Abstract
Description
(1)細胞培養時に細胞が付着、増殖し、培養温度を変えることでその付着、増殖した細胞を剥離させられる表面、および
(2)細胞を全く付着させない表面
を含む、温度応答性細胞培養器材を提供する。
(1)細胞培養時に細胞が付着、増殖し、培養温度を変えることでその付着、増殖した細胞を剥離させられる表面、および
(2)細胞を全く付着させない表面
を形成させる、温度応答性細胞培養器材の製造方法を提供する。
Claims (10)
- 同一の電子線照射において0〜80℃の範囲で水に対する相互作用が変化する温度応答性ポリマーのグラフト効率が異なる2種類以上の材質がパターン状に現れている器材表面に温度応答性ポリマーがグラフト化されたものであり、その温度応答性ポリマーがグラフト化された当該材質の表面に、少なくとも
(1)細胞培養時に細胞が付着、増殖し、培養温度を変えることでその付着、増殖した細胞を剥離させられる表面、および
(2)細胞を全く付着させない表面
を含む、温度応答性細胞培養器材。 - 請求項1の(2)の表面が、1つの(1)の表面の周囲にある、請求項1記載の温度応答性細胞培養器材。
- 請求項2の(1)の表面が四角状である、請求項2記載の温度応答性細胞培養器材。
- 細胞培養時に細胞が付着、増殖し、培養温度を変えることでその付着、増殖した細胞を剥離させられる表面の材質が、ポリスチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリメチルメタクリレートのいずれか、またはそれらの2種以上の組み合わせであるとき、細胞を全く付着させない表面の材質が、ポリメチルペンテン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ABS樹脂のいずれか、またはそれらの2種以上の組み合わせである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の温度応答性細胞培養器材。
- 温度応答性ポリマーが、ポリ−N−イソプロピルアクリルアミドである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の温度応答性細胞培養器材。
- 請求項5の温度応答性ポリマーにイオン性モノマー成分が共重合している、請求項5記載の温度応答性細胞培養器材。
- 細胞培養時に細胞が付着、増殖し、培養温度を変えることでその付着、増殖した細胞を剥離させられる表面にグラフトしている温度応答性ポリマー量が、0.7〜2.5μg/cm2である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の温度応答性細胞培養器材。
- 細胞を全く付着させない表面にグラフトしている温度応答性ポリマー量が、2.7μg/cm2以上である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の温度応答性細胞培養器材。
- 同一の電子線照射において0〜80℃の範囲で水に対する相互作用が変化する温度応答性ポリマーのグラフト効率が異なる2種類以上の材質による表面がパターン状に現れている器材の成型方法が、二色成型、インサート成型のいずれかの方法である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の温度応答性細胞培養器材。
- 同一の電子線照射において0〜80℃の範囲で水に対する相互作用が変化する温度応答性ポリマーのグラフト効率が異なる2種類以上の材質による表面がパターン状に現れている器材表面全体に、当該温度応答性ポリマーが形成されるモノマー溶液、或いはポリマー溶液のいずれか、若しくはそれらの混合物を塗布し、その後、当該器材表面全体に同一の電子線を照射し、当該器材表面に、
(1)細胞培養時に細胞が付着、増殖し、培養温度を変えることでその付着、増殖した細胞を剥離させられる表面、および
(2)細胞を全く付着させない表面
を形成させる、温度応答性細胞培養器材の製造方法。
