技术领域
本申请属于车辆制造技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种充电口组件和具有该充电口组件的车辆。
背景技术
电动汽车在车身设有充电口盖,充电口盖可以开启或关闭充电口。电动充电口盖广泛采用的技术方案是通过驱动机构的主动齿轮与齿条啮合,齿条再通过传动机构连接充电口盖。这种技术方案中,一方面由于驱动机构的体积较大,使得充电口盖和齿条运动空间布置困难,另一方面,由于驱动机构的装配误差,主动齿轮与齿条之间的啮合误差也大,导致驱动机构难以稳定输出动力,且运动过程中有异响。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。
本申请的一个目的在于提出一种充电口组件,包括:充电口座,所述充电口座设有导向结构,所述导向结构具有弯折段;充电口盖,所述充电口盖可开合地安装于所述充电口座;传动机构,所述传动机构与所述导向结构滑动配合,且所述传动机构与所述充电口盖相连;驱动机构,所述驱动机构与所述传动机构动力耦合连接。
本申请实施例的充电口组件,由于设置了具有弯折段的导向机构,使得充电口盖的开合轨迹更优。
本申请还提出了一种车辆,具有如上述的充电口组件。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考图1-图4描述根据本申请实施例的充电口组件100。
如图1-图3所示,本申请实施例的充电口组件100包括:充电口座10、充电口盖20、传动机构、驱动机构。
其中,充电口座10用于安装于车身,充电口座10可以设有充电口,充电口盖20可开合地安装于充电口座10,充电口盖20相对于充电口座10运动时,可以开启或关闭充电口。
充电口座10设有导向结构11,传动机构与导向结构11滑动配合,导向结构11用于引导传动机构按设定的轨迹运动,且传动机构与充电口盖20相连,传动机构沿导向结构11运动时,可以带动充电口盖20开合。其中,传动机构可以沿导向结构11往复运动,以实现从关盖到开盖的切换以及从开盖到关盖的切换。
导向结构11具有弯折段16,当传动机构通过导向结构11的弯折段16时,可以带动充电口盖20在两个交叉的方向的运动,从而便于实现开盖到关盖的切换。由于设计出具有弯折段16的导向机构11,使充电口盖20的开合轨迹更优。
驱动机构与传动机构动力耦合连接,驱动机构用于驱动传动机构运动。
本申请实施例的充电口组件100,由于设置了具有弯折段16的导向机构11,使得充电口盖20的开合轨迹更优。
在一些实施例中,传动机构包括齿条30,驱动机构包括动力源(图中未示出)、主动齿轮60和至少一个从动齿轮,动力源的输出端设有主动齿轮60,动力源可以包括电动机,电控的方式简单,且方便实现正转和反转,主动齿轮60可以电动机的电机轴动力耦合连接,比如通过花键结构或销轴或平键相连。
齿条30与其中一个从动齿轮啮合,主动齿轮60与该从动齿轮动力耦合连接,主动齿轮60与该第一从动齿轮可以直接连接或通过其他传动结构连接,该从动齿轮与齿条30啮合,也就是说,动力源工作,通过主动齿轮60带动该从动齿轮转动,该从动齿轮驱动齿条30沿导向结构11运动,从而实现充电口盖20开合。
如图2所示,与齿条30啮合的从动齿轮的轴线到主动齿轮的轴线的间距为L,满足:L≥20mm。比如L=25mm。
可以理解的,充电口座10由于要安装驱动机构,特别是驱动机构的动力源占用的空间大,留给导向结构11的装配空间较小,而导向结构11的形状和走势直接影响了充电口盖20的开合轨迹,相关技术中,空间问题极大地限制了导向结构11的设计,使得充电口盖20的开合轨迹较为简单,难以设计独特的更合适的开合方式。
本申请中,通过在主动齿轮60与齿条30之间设计从动齿轮,并拉大主动齿轮60与该从动齿轮的轴线之间的间距L,这样驱动机构与传动机构之间的间距大,驱动机构不会干涉传动机构的运动,这样就能设计出具有弯折段16的导向机构,使充电口盖20的开合轨迹更优。另一方面,由于设计了从动齿轮,主动齿轮60不与传动机构直接传动,可以解决由于驱动机构安装配合误差,使机构的运动更稳定。
本申请实施例的充电口组件100,由于设置了从动齿轮并拉大主动齿轮60与从动齿轮的轴线之间的间距L,可以防止驱动机构与传动机构干涉,且运动机构的稳定性高,充电口盖20的开合轨迹更优。
当然,传动机构的形式不限于齿条,对应的驱动机构也不限于动力源加齿轮的机构,比如驱动机构可以包括动力源、蜗杆、齿轮的结构形式,这样可以错开布置动力源,同样能防止动力源与导向机构11的干涉。
在一些实施例中,如图2和图3所示,传动机构包括齿条30,齿条30包括:齿条本体31和连接柱32。其中,与齿条30啮合的从动齿轮与齿条本体31的齿面啮合,连接柱32与齿条本体31相连,且连接柱32与导向结构11滑动配合,且连接柱32在工作过程中经过弯折段16,充电口盖20与连接柱32相连。在实际的执行中,如图2所示,齿条本体31的背离齿面的一侧具有凸出的凸耳,凸耳设有连接柱32。这样在有限的空间内,既方便齿条30的动力传输,又能实现齿条30与充电口盖20的连接。齿条本体31可以设有多个减重孔33,以减轻充电口组件100的重量。
图2和图3所示,导向结构11包括滑槽,滑槽具有弯折段16,连接柱32伸入滑槽,且连接柱32贯穿滑槽的底壁,齿条本体31和充电口盖20分别连接在连接柱32的两端,且齿条本体31和充电口盖20分别位于滑槽的两侧,这样通过导向结构11的间隔,可以防止齿条30与充电口盖20的干涉。或者说齿条本体31、主动齿轮60等齿条30相对于充电口盖20可以设在充电口座10的两侧,遮蔽性好。
如图1所示,导向结构11包括第一滑槽12和第二滑槽13,连接柱32包括分别连接在齿条本体31两端的第一连接柱32a和第二连接柱32b,第一连接柱32a与第一滑槽12滑动配合,第二连接柱32b与第二滑槽13滑动配合。
双滑槽和双连接柱的结构,使得齿条30的运动轨迹更稳定可靠,双滑槽的形状可以根据设计出的充电口盖20开盖或合盖的轨迹来说设计。比如图1所示的实施例中,第一滑槽12为弯折形,第一滑槽12具有弯折段16。
在图1所示的实施例中,充电口组件100包括:充电口座10、充电口盖20、齿条30、驱动机构,驱动机构包括第一从动齿轮40、第二从动齿轮51和动力源。
驱动机构的主动齿轮60与第二从动齿轮51啮合,第二从动齿轮51与第一从动齿轮40啮合,第一从动齿轮40与齿条30啮合。
可以理解的是,上述机构的充电口组件100,主动齿轮60与第二从动齿轮51传动,不与齿条30直接传动,可以解决由于驱动机构安装配合误差,从而造成的运动机构不稳定,从而产品运动机构稳定。
主动齿轮60与齿条30中有2个从动齿轮,间隙很大,有足够的空间布置运动导向结构11和齿条30运动位置,充电口盖20开启和关闭运动空间布置无难度。
如图2所示,充电口座10设有第一支承柱14,第一从动齿轮40可转动地安装于第一支承柱14,充电口座10设有第二支承柱15,第二从动齿轮51可转动地安装于第一支承柱14。
从动齿轮固定在支承柱上,第二从动齿轮51与第一从动齿轮40的配合精度可以到±0.1mm,精度非常高,而且是非常稳定,在实际的执行中,第二从动齿轮51为PG6(聚酰胺)+GF50(玻纤改性,玻纤含量为50%)材料制成,硬度和强度高,第一从动齿轮40为POM(聚甲醛)材料制成,相互配合稳定,齿条30为PG6+GF50材料制成,硬度和强度高,主动齿轮60为POM材料制成,韧性和润滑性好,解决驱动机构安装过程的误差,产生相应的不稳定,从而产生的传动异响。
充电口盖20运动过程是由导向结构11的走线决定,导向结构11的走向可以自由灵活设计,充电口盖20运动轨迹就可以灵活设计,导向结构11与齿条30的精度可以到±0.1mm,精度非常高,而且是非常稳定,充电口盖20运动过程非常稳定。
在图4所示的实施例中,充电口组件100包括:充电口座10、充电口盖20、齿条30、驱动机构,驱动机构包括第一从动齿轮40、传动带52和动力源。
主动齿轮60与第一从动齿轮40间隔开设置,且主动齿轮60与第一从动齿轮40通过传动带52动力耦合连接。
可以理解的是,上述机构的充电口组件100,主动齿轮60通过传动带52与第一从动齿轮40传动,不与齿条30直接传动,可以解决由于驱动机构安装配合误差,从而造成的运动机构不稳定,从而产品运动机构稳定。
主动齿轮60与第一从动齿轮40间隔开设置,间隙很大,有足够的空间布置运动导向结构11和齿条30运动位置,充电口盖20开启和关闭运动空间布置无难度。
充电口座10设有第一支承柱14,第一从动齿轮40可转动地安装于第一支承柱14。
这样第一从动齿轮40固定在支承柱上,第二从动齿轮51与第一从动齿轮40的配合精度可以到±0.1mm,精度非常高,而且是非常稳定,在实际的执行中,第一从动齿轮40为POM材料制成,齿条30为PG6+GF50材料制成,硬度和强度高,相互配合稳定,主动齿轮60为POM材料制成,韧性和润滑性好,解决驱动机构安装过程的误差,产生相应的不稳定,从而产生的传动异响。
充电口盖20运动过程是由导向结构11的走线决定,导向结构11的走向可以自由灵活设计,充电口盖20运动轨迹就可以灵活设计,导向结构11与齿条30的精度可以到±0.1mm,精度非常高,而且是非常稳定,充电口盖20运动过程非常稳定。
综上所述,本申请的充电口组件100,可以消除驱动机构安装配合误差,提供运动机构的稳定,降低充电口盖20开启和关闭运动空间以及齿条30布置的设计难度,消除从动齿轮传动异响,防止充电口盖20开启和关闭过程中由于运动不稳定产生的晃动。
本申请还公开了一种车辆。
本申请实施例的车辆,具有上述任一种实施例的充电口组件100。本申请的车辆,充电口盖20的开启和关闭稳定。

Claims (11)
1.一种充电口组件,其特征在于,包括:
充电口座,所述充电口座设有导向结构,所述导向结构具有弯折段;
充电口盖,所述充电口盖可开合地安装于所述充电口座;
传动机构,所述传动机构与所述导向结构滑动配合,且所述传动机构与所述充电口盖相连;
驱动机构,所述驱动机构与所述传动机构动力耦合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电口组件,其特征在于,所述驱动机构具有主动齿轮和至少一个从动齿轮,所述传动机构包括齿条,所述齿条与其中一个所述从动齿轮啮合,与所述齿条啮合的所述从动齿轮的轴线到所述主动齿轮的轴线的间距为L,满足:L≥20mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的充电口组件,其特征在于,所述齿条包括:
齿条本体,所述从动齿轮与所述齿条本体啮合;
连接柱,所述连接柱与所述齿条本体相连,且所述连接柱与所述导向结构滑动配合,且在工作过程中经过所述弯折段,所述充电口盖与所述连接柱相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的充电口组件,其特征在于,所述导向结构包括滑槽,所述连接柱伸入所述滑槽,且贯穿所述滑槽的底壁,所述齿条本体和所述充电口盖分别连接在所述连接柱的两端,且分别位于所述滑槽的两侧,所述滑槽具有所述弯折段。
5.根据权利要求3所述的充电口组件,其特征在于,所述导向结构包括第一滑槽和第二滑槽,所述连接柱包括分别连接在所述齿条本体两端的第一连接柱和第二连接柱,所述第一连接柱与所述第一滑槽滑动配合,所述第二连接柱与所述第二滑槽滑动配合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的充电口组件,其特征在于,所述第一滑槽为弯折形且具有所述弯折段。
7.根据权利要求2所述的充电口组件,其特征在于,所述充电口座设有第一支承柱,所述从动齿轮可转动地安装于所述第一支承柱。
8.根据权利要求2-7中任一项所述的充电口组件,其特征在于,所述驱动机构具有:
第一从动齿轮,所述第一从动齿轮与所述齿条啮合;
第二从动齿轮,所述主动齿轮与所述第二从动齿轮啮合,所述第二从动齿轮与所述第一从动齿轮啮合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的充电口组件,其特征在于,所述主动齿轮为POM材料制成,所述第二从动齿轮为PG6+GF50材料制成,所述第一从动齿轮为POM材料制成,所述齿条为PG6+GF50材料制成。
10.根据权利要求2-7中任一项所述的充电口组件,其特征在于,所述驱动机构具有:
第一从动齿轮,所述第一从动齿轮与所述齿条啮合;
传动带,所述主动齿轮与所述第一从动齿轮间隔开设置,且通过所述传动带动力耦合连接。
11.一种车辆,其特征在于,具有如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的充电口组件。
