Abstract
Description
前記切断用ローラの前記第1の突起の回転方向上流側表面に、第2の突起が設けられているガラス板の切断装置を提供する。
本出願は、2012年1月20日出願の日本特許出願2012−010152及び2012年2月29日出願の日本特許出願2012−043644に基づくものであり、その内容はここに参照として取り込まれる。
Claims (7)
- コンベアによってガラス板を搬送方向に搬送しながら、ローラ表面に第1の突起を備えた切断用ローラを回転させ、前記搬送方向に直交する切断線の下方の前記ガラス板の下面を前記第1の突起によって突き上げることにより、前記ガラス板を前記切断線に沿って切断するガラス板の切断装置であって、
前記切断用ローラの前記第1の突起の回転方向上流側表面に、第2の突起が設けられているガラス板の切断装置。 - 前記切断用ローラの回転軸心からの前記第2の突起の高さは、前記回転軸心からの前記第1の突起の高さよりも低く設定されている請求項1に記載のガラス板の切断装置。
- 前記切断用ローラの回転軸心からの前記第2の突起の高さと、前記回転軸心からの前記第1の突起の高さとが等しい請求項1に記載のガラス板の切断装置。
- 前記第2の突起の周速は、切断前の前記ガラス板の搬送速度と同速度である請求項2又は3に記載のガラス板の切断装置。
- 前記第2の突起は、前記切断用ローラの回転軸と平行に備えられている請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板の切断装置。
- 前記ガラス板の厚さは、0.7mm以下である請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板の切断装置。
- 前記切断用ローラの前記搬送方向下流側に配置されたローラは、前記切断用ローラの前記搬送方向上流側に配置されたローラの回転速度よりも速く回転するように、所定時間増速する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板の切断装置。
