Claims (21)
- 胸部組織画像を処理するためのシステムであって、
画像処理コンピュータと、
前記画像処理コンピュータに動作可能に結合されるユーザインターフェースと、
を備え、
前記画像処理コンピュータは、
胸部組織の画像データを取得し、前記画像データを処理し、再構成画像スライスのセットを生成することであって、前記再構成画像スライスは、前記胸部組織を集合的に描写する、ことと、
前記再構成画像スライスの個別のサブセットを処理し、画像スラブのセットを生成することであって、各画像スラブは、前記再構成画像スライスのセットの個別のサブセットから取得された前記胸部組織の一部の合成2D画像を備える、ことと
を行うように構成される、システム。 - 少なくとも1つの画像ディスプレイモニタをさらに備え、前記画像処理コンピュータはさらに、1つまたはそれを上回るディスプレイモニタの同一または異なるディスプレイモニタ上に、前記画像スラブの生成されたセットの1つまたはそれを上回る画像スラブを表示させるように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記画像処理コンピュータは、所定の数の連続する再構成画像スライスから前記セットの各画像スラブを生成するように構成され、前記セットの隣接する画像スラブは、所定の重複数の連続する再構成画像スライスを含む、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記画像処理コンピュータは、ユーザ入力された数の連続する再構成画像スライスから前記セットの各画像スラブを生成するように構成され、前記セットの隣接する画像スラブは、ユーザ入力された重複数の連続する再構成画像スライスを含む、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 個別の画像スラブは、6つの連続する画像スラブから生成され、前記セットの隣接する画像スラブは、3つの連続する再構成画像スライスの重複を含む、請求項1−4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 各画像スラブは、個別の画像スラブが生成される再構成画像スライスの数に基づいて、選択または修正される、強調処理機構を使用して生成される、請求項1−5のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記強調処理機構は、前記個別の画像スラブが生成される再構成画像スライスの数に対応する値に基づいて、選択または修正される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記強調処理機構は、前記セットの1つまたはそれを上回る画像スラブ内の1つまたはそれを上回るオブジェクトもしくは領域を強調するステップを含む、請求項6または7に記載のシステム。
- 前記強調処理機構は、
個別の強調されたオブジェクトまたは領域のバイナリマップと、
前記個別の強調されたオブジェクトまたは領域内の識別されたパターンに関する確率分布を含む、各画像スライスのマップと、
前記再構成画像スライスの個別のサブセットの画像スライスから識別されたオブジェクトまたは領域を前記画像スラブの中にインポートすることであって、前記オブジェクトまたは領域は、個別の再構成画像スライス内の前記オブジェクトまたは領域のX、Y座標場所に対応するX、Y座標場所において、前記画像スラブの中にインポートされる、ことと、
のうちの1つまたはそれを上回るものを考慮する、請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記画像処理コンピュータはさらに、前記生成された画像スラブのセットを備える記憶ファイルを生成するように構成される、請求項1−9のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 胸部組織画像データを処理するための方法であって、
胸部組織の画像データを取得するステップと、
前記画像データを処理し、再構成画像スライスのセットを生成するステップであって、前記再構成画像スライスは、前記胸部組織を集合的に描写する、ステップと、
前記再構成画像スライスの個別のサブセットを処理し、画像スラブのセットを生成するステップであって、各画像スラブは、前記再構成画像スライスのセットの個別のサブセットから取得された前記胸部組織の一部の合成2D画像を備える、ステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 各画像スラブは、所定の数の連続する再構成画像スライスから生成され、前記セットの隣接する画像スラブは、所定の重複数の連続する再構成画像スライスから生成される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 各画像スラブは、ユーザ入力された数の連続する再構成画像スライスから生成され、前記セットの隣接する画像スラブは、ユーザ入力された重複数の連続する再構成画像スライスから生成される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 個別の画像スラブは、6つの連続する画像スラブから生成され、前記セットの隣接する画像スラブは、3つの連続する再構成画像スライスの重複を含む、請求項11−13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 各画像スラブは、個別の画像スラブが生成される再構成画像スライスの数に基づいて、選択または修正される、強調処理機構を使用して生成される、請求項11−14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記強調処理機構は、前記個別の画像スラブが生成される再構成画像スライスの数に対応する値に基づいて、選択または修正される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記強調処理機構は、前記セットの1つまたはそれを上回る画像スラブ内の1つまたはそれを上回るオブジェクトまたは領域を強調するステップを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記強調処理機構は、
個別の強調されたオブジェクトまたは領域のバイナリマップと、
前記個別の強調されたオブジェクトまたは領域内の識別されたパターンに関する確率分布を含む、各画像スライスのマップと、
前記再構成画像スライスの個別のサブセットの画像スライスから識別されたオブジェクトまたは領域を前記画像スラブの中にインポートすることであって、前記オブジェクトまたは領域は、個別の再構成画像スライス内の前記オブジェクトまたは領域のX、Y座標場所に対応するX、Y座標場所において、前記画像スラブの中にインポートされる、ことと、
のうちの1つまたはそれを上回るものを考慮する、請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記生成された画像スラブのセットを備える記憶ファイルを生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項11−18のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 胸部組織画像データを処理するための方法であって、
胸部組織の画像データを取得するステップと、
前記画像データを処理し、再構成画像スライスのセットを生成するステップであって、前記再構成画像スライスは、前記胸部組織を集合的に描写する、ステップと、
複数の生成された再構成画像スライスをユーザに表示するステップと、
前記セットの個別の再構成画像スライスを識別するユーザ入力を受信するステップと、
前記再構成画像スライスのサブセットを処理し、画像スラブを生成するステップであって、前記画像スラブは、前記再構成画像スライスのサブセットから取得された前記胸部組織の一部の合成2D画像を備え、前記再構成画像スライスのサブセットは、個別のユーザ識別された画像スライスを含む、ステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記再構成画像スライスの個別のサブセットを処理し、ユーザ入力された数の画像スラブを生成するステップであって、各画像スラブは、前記再構成画像スライスの個別のサブセットから取得された前記胸部組織の一部の合成2D画像を備え、前記複数の連続する画像スラブは、ユーザ入力された画像スライスの重複から生成される、ステップをさらに含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
