Claims (8)
- コンベアによってガラス板を搬送方向に搬送しながら、ローラ表面に第1の突起を備えた切断用ローラを回転させ、
前記搬送方向に直交する切断線の下方の前記ガラス板の下面を前記第1の突起によって突き上げることにより、前記ガラス板を前記切断線に沿って切断し、
前記切断された、前記搬送方向の上流側のガラス板の搬送方向前端部を、前記切断用ローラの前記第1の突起の回転方向上流側表面に設けられた第2の突起に接触させることを特徴とするガラス板の切断方法。 - 前記切断用ローラの回転軸心からの前記第2の突起の高さを、前記回転軸心からの前記第1の突起の高さよりも低くする請求項1に記載のガラス板の切断方法。
- 前記切断用ローラの回転軸心からの前記第2の突起の高さを、前記回転軸心からの前記第1の突起の高さと等しくする請求項1に記載のガラス板の切断方法。
- 前記第2の突起の周速を、切断前の前記ガラス板の搬送速度と同速度とする請求項2又は3に記載のガラス板の切断方法。
- 前記第2の突起を、前記切断用ローラの回転軸と平行に備える請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板の切断方法。
- 前記ガラス板の厚さを、0.7mm以下とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板の切断方法。
- 前記切断用ローラの前記搬送方向下流側に配置されたローラを、前記切断用ローラの前記搬送方向上流側に配置されたローラの回転速度よりも速く回転するように、所定時間増速させる請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板の切断方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板の切断方法を用いることを特徴とするガラス板の製造方法。
