Abstract
Description
このため、本開示の電動作業機によれば、故障判定部にて制動部の故障を検知することができ、延いては、その故障を使用者に報知することが可能となる。
また、故障判定部は、モータの減速度が予め設定された下限値を下回り、モータを充分制動できないときに、制動部が故障していると判断するように構成されていてもよい。
図1に示すように、本実施形態のグラインダ2は、モータハウジング4とギヤハウジング6とリヤカバー8とを主体として構成されている。
スピンドル12は、中心軸がモータ20の回転軸と直交するよう、ギヤハウジング6内に回転可能に設けられており、ギヤハウジング6内のギヤ機構は、モータ20の回転をスピンドル12の回転に変換するよう、ベベルギヤ等を用いて構成されている。なお、ギヤ機構は、一般的なグラインダと同様の構成であるため、ここでは詳細な説明は省略する。
次に、リヤカバー8は、モータハウジング4のギヤハウジング6とは反対側に設けられており、ギヤハウジング6とは反対側の後端からは、交流電源10(図2参照)である商用電源から電力供給を受けるための電源コード9が引き出されている。
ブレーキ制御回路54は、駆動スイッチ32、34が接点a側の制動位置にあるとき、界磁巻線24、26に流れるブレーキ電流を、電流検出回路56を介して検出し、その電流値が所望の電流値になるように、FET38のオン・オフ状態を切り換える。
図3に示すように、MCU50は、まずS110にて、操作スイッチ30がオン状態であるか否かを判断することで、操作スイッチ30がオン状態になるのを待機する。そして、S110にて、操作スイッチ30がオン状態であると判断されると、S120に移行し、駆動回路42に対し双方向サイリスタ36を駆動させることで、モータ20の駆動を開始し、回転数検出回路44による回転数の検出を開始させる。
以上、本開示の一実施形態について説明したが、本開示は、上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、種々の態様をとることができる。
Claims (7)
- モータと、
前記モータを駆動する駆動部と、
前記駆動部による前記モータの駆動が終了すると制動力を発生して前記モータの回転を停止させる制動部と、
前記駆動部による前記モータの駆動停止後、前記モータの減速度を検出し、該減速度に基づき前記制動部が故障しているか否かを判断する故障判定部と、
を備えた電動作業機。 - 前記故障判定部は、前記モータの減速度が予め設定された上限値を超えると、前記制動部が故障していると判断するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の電動作業機。
- 前記故障判定部は、前記モータの減速度が予め設定された下限値を下回ると、前記制動部が故障していると判断するように構成されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電動作業機。
- 前記故障判定部は、前記制動部が故障していると判断すると、前記制動部の故障を報知するように構成されている、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の電動作業機。
- 前記故障判定部は、前記制動部が故障していると判断すると、前記駆動部による前記モータの駆動を禁止するよう構成されている、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の電動作業機。
- 前記故障判定部は、前記制動部が故障していると判断すると、前記駆動部による前記モータの駆動を一定期間許容し、該一定期間経過後に、前記駆動部による前記モータの駆動を禁止するよう構成されている、請求項5に記載の電動作業機。
- 前記故障判定部は、前記モータの回転数を所定間隔でサンプリングし、最新のサンプリング結果と所定期間前のサンプリング結果との差から、前記モータの減速度を検出するよう構成されている、請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載の電動作業機。
