Abstract
Description
図1には、本発明の第1実施形態に係るダクト装置が、当該ダクト装置の側面(X方向)から見た断面図として示されている。このダクト装置は、ハイブリッド自動車や電気自動車等の車両に搭載されている。ハイブリッド自動車や電気自動車には、車両走行用モータに供給される電力を蓄積する電池モジュールが搭載されている。ダクト装置は、その電池モジュールを冷却するための冷却用空気を取り込んで電池モジュールに供給する装置である。以下、ダクト装置について説明する。
次に、第2実施形態に係るダクト装置について説明する。図11には、第2実施形態に係るダクト装置が、当該ダクト装置の上面(Z方向)から見た断面図として示されている。
Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載された電池モジュールを冷却するための冷却用空気を前記電池モジュールに導く吸気ダクトと、
前記吸気ダクトの吸気口に設けられたベゼルと、
前記ベゼルの背面に設けられたフィルタと、
前記フィルタを前記ベゼルに固定する支持部材と、
を備え、
前記ベゼル及び前記支持部材のうちの少なくとも一方には、前記フィルタの外周部の内側に設けられた凹部に挿入され、前記フィルタの面ずれを規制する突起部が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする車載電池の冷却ダクト装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車載電池の冷却ダクト装置において、
前記フィルタには、複数の凹凸部が所定方向に並んで設けられており、
前記ベゼル及び前記支持部材のうちの少なくとも一方には、前記フィルタの外周部の内側に設けられた凹部に対応する位置に、前記突起部が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする車載電池の冷却ダクト装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車載電池の冷却ダクト装置において、
前記突起部は、前記複数の凹凸部に含まれる一部の凹部に挿入されている、
ことを特徴とする車載電池の冷却ダクト装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載された車載電池の冷却ダクト装置において、
前記支持部材は前記車両の内装トリムである、
ことを特徴とする車載電池の冷却ダクト装置。
