Claims (17)
- トリムなどのプラスチック製の取り付け構成部品(2)をグレージング(1)の周辺部に、特にグレージング(1)の周辺部に固定されたモールディング(3)の一部位に固定する方法にして、前記取り付け構成部品(2)が、それを前記グレージング(1)または前記モールディング(3)に固定する固定手段を備える後面(21)を有する固定方法であって、前記後面(21)が、前記モールディング(3)内または前記グレージング(1)内に作り出された、前記モールディング(3)または前記グレージング(1)の両面へと両端部で開口する穴(10、10’)にそれぞれ進入するいくつかの付属体(22、22’)を備え、各付属体の遠位端部(23、23’)が、穴(10、10’)の境界を画する前記モールディングまたは前記グレージングそれぞれの後面(31)を超えて突き出ることと、各付属体の前記遠位端部(23、23’)が一時的な軟化によって、好ましくは超音波を加えることによって変形されて、穴(10、10’)の周辺部で、好ましくは穴(10、10’)の周辺部全体のまわりで前記モールディングまたは前記グレージングの前記後面(31)と接触することとを特徴とする、固定方法。
- 前記軟化が、25kHzから70kHzの周波数範囲、好ましくは30kHzから35kHzの周波数範囲の超音波を加えることによって実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固定方法。
- 少なくとも軟化時間の一部分の間、好ましくは軟化時間を通して、またはさらにそれより長い時間、前記遠位端部(23、23’)に機械的圧力が加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の固定方法。
- いくつかの付属体(22、22’)の遠位端部(23、23’)が一時的な軟化によって一斉に変形されて、それと同時に穴(10、10’)の周辺部の前記モールディングまたは前記グレージングの後面(31)と接触することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の固定方法。
- 少なくとも1つの軟化発生源、特に少なくとも1つの超音波発生源、好ましくは一斉に実施されることが可能ないくつかの軟化発生源を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するデバイス(8)。
- 特に請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られるグレージング(1)にして、グレージング(1)の周辺部に、特にグレージング(1)の周辺部にそれ自体が固定されたモールディング(3)の一部位に固定されたトリムなどのプラスチック製の取り付け構成部品(2)を備え、前記取り付け構成部品(2)が、それを前記グレージング(1)または前記モールディング(3)に固定する固定手段を備える後面(21)を有する、グレージンング(1)であって、前記後面(21)が、前記モールディング(3)内または前記グレージング(1)内に作り出された、前記モールディング(3)または前記グレージング(1)の両面へと両端部で開口する穴(10、10’)にそれぞれ進入するいくつかの付属体(22、22’)を備え、前記付属体の遠位端部(23、23’)が、穴(10)の境界を画する前記モールディングまたは前記グレージングそれぞれの後面(31)を超えて突き出ることと、各付属体の前記遠位端部(23、23’)が軟化によって、好ましくは超音波を加えることによって変形されて、穴(10)の周辺部で、好ましくは穴(10)の周辺部全体のまわりで前記モールディングまたは前記グレージングの前記後面(31)と接触することとを特徴とする、グレージング(1)。
- いくつかの穴(10)が、空間内で平行である軸線Aに沿って配向されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のグレージング(1)。
- いくつかの付属体(22、22’)が、空間内で平行である軸線B、B’に沿って配向されることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載のグレージング(1)。
- いくつかの付属体(22、22’)が、前記取り付け構成部品(2)の前記後面(21)に対して実質的に垂直である軸線Bに沿ってそれぞれ配向されることを特徴とする、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング(1)。
- 前記取り付け構成部品(2)が非平坦形状を有して、付属体(21)の軸線Bと、付属体の地点の前記取り付け構成部品(2)の後面(21)との間で、他の付属体(21’)の軸線B’とこの他の付属体(21’)の位置の前記取り付け構成部品(2)の後面(21)との間の角度α’とは異なる角度αを備えることを特徴とする、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング(1)。
- 付属体(22)が、好ましくは中空の横断面と、円形、楕円形、長方形、または正方形の外側断面(25)とを有することと、前記穴(10)が前記付属体(22)の外側断面(25)の形状とそれぞれ同一の形状の内側断面(15)を有することとを特徴とする、請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング(1)。
- 穴(10)の少なくともその遠位端部(13)の内側断面(15)が、この端部付近で、またはさらに数ミリメートルになる一部位にわたって前記付属体(22)の外側断面(25)と実質的に同一であり、選好によって、穴(10)の内側断面(15)が、前記穴(10)の深さp全体にわたって、前記付属体(22)の外側断面(25)と実質的に同一であることを特徴とする、請求項6から11のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング(1)。
- 前記モールディングまたは前記グレージングの前記前面(30)が、少なくとも穴(10)の周辺部で、
前記取り付け構成部品(2)の前記後面(21)と実質的に平行であることを特徴とする、請求項6から12のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング(1)。 - 穴(10)の位置の前記モールディングまたは前記グレージングの前記後面(31)が、穴の軸線またはさらに付属体の軸線に対して垂直であることを特徴とする、請求項6から13のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング(1)。
- 前記取り付け構成部品(2)が細長い形状を有し、選好によって前記付属体(22)が、前記取り付け構成部品の細長い方向に延在する細長い断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項6から14のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング(1)。
- 穴(10)の遠位端部(13)が、少なくともその周辺部の一部分にわたって、穴(10)の周辺部の前記グレージングまたは前記モールディングの後面(31)に対して突き出る隆起部(37)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6から15のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング(1)。
