Claims (5)
- タブが偏平面と平行に導出された偏平な単電池を用い、この偏平な単電池を複数積層してなる組電池において、
各タブが、同じ長さの直線部と、各直線部の延長線との間の角度が90度未満となるように各直線部の先端から同じ方向かつ同じ角度に折り曲げられた折り曲げ部と、を有し、
積層方向に隣接した複数のタブの折り曲げ部同士が、重ね合わされて互いに接合されてなる組電池。 - 積層方向に隣接した複数のタブの上記折り曲げ部同士の接合が並列接続を構成する請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 各々複数の偏平な単電池を積層した第1の単電池群と第2の単電池群とが、各々の折り曲げ部が互いに対向する方向となるように対向して配置され、
第1の単電池群のタブが、正極および負極の一方で並列接続され、
第2の単電池群のタブが、負極および正極の他方で並列接続され、
第1の単電池群の1つの単電池のタブの折り曲げ部の先端から折り曲げられたフランジ部と、第2の単電池群の1つの単電池のタブの折り曲げ部の先端から折り曲げられたフランジ部とが、重ね合わされて互いに接合されることにより直列接続を構成する請求項1に記載の組電池。 - 上記複数の偏平な単電池のタブが同じ形状を備える請求項1または2に記載の組電池。
- タブが偏平面と平行に導出された偏平な単電池を用い、この偏平な単電池を複数積層してなる組電池において、積層方向に隣接したタブ同士を接合する方法であって、
各タブの直線部が同じ長さを有するようにして、直線部の延長線との間の角度が90度未満となる角度で直線部の先端から各タブを同じ方向かつ同じ角度に折り曲げて折り曲げ部を形成する工程と、
積層方向に隣接したタブの折り曲げ部同士を重ね合わせる工程と、
これらの重ね合わされた折り曲げ部同士を接合する工程と、
を含むタブ接合方法。
