Claims (12)
- (メタ)アクリロイル官能基を有するUV硬化型樹脂、およびフルオロ樹脂を含むことを特徴とするハードコーティング用組成物。
- 前記フルオロ樹脂は、UVを遮断する粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハードコーティング用組成物。
- 前記フルオロ樹脂は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン、ポリフルオリン化ビニリデン、ポリフルオリン化ビニルからなる群から選ばれた一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハードコーティング用組成物。
- 前記フルオロ樹脂は、前記UV硬化型樹脂100重量部に対して、0.5重量部〜10重量部で含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハードコーティング用組成物。
- 前記フルオロ樹脂は、0.2μm〜10μmの粒子径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハードコーティング用組成物。
- エポキシ官能基を有する(メタ)アクリレート共重合体を製造するステップ;
前記(メタ)アクリレート共重合体に(メタ)アクリル酸モノマーを付加反応させてアクリロイル官能基を有するUV硬化型樹脂を製造するステップ;および
前記UV硬化型樹脂およびフルオロ樹脂をブレンドするステップを含むことを特徴とするハードコーティング用組成物の製造方法。 - 前記(メタ)アクリレート共重合体は、メチル(メタ)アクリレートとグリシジル(メタ)アクリレートが共重合されて製造されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のハードコーティング用組成物の製造方法。
- ハードコーティング層、印刷層、接着層を含む装飾用フィルムにおいて、前記ハードコーティング層は、(メタ)アクリロイル官能基を有するUV硬化型樹脂、およびフルオロ樹脂を含むハードコーティング用組成物で構成されたことを特徴とする装飾用フィルム。
- 前記ハードコーティング層下部に、基材または離型層を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装飾用フィルム。
- 前記ハードコーティング層上部のフルオロ樹脂分布密度が、前記ハードコーティング層下部よりさらに高いことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装飾用フィルム。
- 前記装飾用フィルムは、インモールド転写フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装飾用フィルム。
- 基材上部に離型層を形成するステップ;
前記離型層上部にハードコーティング層を形成するステップ;
前記ハードコーティング層上部に印刷層を形成するステップ;および
前記印刷層上部に接着剤層を形成するステップを含み、
前記ハードコーティング層は(メタ)アクリロイル(acryloyl)官能基を有するUV硬化型樹脂、およびフルオロ樹脂を含むハードコーティング用組成物で形成されることを特徴とする装飾用フィルムの製造方法。
