Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve the measurement of the temperature pattern at a high accuracy and resolution free from effect of ambient atmosphere by measuring the temperature by dichromic temperature computation. CONSTITUTION:A half mirror 20 and an optical filter 21 are arranged on the optical axis of camera device 11 at 45 deg. thereto from the side of an object W to be measured. Light transmitting the half mirror 20 reaches the optical filter 21 and then, the camera device 11. The light which did not transmit the filter 21 is reflected by the incidence surface and further reflected by an optical filter 22 parallelly arranged in the reflected light path with the filter 21, reaching a camera device 12. The camera devices 11 and 12 respectively comprise camera head sections 110 and 120 and control units 111 and 121, which are connected to a common arithmetic unit 3. The unit 3 reads taking information from the unit 111 and 121 relating to the position of the object to perform dichromic computation thereby determining the temperature.
