Abstract
【解決手段】セパレータ60の端部の少なくとも一部を熱溶着により接合して袋を形成し、当該袋内に正極50を配置した袋詰正極と、袋詰正極に積層され、正極50よりも大きい負極30と、を有し、熱溶着によりセパレータ60に形成される溶着部62は、積層方向から見て、負極30の外周よりも外側に設けられている電池。

Claims (8)
- セパレータの端部の少なくとも一部を熱溶着により接合して袋を形成し、当該袋内に正極を配置した袋詰正極と、
前記袋詰正極に積層され、前記正極よりも大きい負極と、
を有し、
前記熱溶着により前記セパレータに形成される溶着部は、積層方向から見て、前記負極の外周よりも外側に設けられている電池。 - 前記袋詰正極内において、前記正極の外面と前記セパレータの内面とは接着部材により相互に接着されている請求項1記載の電池。
- 2枚のセパレータ間に正極を挟み、前記セパレータの端部の少なくとも一部を熱溶着により接合して、袋詰正極を形成する工程(a)と、
前記袋詰正極に、前記正極よりも大きい負極を積層する工程(b)と、
を含み、
前記工程(a)では、前記熱溶着により前記セパレータに形成される溶着部が、後の工程(b)で前記負極が積層されたときに当該負極の外周よりも外側に設けられるように、予め前記正極から離れた位置において前記セパレータの端部を熱溶着する電池製造方法。 - 前記工程(a)において、前記セパレータ間に前記正極を挟む際には、前記正極の中心線を検出し、当該中心線を前記セパレータの中心線に合わせる請求項3記載の電池製造方法。
- 前記袋詰正極は、2枚のセパレータの端部の少なくとも一部を熱溶着により接合して袋を形成している請求項3または請求項4に記載の電池製造方法。
- 前記袋詰正極は、1枚のセパレータを折り返して、重なった端部の少なくとも一部を熱溶着により接合して袋を形成している請求項3または請求項4に記載の電池製造方法。
- セパレータの端辺の少なくとも一部を熱溶着により接合して袋に形成し、当該袋内に第1電極を配置した袋詰電極であって、
前記熱溶着により前記セパレータに形成される溶着部は、前記第1電極よりも大きく極性が異なる第2電極を積層した状態で、積層方向から見て、前記第2電極の外周よりも外側に設けられている袋詰電極。 - 前記袋内において、前記第1電極の外面と前記セパレータの内面とは接着部材により相互に接着されている請求項7記載の袋詰電極。
