチロータを有し前記内燃機関の回転数が所定数未満の場合前記内燃機関の駆動力を前記駆動軸に伝達せず前記内燃機関の回転数が所定数以上の場合前記内燃機関の駆動力を前記駆動軸に伝達する遠心クラッチ機構(400)とを備える動力装置に用いられる補助動力装置であって、
周方向に永久磁石を複数配置し前記駆動軸と同軸上で回転可能なロータと、固定カバーに固定され前記永久磁石と対向する複数のコイルを有するステータとを備える回転電機(200)と、
この回転電機の回転を制御する制御装置(250)と、
サンギヤが前記駆動軸と一体に回転し、リングギヤが前記回転電機の前記ロータと共に回転し、前記リングギヤと前記サンギヤとの間に遊星ギヤ及び前記遠心クラッチロータと共に回転する遊星キャリアを備える遊星歯車機構(500)とを備え、
前記回転電機の駆動力で前記駆動軸を回転させるモードでは、前記回転電機の回転を前記リングギヤ及び前記遊星ギヤを介して前記サンギヤに伝えて前記駆動軸を回転させ、
前記内燃機関の駆動力で前記駆動軸を回転させるモードでは、前記内燃機関の回転を前記遠心クラッチロータから前記遊星キャリア及び前記遊星ギヤを介して前記サンギヤに伝えて前記駆動軸を回転させ、
前記回転電機の駆動力を用いず前記内燃機関の駆動力で前記駆動軸を回転させるモードでは、前記リングギヤの回転を停止する補助動力装置。 - 内燃機関(100)の駆動力を受けて回転可能で駆動部へ駆動力を伝達する駆動軸(130)と、遠心クラッチロータを有し前記内燃機関の回転数が所定数未満の場合前記内燃機関の駆動力を前記駆動軸に伝達せず前記内燃機関の回転数が所定数以上の場合前記内燃機関の駆動力を前記駆動軸に伝達する遠心クラッチ機構(400)とを備える動力装置に用いられる補助動力装置であって、
周方向に永久磁石を複数配置し前記駆動軸と同軸上で回転可能なロータと、固定カバーに固定され前記永久磁石と対向する複数のコイルを有するステータとを備える回転電機(200)と、
この回転電機の回転を制御する制御装置(250)と、
サンギヤが前記駆動軸と一体に回転し、リングギヤが前記回転電機の前記ロータと共に回転し、前記リングギヤと前記サンギヤとの間に遊星ギヤ及び前記遠心クラッチロータと共に回転する遊星キャリアを備える遊星歯車機構(500)と、
前記遠心クラッチロータと前記固定カバーとの間に介在して前記遠心クラッチロータの第1方向の回転を前記遠心クラッチロータと前記固定カバーとの間で許容して前記遠心クラッチロータの前記第1方向とは逆方向の第2方向の回転は前記遠心クラッチロータを前記固定カバーにロックして許容しない第2ワンウェイクラッチ(620)とを備える補助動力装置。 - 前記遊星キャリア(503)は前記遠心クラッチロータに形成されている
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の補助動力装置。 - 内燃機関(100)の駆動力を受けて回転可能で駆動部へ駆動力を伝達する駆動軸(130)と、遠心クラッチロータを有し前記内燃機関の回転数が所定数未満の場合前記内燃機関の駆動力を前記駆動軸に伝達せず前記内燃機関の回転数が所定数以上の場合前記内燃機関の駆動力を前記駆動軸に伝達する遠心クラッチ機構(400)とを備える動力装置に用いられる補助動力装置であって、
周方向に永久磁石を複数配置し前記駆動軸と同軸上で回転可能なロータと、固定カバーに固定され前記永久磁石と対向する複数のコイルを有するステータとを備える回転電機(200)と、
この回転電機の回転を制御する制御装置(250)と、
サンギヤが前記駆動軸と一体に回転し、リングギヤが前記回転電機の前記ロータと共に回転し、前記リングギヤと前記サンギヤとの間に遊星ギヤ及び前記遠心クラッチロータと共に回転する遊星キャリアを備える遊星歯車機構(500)とを備え、
前記回転電機の回転を前記駆動軸に伝達するモードでは、前記ロータの回転を前記遊星歯車機構を介して前記駆動軸に伝達し、
前記回転電機の回転が不使用で、前記内燃機関の駆動力で前記駆動軸を回転させる第3モードでは、前記内燃機関の回転を前記遠心クラッチロータ及び前記遊星歯車機構を介して前記駆動軸に伝達すると共に、前記回転電機の前記ロータは前記永久磁石が前記ステータに吸引されることによる回転抑制トルクによって回転停止する補助動力装置。 - 前記内燃機関が所定数以上の回転数で回転し、前記回転電機も回転する第4モードでは、前記内燃機関の回転が、前記遠心クラッチロータ、前記遊星キャリア、前記遊星ギヤ及び前記サンギヤを介して前記駆動軸に伝達されると共に、前記ロータの回転が前記リングギヤ、前記遊星ギヤ及び前記サンギヤを介して前記駆動軸に伝達される
請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の補助動力装置。 - 前記固定カバーと前記回転電機の前記ロータとの間に、前記ロータを前記固定カバーに固定する固定状態と前記ロータを前記固定カバーから離脱させる離脱状態とを切り替えるロータアクチュエータ(750)を介在させ、
このロータアクチュエータの前記離脱状態で、前記第3モードを行うと共に、
前記ロータアクチュエータの前記固定状態でも、前記第3モードにおける前記ロータの回転停止状態の補助を行う
請求項4に記載の補助動力装置。 - 内燃機関(100)の駆動力を受けて回転可能で駆動部へ駆動力を伝達する駆動軸(130)と、遠心クラッチロータを有し前記内燃機関の回転数が所定数未満の場合前記内燃機関の駆動力を前記駆動軸に伝達せず前記内燃機関の回転数が所定数以上の場合前記内燃機関の駆動力を前記駆動軸に伝達する遠心クラッチ機構(400)とを備える動力装置に用いられる補助動力装置であって、
周方向に永久磁石を複数配置し前記駆動軸と同軸上で回転可能なロータと、固定カバーに固定され前記永久磁石と対向する複数のコイルを有するステータとを備える回転電機(200)と、
この回転電機の回転を制御する制御装置(250)と、
サンギヤが前記駆動軸と一体に回転し、リングギヤが前記回転電機の前記ロータと共に回転し、前記リングギヤと前記サンギヤとの間に遊星ギヤ及び前記遠心クラッチロータと共に回転する遊星キャリアを備える遊星歯車機構(500)とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記回転電機の第1方向の回転及びこの第1方向とは逆方向の第2方向の回転を制御し、
前記遠心クラッチロータと前記駆動軸との間に介在して前記遠心クラッチロータの前記第1方向の回転を前記遠心クラッチロータと前記駆動軸との間で伝達し前記駆動軸の前記第1方向の回転は前記駆動軸と前記遠心クラッチロータとの間で伝達しない第1ワンウェイクラッチ(610)と、前記遠心クラッチロータと前記固定カバーとの間に介在して前記遠心クラッチロータの前記第1方向の回転を前記遠心クラッチロータと前記固定カバーとの間で許容して前記遠心クラッチロータの前記第2方向の回転は前記遠心クラッチロータを前記固定カバーにロックして許容しない第2ワンウェイクラッチ(620)とを有するワンウェイクラッチ機構(600)を更に備え、
前記内燃機関の停止時ないし所定数未満回転数での回転時で、かつ、前記回転電機を前記第1方向に回転する第1モードでは、前記ロータの回転が、前記リングギヤ、前記遊星ギヤ、前記遊星キャリア、前記遠心クラッチロータ及び前記第1ワンウェイクラッチを介して前記駆動軸に伝達される補助動力装置。 - 前記内燃機関の停止時ないし所定数未満回転数での回転時で、かつ、前記回転電機が前記第2方向に回転する第2モードでは、前記遠心クラッチロータは前記第2ワンウェイクラッチにより前記固定カバーに固定されて前記遊星キャリアは固定され、前記ロータの回転が、前記リングギヤ、前記遊星ギヤ及び前記サンギヤを介して前記駆動軸に伝達される
請求項7に記載の補助動力装置。 - 前記固定カバーと前記第2ワンウェイクラッチとの間に、前記第2ワンウェイクラッチを前記固定カバーに固定する固定状態と前記第2ワンウェイクラッチを前記固定カバーから離脱させる離脱状態とを切り替えるアクチュエータ(700)を介在させ、
前記アクチュエータの前記離脱状態では、前記駆動軸が前記第2方向に回転するのを許容する第5モードを行う
請求項7又は請求項8に記載の補助動力装置。 - 請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに記載の補助動力装置と、
前記内燃機関(100)と、
この内燃機関の駆動力を受けて回転可能で、駆動部へ駆動力を伝達する前記駆動軸(130)と、
この回転電機に電気接続するバッテリ(351)と、
このバッテリと前記回転電機とに電気接続し、前記回転電機の回転を制御する前記制御装置とを備える内燃機関と回転電機を用いたハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記内燃機関により駆動される第2回転電機(300)を更に備え、
前記回転電機は前記駆動軸の駆動用モータとして用いられ、
前記第2回転電機は、前記内燃機関の始動を行うスタータ及び前記バッテリへの充電を行うジェネレータとして用いられる
請求項10に記載の内燃機関と回転電機を用いたハイブリッド駆動装置。
