Abstract

Description
本発明にかかる実施例は、腹腔鏡過程で特に適切な電気技術装置に関するもので、シャフトとエンドエフェクタ(end effector)を有するその遠位端挿入可能部分は約5mm以下の直径を持つことができる。この5mmの挿入可能プロファイルは、装置が従来の5mmの套管針を通過することができるようにする。通常「5mm」で言及される商業的に利用される套管針は、一般的にインチ単位で表現される内鏡を有するが、5mmは0.197インチであるが、実際には約0.230インチないし約0.260インチの間の範囲で変動する。よって、本発明で、閉じた構造にて装置の挿入可能プロファイル、シャフト、またはジョーの直径を参照する時、「5mm」または「約5mm」は、利用される「5mm」の套管針に収容される直径に関連するものである。更に具体的には、ここで代表的に開示されるシャフトと、閉じたジョーの実施例は、約0.215インチないし約0.222インチの範囲の直径を有する。

- 前記第2移動ステップは、前記第1のジョーの少なくとも一つの近位端ピースが前記シャフトに対して固定された状態で維持され、前記第2のジョーが前記シャフトに対して回転する請求項36に記載の方法。
- 前記ジョーを開いた状態と閉じた状態の間で移動させる移動ステップは、前記第1のジョーの遠位端ピースを前記遠位端ピースの実質的な中心部分に位置する連結部から回転させる回転ステップを含む請求項36に記載の方法。
- 前記回転ステップは、前記ジョー同士の間の目標組織の存在に対応して回転させて前記目標組織の把持部に沿って実質的に均一な圧力が分布される請求項41に記載の方法。
- 前記ジョーを開いた状態と閉じた状態の間で移動させる移動ステップは、前記第1及び第2のジョーの各中心縦軸を相互整列させるステップを含む請求項36に記載の方法。
- 前記ジョーを開いた状態と閉じた状態の間で移動させる移動ステップは、機械的アクチュエータから力をアクチュエータワイヤを通して前記ジョーに伝達するステップを含む請求項36に記載の方法。
- 前記伝達ステップは、エネルギーを前記アクチュエータワイヤを通して前記ジョーに伝達するステップを含む請求項44に記載の方法。
- 前記ジョーを開いた状態と閉じた状態の間で移動させる移動ステップは、前記二つのジョーの間の相互最初の接触点が各ジョーの遠位端になるように前記ジョーを閉じる位置に移動させるステップを含む請求項36に記載の方法。
- 前記伝達ステップは、機械的機能がさらに実施可能なワイヤを通してエネルギーを前記目標組織に伝達するステップを含む請求項36に記載の方法。
