電気自動車10の前輪20は、図示しないフロントサスペンションによって車体11に支持されている。後輪21は、図示しないリヤサスペンションによって車体11に支持されている。
以下に、本願出願の当初特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。

駆動部としてのモータが取り付けられた車体に取り付けられるバッテリユニットであって、
前記バッテリユニットは、
バッテリケースと、
前記バッテリケース内に収容されて保持される複数のバッテリモジュールと、
前記バッテリケースが前記車体に取り付けられた際に、当該バッテリケースにおいて前記モータ側に向く部位に取り付けられるバッテリプロテクタと
を具備することを特徴とするバッテリユニット。
[付記2]
前記バッテリプロテクタは、前記モータ側に向く対向壁部を有し、
前記対向壁部は、前記モータから前記バッテリケースに向かう方向に沿って前記モータから離れるに従い、傾斜することを特徴とする付記1に記載のバッテリユニット。
[付記3]
前記対向壁部の先端は、当該バッテリケースが前記車体に取り付けられた状態で前記バッテリケースの前記モータ側の周縁部近傍まで延び、
前記周縁部には、当該周縁部に沿って延びるプレート部材が設けられる
ことを特徴とする付記1または2に記載のバッテリユニット。
[付記4]
前記バッテリケースは、当該バッテリケースが前記車体に取り付けられた際に下側に位置するトレイ部材と、当該バッテリケースが前記車体に取り付けられた際に上側に位置するカバー部材とを備え、
前記トレイ部材と前記カバー部材とは、締結手段によって固定されるとともに、
前記バッテリプロテクタは、少なくとも当該バッテリプロテクタにおいて前記締結手段側が前記締結手段によって前記バッテリケースに取り付けられる
ことを特徴とする付記1に記載のバッテリユニット。
Claims (4)
- 駆動部としてのモータが取り付けられた車体に取り付けられるバッテリユニットであって、
前記バッテリユニットは、
バッテリケースと、
前記バッテリケース内に収容されて保持される複数のバッテリモジュールと、
前記モータに対向する対向壁部を有するバッテリプロテクタであって、
前記バッテリケースが前記車体に取り付けられた際に、当該バッテリケースにおいて前記モータ側に向く部位に取り付けられて前記バッテリケースの変形を抑制するバッテリプロテクタと
を具備することを特徴とするバッテリユニット。 - 前記対向壁部は、前記モータから前記バッテリケースに向かう方向に沿って前記モータから離れるに従い、傾斜することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリユニット。
- 前記対向壁部の先端は、当該バッテリケースが前記車体に取り付けられた状態で前記バッテリケースの前記モータ側の周縁部近傍まで延び、
前記周縁部には、当該周縁部に沿って延びるプレート部材が設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバッテリユニット。 - 前記バッテリケースは、当該バッテリケースが前記車体に取り付けられた際に下側に位置するトレイ部材と、当該バッテリケースが前記車体に取り付けられた際に上側に位置するカバー部材とを備え、
前記トレイ部材と前記カバー部材とは、締結手段によって固定されるとともに、
前記バッテリプロテクタは、少なくとも当該バッテリプロテクタにおいて前記締結手段側が前記締結手段によって前記バッテリケースに取り付けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリユニット。
