Description
− 7〜12個の炭素原子を有する化学式を有し、
− 炭素(C)、水素(H)及び酸素(O)の元素からなり、
− 150〜300g/molの範囲のモル質量を有し、
− 200℃〜300℃の沸点を有する。
− 40重量%〜98重量%の少なくとも一種の電気化学的に活性な物質の粒子、
− 0.5重量%〜30重量%の結合剤、
− 0.1重量%〜30重量%の少なくとも一種の可塑剤、及び
− 0.1重量%〜30重量%の少なくとも一種の導電性改良剤、
を含み、これらの割合は合計すると100重量%であり、これらの成分に加えて以下のものを含む、
− 0.5倍〜9倍の量(重量)の溶媒。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも一種の電気化学的に活性な物質の粒子、結合剤、溶媒としての水、及びエステル様の性質を有する少なくとも一種の可塑剤を含む、リチウムイオン電池のための電極を製造するためのペースト。
- 少なくとも一種の可塑剤が120℃〜350℃、好ましくは200℃〜300℃の範囲の沸点を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のペースト。
- 可塑剤が脂肪族ポリエステルであるか、又は脂肪族ポリエステルを含み、脂肪族ポリエステルが、
− 7〜12個の炭素原子を有し、
− 炭素(C)、水素(H)及び酸素(O)の元素からなり、
− 150〜300g/molの範囲のモル質量を有し、
− 200℃〜300℃の沸点を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のペースト。 - 可塑剤がヒドロキシカルボン酸エステルであるか、又はヒドロキシカルボン酸エステルを含み、ヒドロキシカルボン酸エステルが、
− 7〜12個の炭素原子を有し、
− 炭素(C)、水素(H)及び酸素(O)の元素からなり、
− 150〜300g/molの範囲のモル質量を有し、
− 200℃〜300℃の沸点を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のペースト。 - 少なくとも一種の可塑剤がグリセリルトリアセテート及び/又はクエン酸トリエチルであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のペースト。
- 結合剤が多糖に基づいた結合剤であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のペースト。
- 結合剤がカルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)、特にカルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のペースト。
- 溶媒中の可塑剤の溶解性を高めるために可溶化又は溶解促進添加剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のペースト。
- 以下の工程を含む、リチウムイオン電池のための電極を製造するための方法:
− 電力リード上に電極層を形成するために電流コレクタに請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のペーストを付与する、
− 層中に存在する溶媒の少なくとも部分的な除去を伴なう熱処理を行なう、
− シート状電流コレクタ上に電極層を圧縮又はカレンダ加工を行なう、及び
− 任意選択的に層から残留溶媒の除去を伴なう第二の熱処理を行なう。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のペーストから又は請求項9に記載の方法によって製造された又はそれから製造されることができる、リチウムイオン電池のための電極。
- 結合剤から構成されるマトリックス、マトリックス中に埋め込まれる少なくとも一種の電気化学的に活性な物質、及びエステル様性質を有する可塑剤を含む電極、特に請求項10に記載の電極。
- 特に電流コレクタ上の平坦な層であることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の電極。
- 請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載の電極を含むリチウムイオン電池。
