Abstract
Description
グループ1:ポリマーの正孔注入および/または輸送特性を高める単位であり、それは、上記したHIMまたはHTMに対応する。
グループ4:エレクトロフルオレッセンス(electrofluorescence)の代わりに、エレクトロホスホレッセンスが得られるような程度まで、発光特性を変える単位であり、典型的には、それは、燐光エミッタ、より好ましくは、上記した発光金属錯体に対応する。
グループ6:得られたポリマーのモルホロジーおよび/または発光色に影響を与える単位;
グループ7:骨格として通常使用され、また、電子輸送機能、正孔輸送機能、またはその両方を有することができる単位。
同じまたは異なり得るAr2は独立に、異なる繰り返し単位においての場合、場合により置換された単核または多核アリール基を示し、

好ましくは、本発明による組成物は、非共役ポリマーである有機エミッタを含む。
1)ナノ液滴(非連続相)に、大部分またはすべてのQD、ならびに、連続相に、大部分またはすべての有機エミッタおよび他の機能性化合物;
2)ナノ液滴に、大部分またはすべてのQDおよび有機エミッタ、ならびに、連続相に、大部分またはすべての他の機能性化合物(ホスト化合物などの);
3)ナノ液滴に、大部分またはすべてのQD、有機エミッタおよびホスト材料、ならびに、連続相に、大部分またはすべての他の機能性化合物(共同ホスト材料、またはETMもしくはHTMなどの)。

溶液からのOLED作製
表1に示す対応する溶液を使用する、層構造(1.カソード、2.EML、3.中間層、4. HIL、5.ITO)を有するOLEDを、以下の手順に従って作製する:
1.スピンコーティングによる、ITO被覆ガラス基板上への、HILとしての80nmPEDOT(Baytron P Al4083)の堆積;
2.グローブボックスにおける、0.5%wt/lの濃度を有するP4トルエン溶液からの、スピンコーティングによる、20nm中間層の堆積;
3.グローブボックスにおける、180℃で、1時間の中間層の加熱:
4.ドクターブレード技術を使用することによる、溶液からの、EMLの所望の厚さまでの堆積(ディップコーティングも、ここで使用することができる);EMLのための材料、対応する溶液、およびEMLの厚さは、表1に列挙している。異なる色について、EMLの厚さが異なるのは、主に、キャビティー効果を理由とする。青色について最適な厚さは、65nmであることが分かり、緑色および赤色について最適な厚さは、80nmである。スピンコーティングは、EMLを被覆させるのに最適な方法ではない。なぜなら、量子ドットが、他の有機化合物よりもずっと重く、それらのほとんどが、スピンコーティングの間に、遠心力によって失われ得るからである;
5.デバイスを加熱して、残留溶媒の除去;加熱条件は、表1に列挙している。条件が異なるのは、EML材料のガラス転移温度Tgが異なる、または融点Tmが異なるからである。加熱処理は、EMLにおける再結晶を導くべきではない;
6.真空熱蒸着による、エミッタ層上でのBa/Alカソードの堆積(3nm/150nm);
7.UV硬化樹脂を使用する、デバイスのカプセル化
OLEDの特徴づけ
本発明によるOLEDを特徴づけるために、以下の特性を記録する:VIL(電圧−電流−発光)特性、ELスペクトルおよび色座標、効率、駆動電圧。
Claims (20)
- 1つ以上の量子ドットと、小分子化合物および/または非共役ポリマー化合物から選択される少なくとも1種の有機エミッタとを含む組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種の有機エミッタが、蛍光性小分子化合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種の有機エミッタが、燐光性非共役ポリマー化合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記燐光性非共役ポリマー化合物の少なくとも1種が金属錯体を含み、その金属が、遷移金属、希土類、ランタニド、およびアクチニドから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記金属錯体が、Ir、Ru、Os、Eu、Au、Pt、Cu、Zn、Mo、W、Rh、Pd、またはAgから選択される金属を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記1つ以上の量子ドットの少なくとも1つのものの発光波長が、前記有機エミッタの発光波長よりも長いことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの量子ドットと前記有機エミッタとの比が、体積で、0.01:1から0.2:1であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの量子ドットを、0.01〜20wt%、好ましくは0.05〜10wt%、特に好ましくは0.1〜5wt%から選択される濃度範囲で含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 蛍光性小分子エミッタとホスト化合物とを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ホスト化合物が、アントラセン、ベンゾアントラセン、トリアリールアミン、インデノフルオレン、フルオレン、スピロビフルオレン、フェナントレン、デヒドロフェナントレン、チオフェン、トリアジン、ならびにそれらの異性体および誘導体から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 燐光性非共役ポリマーを含み、その非共役ポリマーはホスト化合物を含む少なくとも1つの単位を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
