Claims (10)
- 微細多孔性支持層と、
前記微細多孔性支持層上に形成され、1種以上のグラフェン含有化合物を含むポリアミド系活性層と、を含み、
前記ポリアミド系活性層は、1種以上のグラフェン含有化合物を0.0005〜0.05重量%の含量で含むアミン水溶液のアミン化合物とアシルハライド化合物との界面重合体によって形成される、逆浸透分離膜。 - 前記グラフェン含有化合物は、グラフェン及びグラフェンオキサイドからなる群より選択されるものである、請求項1に記載の逆浸透分離膜。
- 前記微細多孔性支持層は、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンオキサイド、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリプロピレン、ポリメチルペンテン、ポリメチルクロライド及びポリビニリデンフルオライドからなる群より選択されるものを含む、請求項1または2に記載の逆浸透分離膜。
- 前記アミン化合物は、m−フェニレンジアミン、p−フェニレンジアミン、1,3,6−ベンゼントリアミン、4−クロロ−1,3−フェニレンジアミン、6−クロロ−1,3−フェニレンジアミン、3−クロロ−1,4−フェニレンジアミン及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の逆浸透分離膜。
- 前記アシルハライド化合物は、トリメソイルクロライド、イソフタロイルクロライド及びテレフタロイルクロライドからなる群より選択される1種以上である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の逆浸透分離膜。
- 微細多孔性支持体を、1種以上のグラフェン含有化合物を含むアミン水溶液でコーティングする段階と、
前記支持体上における過剰なアミン水溶液を除去する段階と、
前記アミン水溶液が塗布された微細多孔性支持体上にアシルハライドを含む脂肪族炭化水素系有機溶液に接触させる段階と、を含み、
前記グラフェン含有化合物は、アミン水溶液の全重量に対して0.0005〜0.05重量%の含量で含まれる、逆浸透分離膜の製造方法。 - 前記グラフェン含有化合物は、グラフェン及びグラフェンオキサイドからなる群より選択されるものである、請求項6に記載の逆浸透分離膜の製造方法。
- 前記微細多孔性支持体は、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンオキサイド、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリプロピレン、ポリメチルペンテン、ポリメチルクロライド及びポリビニリデンフルオライドからなる群より選択されるものを含む、請求項6または7に記載の逆浸透分離膜の製造方法。
- 前記アミン水溶液は、m−フェニレンジアミン、p−フェニレンジアミン、1,3,6−ベンゼントリアミン、4−クロロ−1,3−フェニレンジアミン、6−クロロ−1,3−フェニレンジアミン、3−クロロ−1,4−フェニレンジアミン及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択される1種以上を含む、請求項6から8の何れか1項に記載の逆浸透分離膜の製造方法。
- 前記アシルハライドを含む脂肪族炭化水素系有機溶液は、トリメソイルクロライド、イソフタロイルクロライド及びテレフタロイルクロライドからなる群より選択される1種以上を含む、請求項6から9の何れか1項に記載の逆浸透分離膜の製造方法。
