Description
上記の車両によれば、第1底面補強部材に衝突物が衝突する前に、第1ブラケットに衝突物が衝突し、第1ブラケットが変形する。このため、衝突物の運動エネルギの少なくとも一部が第1ブラケットの変形に消費され、衝突物から第1底面補強部材に加えられる衝撃力が低減される。これにより、第1底面補強部材から蓄電ケースに加えられる衝撃力が低減され、蓄電ケースの変形が抑制される。
図1は、本実施の形態1に係る蓄電装置が搭載された車両1を模式的に示す側面図である。車両1は、車両本体2と、駆動装置3と、蓄電装置4と、燃料タンク5とを含む。車両本体2は、車両本体2の下部を形成する底面部材6を含む。車両本体2内には、エンジンコンパートメント10と、車室11とが形成されている。
図15などを用いて、実施の形態2に係る車両1Bについて説明する。図15は、車両1Bの底面を示す底面図であり、図16は、蓄電ケース201を示す底面図である。車両1Bは、底面部材6と、蓄電装置4Bと、連結ユニット202と、周面補強部材203,204とを備える。蓄電装置4Bは、底面部材6の後端側に設けられており、蓄電装置4Bは底面部材6の下面側に設けられている。
Claims (8)
- 車両本体と、
前記車両本体の下部に設けられた蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置を前記車両本体に連結する連結ユニットと、
を備えた車両であって、
前記蓄電装置は、
蓄電モジュールと、
前記車両の幅方向または前後方向の一方である第1方向の一端に位置する第1周面と、前記第1周面と反対側に位置する第2周面とを含み、前記蓄電モジュールを内部に収容する蓄電ケースとを含み、
前記蓄電ケースは、
前記蓄電モジュールを収容するケース本体と、
前記ケース本体の底面に設けられた複数の底面補強部材とを含み、
前記複数の底面補強部材の各々は、前記第1周面側に位置する第1端部と、前記第2周面側に位置する第2端部とを含み、
第1底面補強部材と、
前記第1底面補強部材に対して、前記車両の幅方向または前後方向の他方である第2方向に間隔をあけて配置された第2底面補強部材と、
前記第1底面補強部材に対して前記第2底面補強部材と反対側に設けられた第3底面補強部材と、
を含み、
前記連結ユニットは、
前記第1底面補強部材の第1端部に連結された第1ブラケットと、
前記第2底面補強部材の第2端部に連結された第2ブラケットと、
前記第3底面補強部材の第2端部に連結された第3ブラケットと、
を含み、
前記第1底面補強部材の第2端部には、前記連結ユニットは設けられていない、車両。 - 前記第1底面補強部材の第1端部は、前記第1周面よりも前記第1方向に突出するように形成された、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記第1ブラケットは、前記第1方向において前記第1端部よりも外側に配置された、請求項2に記載の車両。
- 前記第1底面補強部材は、前記第1方向に延びるように形成された、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両。
- 前記第1ブラケットを形成する材料の剛性は、前記第1底面補強部材を形成する材料の剛性よりも低い、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の車両。
- 前記第1ブラケットは、前記蓄電ケースとの連結部分から上方に向けて延びるように形成された立上部を含む、請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の車両。
- 前記蓄電装置は、前記第1周面側または前記第2周面側の少なくとも一方に設けられた周面補強部材をさらに備え、
前記周面補強部材は、前記第1底面補強部材および前記第2底面補強部材に連結された、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の車両。 - 前記第1方向は、前記車両の幅方向であり、
前記連結ユニットは、前記第1周面側に配置されると共に、前記第1ブラケットよりも前記車両の前方側に配置された第4ブラケットを含み、
前記車両の幅方向における前記第4ブラケットの幅は、前記車両の前後方向における前記第1ブラケットの幅よりも広い、請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の車両。
