Abstract
Description
2−EHA(エチルヘキシルアクリレート)100重量部、IBOA(イソボルニルアクリレート)60重量部、及びHEA(ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート)40重量部の含量比で混合し、ここに、光開始剤として1−ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン(Irgacure 184、HCPK)、及びその他の添加剤としてカップリング剤を含む粘着剤組成物を製造した。前記ジルコニウムオキサイドを、前記粘着剤組成物中、モノマー総和100重量部に対して、1重量部の含量比で前記粘着剤組成物に混合した。離型処理されたポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(厚さ:75μm)に粘着剤フィルムの厚さが100μmとなるようにバーコーターを利用して前記粘着剤組成物をコーティングした後、UVランプを利用して紫外線を10分間照射して硬化させることにより高屈折粘着剤フィルムを製造した。ジルコニウムオキサイドは、粒径が5μm(アルドリッチ、230693、屈折率:2.1)以内のものを用いた。
前記ジルコニウムオキサイドを、前記粘着剤組成物中、モノマー総和100重量部に対して、2重量部の含量比で前記粘着剤組成物に混合したことを除いては、同様の方法で高屈折粘着剤フィルムを製造した。
前記ジルコニウムオキサイドを、前記粘着剤組成物中、モノマー総和100重量部に対して、3重量部の含量比で前記粘着剤組成物に混合したことを除いては、同様の方法で高屈折粘着剤フィルムを製造した。
前記ジルコニウムオキサイドを、前記粘着剤組成物中、モノマー総和100重量部に対して、4重量部の含量比で前記粘着剤組成物に混合したことを除いては、同様の方法で高屈折粘着剤フィルムを製造した。
前記ジルコニウムオキサイドを、前記粘着剤組成物中、モノマー総和100重量部に対して、5重量部の含量比で前記粘着剤組成物に混合したことを除いては、同様の方法で高屈折粘着剤フィルムを製造した。
実施例1において、前記コーティング液にジルコニウムオキサイド1重量部を混合していないことを除いては、同様の方法で粘着剤フィルムを製造した。
屈折率測定装備(Abbe Refractometor)を用いて実施例1の高屈折粘着剤フィルムと比較例1の粘着剤フィルムの屈折率を測定した結果は、下記表1のとおりである。

- 熱硬化性樹脂マトリックス、及び前記熱硬化性樹脂マトリックスに分散された高屈折粒子を含み、
前記高屈折粒子は、前記熱硬化性樹脂マトリックスより屈折率が高い、高屈折粘着剤フィルム。 - 前記高屈折粒子の屈折率が、1.55〜2.42である、請求項1に記載の高屈折粘着剤フィルム。
- 前記高屈折粒子は、前記熱硬化性樹脂マトリックス100重量部に対して、0.1〜10の含量で含まれている、請求項1に記載の高屈折粘着剤フィルム。
