Claims (18)
- 세포, 세포 사이의 데스모솜 구조, 및 세포, 기재 사이의 기저막 모양 단백질이 유지되어, 1 장의 시트로서 충분히 강도를 가진 상태에서 회수되는 구조 결함이 적은 전안부 관련 세포만으로 구성되는 전안부 관련 세포 시트로서,상기 전안부 관련 세포가 각막 내피 세포인, 전안부 관련 세포 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단백질 분해 효소에 의한 처리를 실시하지 않고 기재로부터 박리된, 전안부 관련 세포 시트.
- 세포, 세포 사이의 데스모솜 구조, 및 세포, 기재 사이의 기저막 모양 단백질이 유지되어, 1 장의 시트로서 충분히 강도를 가진 상태에서 회수되는 구조 결함이 적은 전안부 관련 세포만으로 구성되는 3차원 구조체로서,상기 전안부 관련 세포가 각막 내피 세포인, 3 차원 구조체.
- 삭제
- 적어도 각막 상피 세포 시트 또는 그의 중층화 시트와 각막 내피 세포 시트가 조합된 3 차원 구조체로서,상기 각막 내피 세포 시트는 세포, 세포 사이의 데스모솜 구조, 및 세포, 기재 사이의 기저막 모양 단백질이 유지되어, 1 장의 시트로서 충분히 강도를 가진 상태에서 회수되는 구조 결함이 적은 각막 내피 세포만으로 구성되는 것인, 3차원 구조체.
- 적어도 각막 상피 세포 시트 또는 그의 중층화 시트, 각막 내피 세포 시트, 및 결막 상피 세포 시트가 조합된 3 차원 구조체로서,상기 각막 내피 세포 시트는 세포, 세포 사이의 데스모솜 구조, 및 세포, 기재 사이의 기저막 모양 단백질이 유지되어, 1 장의 시트로서 충분히 강도를 가진 상태에서 회수되는 구조 결함이 적은 각막 내피 세포만으로 구성되는 것인, 3차원 구조체.
- 물에 대한 상한 또는 하한 임계 용해 온도가 0∼80℃ 인 온도 응답성 폴리머로 기재 표면을 피복한 세포 배양 지지체 상에서 전안부 관련 세포를 배양하고, 전안부 관련 세포 시트 또는 그의 중층화 시트를 형성시키고, 그 후(1) 배양액 온도를 상한 임계 용해 온도 이상 또는 하한 임계 용해 온도 이하로 하고,(2) 전안부 관련 세포 시트 또는 그의 중층화 시트를, 세포배양 지지체로부터 박리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전안부 관련 세포 시트 또는 3 차원 구조체의 제조법으로서,(1) 의 공정 후이고, 또한 (2)의 이전에 배양한 전안부 관련 세포 시트 또는 그 중층화 시트를 고분자막에 밀착시키고, 그리고(2) 의 박리는, 고분자막과 밀착한 전안부 관련 세포 시트 또는 그의 중층화 시트를, 그대로 고분자막과 함께 세포배양 지지체로부터 박리하도록 하는 것에 의해 수행되고,여기서, 고분자막이 친수화 처리가 실시된 폴리비닐리덴디플루오라이드이고,상기 전안부 관련 세포가 각막 내피 세포인,전안부 관련 세포 시트 또는 3 차원 구조체의 제조법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,온도 응답성 폴리머로 기재 표면을 피복한 세포 배양 지지체 상에서 전안부 관련 세포를 배양하고, 전안부 관련 세포의 중층화 시트를 형성시킨, 3 차원 구조체의 제조법.

- 제 7 항에 있어서,세포 배양 지지체로서, 온도 응답성 폴리머가 피복된 A 영역과,(1) 세포와 친화성이 낮은 고분자가 피복되어 있는 영역,(2) A 영역과 다른 양의 온도 응답성 폴리머가 피복되어 있는 영역,(3) A 영역과 다른 온도에 응답하는 고분자가 피복되어 있는 영역중 어느 하나, 또는 (1)∼(3) 중 임의의 2 개 또는 3 개의 조합으로 이루어지는 B 영역의 2 영역을 표면에 가진 것을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전안부 관련 세포 시트 또는 3 차원 구조체의 제조법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 10 항에서 있어서,제 7 항에서 얻어진 전안부 관련 세포 시트 또는 3 차원 구조체를 다시 세포 배양 지지체, 온도 응답성 폴리머로 표면을 피복한 세포 배양 지지체, 고분자막 등에 부착시켜, 포개어 맞추어 가는 것, 또는 다른 세포 시트 등에 일부, 또는 전부를 부착시켜, 포개어 가는 것을 포함하는, 3 차원 구조체의 제조법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,박리가 단백질 분해 효소에 의한 처리가 실시되지 않은, 전안부 관련 세포 시트 또는 3 차원 구조체의 제조법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,온도 응답성 폴리머가, 폴리(N-이소프로필아크릴아미드)인, 전안부 관련 세포 시트 또는 3 차원 구조체의 제조법.

- 제 11 항에 있어서,다른 세포 시트가, 각막 상피 세포 시트 및 그 중층화 시트, 및 결막 상피 세포 시트, 및 3 차원 구조체 중의 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 것으로 이루어지고,상기 3차원 구조체는, 세포, 세포 사이의 데스모솜 구조, 및 세포, 기재 사이의 기저막 모양 단백질이 유지되어, 1 장의 시트로서 충분히 강도를 가진 상태에서 회수되는 구조 결함이 적은 각막 상피 세포를 중층화시킨 것인,3 차원 구조체의 제조법.
- 제 7 항에 기재된 제조법에 의해 제조되는, 전안부 관련 세포 시트 또는 3 차원 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,전안부 조직의 일부 또는 전부를 손상 또는 결손된 환부에 대한 치료용인, 전안부 관련 세포 시트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 고분자막으로서 친수화 처리가 실시된 폴리비닐리덴디플루오라이드를 상기 전안부 관련 세포 시트 또는 3차원 구조체에 밀착시키고, 전안부 관련 세포가 상기 고분자막과 밀착된 그대로 기재로부터 박리되는, 전안부 관련 세포 시트.
