Abstract

本發明公開一種節能膜結構,其包括一透明的氟碳隔熱層,一PET基材層,一紫外線吸收膠層及一離型膜層,所述透明的氟碳隔熱層除擁有優越的紅外線遮蔽率外,更兼具優良耐候特性,該層係與PET基材層作接合。紫外線吸收膠層一面與離型膜層進行貼附,另一面則是與PET基材層接合。採用本發明的節能膜結構,可以補強普通玻璃隔熱效果不佳缺點,且有容易施工,成本低廉的產品優勢。

Description

節能膜結構
本發明的節能膜結構由於清澈透明,外表面光潔如鏡、外形美觀;此外,氟碳材料具有良好的耐候性和耐劃傷性,從而使所述節能膜結構兼具自潔及阻燃功能;習知隔熱功能材料基本上多選用摻雜有銻的氧化錫(ATO)或摻雜有錫的氧化銦(ITO)近紅外短波阻隔奈米材料分散液,但是這兩種材料均只能阻隔近紅外的長波部分,也就是說只能阻隔太陽熱輻射的一部分,隔熱效果不理想。而本發明所選用之無機奈米隔熱微粒,則賦予優良的紅外線遮蔽功能,從而使所述節能膜結構適用於對材料要求具有較高隔熱要求的場合;因而能夠適用於對耐紫外線具有較高要求的場所,如夏天太陽直射的地方,甚至海上、空中運輸工具等場所。
玻璃已經成為了目前生活中不可缺少的部分,尤其在建築行業中,對於玻璃的功能要求也越來越多,除去目前原有的玻璃功能外,還需要玻璃隔熱、遮陽、濾紫外線等環保節能健康時尚的功能。
目前對於隔熱玻璃一般有中空、真空的玻璃進行隔熱,遮陽的玻璃有低輻射(Low-Emissivity,LOW E)玻璃,這些玻璃一般功能都比較的單一,並且如LOW E玻璃較容易氧化,造成遮陽隔熱的效果差,使用壽命低。另外,目前的這些玻璃易碎,如考量安全性能,實用上並不理想。
欲達到隔熱、遮陽、濾紫外線等機能,往往需要昂貴的建置費 用,對於多數舊有建築物,如欲改建也工程浩大。藉由本發明可以貼附方式,賦予一般玻璃具有節能、隔熱、遮陽、濾紫外線及防爆功能,且施工便利,成本低廉,耐用時間長。
本發明提供一種節能膜結構,特別是涉及一種含有氟碳樹脂戶外膜。要解決的技術問題是隔熱效果好的氟碳透明隔熱塗料,直接塗佈於聚乙烯對苯二甲酸酯(PET)基材表面。節能膜結構包括依次排列的第一層、第二層、第三層、第四層,其中,所述第一層為透明的氟碳隔熱層,第二層為PET基材層,第三層為紫外線吸收膠層,第四層為與紫外線吸收膠層貼附之離型膜層。
為了解決上述技術問題,本發明採用的技術方案是,一種氟碳透明隔熱塗料,按重量百分比由以下組分組成:氟碳樹脂25至55%、紅外線阻隔奈米材料分散液30至65%、奈米抗刮材料分散液1至15%、流平劑0.01至1.2%和混合溶劑15至40%。
所述的氟碳樹脂是氟聚合物,以聚氟乙烯為佳。通過採用氟碳樹脂層具有良好的耐汙性、耐高溫性、耐氧化性、耐候性、耐射線輻射性能外,可以保證PET基材層不會分解脆裂,且使產品無刺激性氣味,戶外長時間使用不黃變。
所述的紅外線阻隔奈米材料分散液的固型份20-40wt%,以銫(Cs)或錫(Sn)或銻(Sb)或鉍(Bi)等金屬元素以適當比率共摻雜的複合金屬鎢氧氯化物之分散液。紅外線阻隔奈米材料分散液的平均粒徑為30奈米至100奈米。
所述的奈米抗刮材料分散液是矽氧烷丙烯酸酯改性之奈米氧化 矽。奈米抗刮材料分散液的平均粒徑為20奈米至120奈米。
所述的流平劑是聚氟碳改性有機矽化合物。
所述的混合溶劑是丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、甲乙酮、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸丁酯、正丁醇、乙醯乙酸甲酯、乙二醇丁醚、N,N-二甲基甲醯胺(DMF),γ-丁內酯,N,N-二甲基乙酸胺(DMAC),鄰苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、六甲基磷酞胺中的一種或多種的混合物。
本發明的目的在於解決現有技術中隔熱膜存在著隔熱效果不佳,對紅外線的阻隔效率僅達50%;加以經不起長時間戶外日曬雨淋,僅能於室內使用。更遑論自潔、紫外線和紅外線高阻隔的目的。
此四層結構,其從外到內依次為由氟碳隔熱層(聚氟乙烯與奈米紅外線阻隔材料共組之膜層)、PET基材層、紫外線吸收膠層以及離型膜層。聚氟乙烯與奈米紅外線阻隔材料摻混成塗液後,直接塗佈於PET基材上一側,紫外線吸收膠則貼覆於PET基材相對於紅外線阻隔層的另外一側,然後於紫外線吸收膠層上覆以離型膜層來保護膠層。
在上述組合中,由聚氟乙烯與奈米紅外線阻隔材料共組之膜層具有可見光透明性。而聚氟乙烯樹脂本身優越的耐候性及奈米紅外線阻隔材料貢獻的紅外光阻隔功能,充分阻隔了紫外線與紅外線對PET基材層的破壞,提供PET基材層最佳的保護。
紫外線吸收膠層除保護膠粘結層,更近乎100%的阻隔了紫外線照射至室內,確保室內的器物都免於紫外線破壞。當然,膠粘結層同時提供與無機玻璃或被貼附物牢固黏結的功能。此一複合膜具有良好隔熱、保溫效果,且能戶外長時間使用,具有良好的節能效能和容易施工的優點。

以下是通過特定的具體實施例來說明本發明所公開有關“節能膜結構”的實施方式,本領域技術人員可由本說明書所公開的內容瞭解本發明的優點與效果。本發明可通過其他不同的具體實施例加以施行或應用,本說明書中的各項細節也可基於不同觀點與應用,在不悖離本發明的構思下進行各種修改與變更。另外,本發明的附圖僅為簡單示意說明,並非依實際尺寸的描繪,事先聲明。以下的實施方式將進一步詳細說明本發明的相關技術內容,但所公開的內容並非用以限制本發明的保護範圍。

[實施例一]
參見圖1,實施例一為四層複合結構,其從外到內依次為由氟碳隔熱層(聚氟乙烯與奈米紅外線阻隔材料共組之膜層)、PET基材層、紫外線吸收膠層以及離型膜層。聚氟乙烯與奈米紅外線阻隔材料摻混成塗液後,直接塗佈於PET基材上一側,紫外線吸收膠層則貼覆於PET基材層相對於紅外線阻隔層的另外一側,然後於紫外線吸收膠層上覆以離型膜來保護膠層。
實施例一中,聚氟乙烯與奈米紅外線阻隔材料共組之膜層,按重量百分比由以下組分組成:氟碳樹脂30%;紅外線阻隔奈米材料分散液30%,紅外線阻隔奈米材料分散液的平均粒徑為30奈米至100奈米;奈米抗刮材料分散液10%,其中,奈米抗刮材料分散液的平均粒徑為20奈米至120奈米;流平劑0.5%;以及混合溶劑29.5%。
[實施例二]
參見圖1,實施例二為四層複合結構,其從外到內依次為由聚氟乙烯與奈米紅外線阻隔材料共組之膜層、PET基材層、紫外線吸收膠層以及離型膜層。聚氟乙烯與奈米紅外線阻隔材料摻混成塗液後,直接塗佈於PET基材上一側,紫外線吸收膠則貼覆於PET基材相對於紅外線阻隔層的另外一側,然後於紫外線吸收膠層上覆以離型膜來保護膠層。相較於實施例一,本實施例增加紅外線阻隔奈米材料分散液的重量百分比。
實施例二中,聚氟乙烯與奈米紅外線阻隔材料共組之膜層,按重量百分比由以下組分組成:氟碳樹脂35%;紅外線阻隔奈米材料分散液50%,紅外線阻隔奈米材料分散液的平均粒徑為30奈米至100奈米;奈米抗刮材料分散液10%;流平劑0.5%,其中,奈米抗刮材料分散液的平均粒徑為20奈米至120奈米;以及混合溶劑9.5%。
[比較例一]
參見圖1,比較例一為四層複合結構,其從外到內依次為由PMMA與奈米紅外線阻隔材料共組之膜層、PET基材層、紫外線吸收膠層以及離型膜層。聚氟乙烯與奈米紅外線阻隔材料摻混成塗液後,直接塗佈於PET基材上一側,紫外線吸收膠則貼覆於PET基材相對於紅外線阻隔層的另外一側,然後於紫外線吸收膠層上覆以離型膜來保護膠層。相較於實施例二,比較例一以PMMA樹脂取代聚氟乙烯樹脂。
比較例一中,PMMA樹脂與奈米紅外線阻隔材料共組之膜層,按重量百分比由以下組分組成:PMMA樹脂35%;紅外線阻隔奈米材料分散液50%;奈米抗刮材料分散液10%;流平劑0.5%;以及混合溶劑9.5%。
[比較例二]
參見圖1,比較例二為四層複合結構,其從外到內依次為由氟碳樹脂與奈米紅外線阻隔材料共組之膜層、PET基材層、紫外線吸收膠層以及離型膜層。聚氟乙烯與ATO阻隔材料摻混成塗液後,直接塗佈於PET基材上一側,紫外線吸收膠則貼覆於PET基材相對於紅外線阻隔層的另外一側,然後於紫外線吸收膠層上覆以離型膜來保護膠層。相較於實施例二,比較例二以ATO分散液取代所述的紅外線阻隔奈米材料分散液,即以銫(Cs)或錫(Sn)或銻(Sb)或鉍(Bi)等金屬元素以適當比率共摻雜的複合金屬鎢氧氯化物之分散液。
比較例二中,聚氟乙烯與奈米紅外線阻隔材料共組之膜層,按重量百分比由以下組分組成:氟碳樹脂35%;ATO分散液50%;奈米抗刮材料分散液10%;流平劑0.5%;以及混合溶劑9.5%。
[比較例三]
參見圖1,比較例三為四層複合結構,其從外到內依次為由氟碳樹脂與奈米紅外線阻隔材料共組之膜層、PET基材層、紫外線吸收膠層以及離型膜層。聚氟乙烯與ITO阻隔材料摻混成塗液後,直接塗佈於PET基材上一側,紫外線吸收膠則貼覆於PET基材相對於紅外線阻隔層的另外一側,然後於紫外線吸收膠層上覆以離型膜來保護膠層。相較於實施例二,比較例三以ITO分散液取代所述的紅外線阻隔奈米材料分散液,即以銫(Cs)或錫(Sn)或銻(Sb)或鉍(Bi)等金屬元素以適當比率共摻雜的複合金屬鎢氧氯化物之分散液。
比較例三中,聚氟乙烯與奈米紅外線阻隔材料共組之膜層,按重量百分比由以下組分組成:氟碳樹脂35%、ITO分散液50%、奈米抗刮材料 分散液10%、流平劑0.5%以及混合溶劑9.5%。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種節能膜結構,其是由一透明的氟碳隔熱層、一PET基材層、一紫外線吸收膠層及一離型膜層所組成,所述氟碳隔熱層與所述PET基材層接合,所述紫外線吸收膠層的其中一面與所述離型膜層貼附,所述紫外線吸收膠層的另一面則是與所述PET基材層接合;其中,所述節能膜結構的紫外線阻隔率達99%。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的節能膜結構,其中,所述氟碳隔熱層其按重量百分比包括:氟碳樹脂25-55%、紅外線阻隔奈米材料分散液30-65%、奈米抗刮材料分散液1-15%、流平劑0.01-1.2%以及混合溶劑15-40%。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的節能膜結構,其中,所述氟碳樹脂是聚氟乙烯。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的節能膜結構,其中,所述紅外線阻隔奈米材料分散液的固型份為20-40wt%。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的節能膜結構,其中,所述紅外線阻隔奈米材料分散液為摻雜有銫、錫、銻、鉍或其組合的複合金屬鎢氧氯化物之分散液。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的節能膜結構,其中,所述紅外線阻隔奈米材料分散液的平均粒徑為30奈米至100奈米。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的節能膜結構,其中,所述奈米抗刮材料分散液的平均粒徑為20奈米至120奈米。
  8. 一種節能膜結構,其是由一透明的氟碳隔熱層、一PET基材層、一紫外線吸收膠層及一離型膜層所組成,所述氟碳隔熱層與所述PET基材層接合,所述紫外線吸收膠層的其中一面與所述離型膜層貼附,所述紫外線吸收膠層的另一面則是與所述PET基材層接合;其中,所述氟碳隔熱層中包括銫、錫、銻、鉍或其組合的複合金屬鎢氧氯化物。
