Claims (25)
- 50百万分率(ppm)から300ppmのジルコニウム、0ppmから50ppmの銅、0ppmから100ppmのSiO2、150ppmから2000ppmの全フッ素、10ppmから100ppmの遊離フッ素、150ppmから10000ppmの亜鉛、及び10ppmから10000ppmの酸化剤を含む、金属前処理コーティング組成物。
- 75ppmから300ppmのジルコニウム、0ppmから40ppmの銅、及び20ppmから100ppmのSiO2を含む、請求項1に記載の金属前処理コーティング組成物。
- 前記酸化剤が、硝酸イオン若しくは硝酸塩、亜硝酸イオン若しくは亜硝酸塩、無機過酸化物、過マンガン酸イオン若しくは過マンガン酸塩、過硫酸イオン若しくは過硫酸塩、過ホウ酸イオン若しくは過ホウ酸塩、塩素酸イオン若しくは塩素酸塩、次亜塩素酸イオン若しくは次亜塩素酸塩、バナジン酸イオン若しくはバナジン酸塩、バナジルイオン若しくはバナジル塩、セリウムイオン若しくはセリウム塩、タングステン酸イオン若しくはタングステン酸塩、第二スズイオン若しくは第二スズ塩、ヒドロキシルアミン、ニトロ化合物、アミン酸化物、過酸化水素、又はこれらの混合物の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の金属前処理コーティング組成物。
- 前記酸化剤が、硝酸アンモニウム、硝酸ナトリウム、硝酸カリウム、亜硝酸ナトリウム、過酸化ナトリウム、過マンガン酸カリウム、過硫酸ナトリウム、過ホウ酸ナトリウム、塩素酸ナトリウム、次亜塩素酸ナトリウム、バナジン酸ナトリウム、硫酸バナジル、硫酸セリウム、硫酸セリウムアンモニウム、硝酸セリウムアンモニウム、タングステン酸ナトリウム、フッ化第二スズ、ヒドロキシルアミン、硫酸ヒドロキシルアミン、ニトロベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム、m−ニトロベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム、及びN−メチルモルホリンN−酸化物の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項3に記載の金属前処理コーティング組成物。
- 前記酸化剤が、600ppmから10000ppmの量で存在する硝酸イオン若しくは硝酸塩、又は硫酸イオン若しくは硫酸塩を含む、請求項1に記載の金属前処理コーティング組成物。
- 前記酸化剤が、10ppmから30ppmの量で存在する過酸化水素を含む、請求項1に記載の金属前処理コーティング組成物。
- 金属基材上に前処理コーティングを有し、ここで、前記前処理コーティングは、50百万分率(ppm)から300ppmのジルコニウム、0ppmから50ppmの銅、0ppmから100ppmのSiO2、150ppmから2000ppmの全フッ素、10ppmから100ppmの遊離フッ素、150ppmから10000ppmの亜鉛、及び10ppmから10000ppmの酸化剤を含む前処理コーティング組成物から得られるものである、前処理コーティングされた金属基材。
- 前記前処理コーティングが、さらに75ppmから300ppmのジルコニウム、0ppmから40ppmの銅、及び20ppmから100ppmのSiO2を含む前処理コーティング組成物から得られるものである、請求項7に記載の前処理コーティングされた金属基材。
- 前記酸化剤が、硝酸イオン若しくは硝酸塩、亜硝酸イオン若しくは亜硝酸塩、無機過酸化物、過マンガン酸イオン若しくは過マンガン酸塩、過硫酸イオン若しくは過硫酸塩、過ホウ酸イオン若しくは過ホウ酸塩、塩素酸イオン若しくは塩素酸塩、次亜塩素酸イオン若しくは次亜塩素酸塩、バナジン酸イオン若しくはバナジン酸塩、バナジルイオン若しくはバナジル塩、セリウムイオン若しくはセリウム塩、タングステン酸イオン若しくはタングステン酸塩、第二スズイオン若しくは第二スズ塩、ヒドロキシルアミン、ニトロ化合物、アミン酸化物、過酸化水素、又はこれらの混合物の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項7に記載の前処理コーティングされた金属基材。
- 前記酸化剤が、硝酸アンモニウム、硝酸ナトリウム、硝酸カリウム、亜硝酸ナトリウム、過酸化ナトリウム、過マンガン酸カリウム、過硫酸ナトリウム、過ホウ酸ナトリウム、塩素酸ナトリウム、次亜塩素酸ナトリウム、バナジン酸ナトリウム、硫酸バナジル、硫酸セリウム、硫酸セリウムアンモニウム、硝酸セリウムアンモニウム、タングステン酸ナトリウム、フッ化第二スズ、ヒドロキシルアミン、硫酸ヒドロキシルアミン、ニトロベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム、m−ニトロベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム、及びN−メチルモルホリンN−酸化物の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項9に記載の前処理コーティングされた金属基材。
- 前記酸化剤が、600ppmから10000ppmの量で存在する硝酸イオン若しくは硝酸塩、又は硫酸イオン若しくは硫酸塩を含む、請求項7に記載の前処理コーティングされた金属基材。
- 前記酸化剤が、10ppmから30ppmの量で存在する過酸化水素を含む、請求項7に記載の前処理コーティングされた金属基材。
- 前記金属基材が、冷間圧延鋼(CRS)、熱間圧延鋼、ステンレス鋼、亜鉛金属でコーティングした鋼、亜鉛合金、電気亜鉛めっき鋼(EG)、ガルバリウム、ガルバニール、溶融亜鉛めっき鋼(HDG)、アルミニウム合金、及びアルミニウムの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項7に記載の前処理コーティングされた金属基材。
- 0.7ミル(mil)から1.2ミル(mil)の厚さの電着層を前記前処理コーティング上にさらに有する、請求項7に記載の金属前処理コーティングされた金属基材。
- 前記電着層上にトップコート層をさらに有する、請求項14に記載の金属前処理コーティングされた金属基材。
- a)50百万分率(ppm)から300ppmのジルコニウム、0ppmから50ppmの銅、0ppmから100ppmのSiO2、150ppmから2000ppmの全フッ素、10ppmから100ppmの遊離フッ素、150ppmから10000ppmの亜鉛、及び10ppmから10000ppmの酸化剤を含む前処理コーティング組成物に金属基材を接触させる工程、
を含む、前処理コーティングで金属基材をコーティングする方法。 - 工程a)が、75ppmから300ppmのジルコニウム、0ppmから40ppmの銅、20ppmから100ppmのSiO2を含む前処理コーティング組成物に金属基材を接触させることを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 工程a)が、冷間圧延鋼(CRS)、熱間圧延鋼、ステンレス鋼、亜鉛金属でコーティングした鋼、亜鉛合金、電気亜鉛めっき鋼(EG)、ガルバリウム、ガルバニール、溶融亜鉛めっき鋼(HDG)、アルミニウム合金、及びアルミニウムの少なくとも1つを含む金属基材を接触させることを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 工程a)が、前記酸化剤として、硝酸イオン若しくは硝酸塩、亜硝酸イオン若しくは亜硝酸塩、無機過酸化物、過マンガン酸イオン若しくは過マンガン酸塩、過硫酸イオン若しくは過硫酸塩、過ホウ酸イオン若しくは過ホウ酸塩、塩素酸イオン若しくは塩素酸塩、次亜塩素酸イオン若しくは次亜塩素酸塩、バナジン酸イオン若しくはバナジン酸塩、バナジルイオン若しくはバナジル塩、セリウムイオン若しくはセリウム塩、タングステン酸イオン若しくはタングステン酸塩、第二スズイオン若しくは第二スズ塩、ヒドロキシルアミン、ニトロ化合物、アミン酸化物、過酸化水素、又はこれらの混合物の少なくとも1つを用いることを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。

- 工程a)が、前記酸化剤として、600ppmから10000ppmの量で存在する硝酸イオン若しくは硝酸塩、又は硫酸イオン若しくは硫酸塩を用いることを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 工程a)が、前記酸化剤として、10ppmから30ppmの量で存在する過酸化水素を用いることを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 工程a)が、前記金属基材の前記前処理コーティング組成物への接触を、スプレー、浸漬浴、又はこれらの組み合わせの少なくとも1つにより、1回の接触について60秒から120秒の範囲の時間で行うことを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 工程a)に続いて、前記前処理コーティング上に電着層を適用する工程が行われる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記前処理コーティング上に電着層を適用する前記工程に続いて、前記電着層上にトップコーティング層が適用される、請求項24に記載の方法。
