Claims (12)
- 自動車両ボディ(18)のアクセス開口(12)を閉じるための閉鎖装置(10)であって、
内部チャンバ(14)は、前記アクセス開口(12)から進入可能であり、前記アクセス開口(12)は、キャップ要素(20)によって閉じることができ、
前記キャップ要素(20)は、前記内部チャンバ(14)に配置されたガイド装置(30)に連結され、前記キャップ要素(20)は、前記ガイド装置(30)によって、閉位置と開位置との間で調整することができる、閉鎖装置において、前記ガイド装置(30)は、前記キャップ要素(20)が前記閉位置と前記開位置との間で移動するときに、前記キャップ要素(20)が、押し移動および昇降移動を行うように設計され、前記キャップ要素(20)は、前記開位置において、前記内部チャンバ(14)内に配置されることを特徴とする閉鎖装置。 - 前記ガイド装置(30)は、ガイドレール(32)と、前記ガイドレール(32)上で移動できる少なくとも1つのスライダ(34、36)を有し、前記少なくとも1つのスライダ(34、36)は、少なくとも1つの旋回可能な連結要素(38、40)を介して、前記キャップ要素(20)に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の閉鎖装置。
- 前記ガイド装置は、ガイドレール(32)と、前記ガイドレール(32)上で移動できる2つのスライダ(34、36)とを有し、前記スライダ(34、36)は、それぞれの連結要素(38、40)を介して、前記キャップ要素(20)に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の閉鎖装置。
- 前記連結要素(38)は、力作用手段(56)によって前記キャップ要素(20)の前記開位置まで与圧されることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の閉鎖装置。
- 閉鎖動作中に、前記キャップ要素(20)が前記アクセス開口(12)まで持ち上げられるように、前記力作用手段(56)に抗して前記ガイド装置(30)と相互作用する閉鎖ストッパ(54)を設けることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の閉鎖装置。
- 前記ガイド装置(30)は、第1のガイドレール(32)と、ずれた第2のガイドレール(33)とを有し、前記キャップ要素(20)には、その上に2つのガイド本体(42’、46’)が配置され、前記ガイド本体(42’、46’)は、前記それぞれのガイドレール(32、33)上でそれぞれ案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の閉鎖装置。
- 前記ガイドレール(32、33)は、押し領域および昇降領域を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の閉鎖装置。
- 前記ガイドレール(32、33)は、ガイド溝(32’、33’)を有し、ボルトの形態で設計されたガイド本体(42’、46’)が、前記ガイド溝(32’、33’)に係合することを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の閉鎖装置。
- トラクションバッテリ用の充電プラグ(16)が、前記内部チャンバ(14)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の閉鎖装置。
- 前記ガイド装置(30)または前記キャップ要素(20)に連結された電動式開放駆動体(50)を設けることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の閉鎖装置。
- 前記電動式開放駆動体(50)は、引き/押しケーブル(52)を介して前記ガイド装置(30)または前記キャップ要素(20)に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の閉鎖装置。
- 前記ガイドレール(32、33)は、前記押し移動が、前記自動車両ボディ(18)に対して実質的に平行に行われるように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項2〜11のいずれか1項に記載の閉鎖装置。
