Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によるラミネート式電池の外装材の製造方法は、表裏一方の面に熱可塑性樹脂層30が設けられるとともに表裏他方の面に潤滑皮膜31が設けられたオーステナイト系のステンレス鋼箔32を素材とし、熱可塑性樹脂層30が設けられた面がパンチ42に対向するようにステンレス鋼箔32を配置し、パンチ42の肩部42cが接触するステンレス鋼箔32の環状領域32aを20℃以下とするとともに、環状領域32aの外部領域32bを40℃以上かつ100℃以下の温度とした状態で、潤滑油を使用せずにステンレス鋼箔32に対して絞り加工を施す。

実施の形態1.
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1によるラミネート式電池を示す斜視図である。図において、電池ケース2の内部には電池要素1が格納されている。周知のように、電池要素1は、正電極、負電極、及びセパレータの積層体であり、電解液に浸されているものである。電池要素1には、一対のタブ3(正電極及び負電極の引出端子)が接続されている。タブ3は、電池ケース2の外部へと引き出されており、図示しない外部電源又は外部負荷に接続される。電池ケース2には、複数の取付孔2aが設けられている。取付孔2aは、例えば電気自動車等の取付対象にラミネート式電池を取付けるためのものである。

Claims (1)
- 表裏一方の面に熱可塑性樹脂層(30)が設けられるとともに表裏他方の面に潤滑皮膜(31)が設けられたオーステナイト系のステンレス鋼箔(32)を素材とし、前記熱可塑性樹脂層(30)が設けられた面がパンチ(42)に対向するように前記ステンレス鋼箔(32)を配置し、前記パンチ(42)の肩部(42d)が接触する前記ステンレス鋼箔(32)の環状領域(32a)を20℃以下とするとともに、前記環状領域(32a)の外部領域(32b)を40℃以上かつ100℃以下の温度とした状態で、潤滑油を使用せずに前記ステンレス鋼箔(32)に対して絞り加工を施すことで、電池要素(1)を収容するための張出部(21a)が形成されたラミネート式電池の外装材(21)を製造することを特徴とするラミネート式電池の外装材の製造方法。
