Abstract
Description
このような積層セラミックコンデンサにおいて、内部電極は、導電材料としてのNiと副成分としてのMgとを含有する導電性ペーストにより形成されることが好ましい。
方向)と同じ長さとした。表1の1条件につき5個の試料を観察した。したがって、試料数5個×3つの領域=15箇所における内部電極の欠損部にMg成分が存在している割合の平均値が、表1にMgの偏析検出の割合として示されている。
また、内部電極の欠損部と欠損部にMg成分が存在している状態を示す図解図を図6に示す。図6において、Mgが存在する欠損部個数は7箇所、全欠損部個数は14箇所である。

Claims (3)
- Ba、Tiを含み、Zr、Hfを任意で含むペロブスカイト型化合物を含有する複数の誘電体層と、前記誘電体層どうしの界面のうちの複数の界面に配設された複数の内部電極とを有する積層セラミックコンデンサであって、
前記内部電極の平均厚が0.5μm以下であり、
前記誘電体層において、Ti、ZrとHfの合計量100モル部に対して、Mg成分が0≦Mg≦0.4(モル部)の範囲にあり、
前記内部電極の連続性が途切れている領域である欠損部にMg成分が存在している割合が20%以上、すなわち
(Mgが存在する欠損部個数/全欠損部個数)×100(%)≧20(%)
であることを特徴とする、積層セラミックコンデンサ。 - 前記内部電極は、導電材料としてのNiを含むものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。
- 前記内部電極は、導電材料としてのNiと副成分としてのMgとを含有する導電性ペーストにより形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。
