Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリユニット14は、バッテリケース50と、バッテリケース50内に収容されて保持される複数のバッテリモジュール60とを備える。バッテリケース50の冷却風導入口86が形成される側の第1の端部から第2の排気口55が形成される側の第2の端部へ向かう第1の方向における第1の端部側に、前側バッテリモジュール群501を収容する前側バッテリ収納部55が形成される。バッテリケース50の第1の方向における第2の端部側に、後側バッテリモジュール群507を収容する後側バッテリ収納部56が形成される。前側バッテリ収納部55と後側バッテリ収納部56との間に、中央バッテリ収納部57と電気回路収納部58とが形成される。

Claims (5)
- 内部に冷却用気体を流入する導入口と、外部へ前記冷却用気体を排出する排気口を具備する車両に搭載されたバッテリケースと、前記バッテリケース内に収容されて保持される複数のバッテリモジュールとを具備し、
前記バッテリケースの前記導入口が形成される側の第1の端部から前記排気口が形成される側の第2の端部へ向かう第1の方向における前記第1の端部側に、前記複数のバッテリモジュールの一部を備える導入口側バッテリモジュール群を収容する導入口側バッテリ収納部が形成され、
前記バッテリケースの前記第1の方向における前記第2の端部側に、前記複数のバッテリモジュールの一部を備える排気口側バッテリモジュール群を収容する排気口側バッテリ収納部が形成され、
前記導入口側バッテリ収納部と前記排気口側バッテリ収納部との間に、中央バッテリ収納部と電気回路収納部とが形成されることを特徴とするバッテリユニット。 - 前記バッテリケースは、前記バッテリモジュールが載置されるトレイ部材と、前記トレイ部材を覆うカバー部材とを具備し、
前記カバー部材において前記電気回路収納部と対向する部位は、前記カバー部材において前記導入口側バッテリ収納部および前記排気口側バッテリ収納部と対向する部位よりも車両下方に凹んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリユニット。 - 前記カバー部材に形成された前記凹んでいる部分は、前記バッテリケースの車両上方に配置されたフロアパネルの凹部に対向して配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリユニット。
- 前記カバー部材は、トンネル部を具備し、
前記トンネル部は、前記電気回路収納部と対向する部位に設けられ、断面が上方に盛り上がる形状であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のバッテリユニット。 - 前記カバー部材に形成された前記トンネル部の前記第2の端部側には、前記第1の方向を横切る第2の方向両側に分岐した二股の冷却風用流路部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリユニット。
