5)成形後にも残渣がない効果的なパウチ形電池ケース成形装置及びこれを用いたパウチ形電池ケース製造方法を提供することを目的とする。

Claims (13)
- 電極組立体収納部に対応する大きさを持つ湾入形又は貫通形の開放溝が形成されており、シートが上面に位置するダイ;
前記開放溝に対応する形状を持つパンチであって、前記シートに対するディープドローイング(deep drawing)のために開放溝の上部に位置し、下降時に開放溝に導入されるパンチヘッド(punch head)を含むパンチ;
ディープドローイングのために前記シートの両端をダイに加圧固定するホルダー(holder);及び
前記パンチヘッドと接するシートの上面に潤滑剤を供給する潤滑剤供給部;
を含むパウチ形電池ケース成形装置。 - 前記パウチ形電池ケース成形装置は、前記シートの上面に供給された前記潤滑剤を回収する別の潤滑剤回収部が備えられていない、請求項1に記載のパウチ形電池ケース成形装置。
- 前記潤滑剤供給部は、前記潤滑剤を前記シートが延伸される部位にのみ供給する、請求項1または2に記載のパウチ形電池ケース成形装置。
- 前記潤滑剤は、揮発性潤滑剤である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池ケース成形装置。
- 前記シートは、ラミネートシートを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池ケース成形装置。
- 前記パンチヘッドのうち、前記シートと接する部分は、少なくとも低摩擦力係数(frictional coefficient)の素材からなる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池ケース成形装置。
- 前記パンチヘッドのうち、前記シートと接する部分は、少なくとも温度を昇降温可能な温度調節部を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池ケース成形装置。
- 前記潤滑剤供給部は、エアゾール(Aerosol)状態の潤滑剤を噴射可能な噴射ノズルを含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池ケース成形装置。
- 前記噴射ノズルは、前記ホルダーに固定される、請求項8に記載のパウチ形電池ケース成形装置。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載されたパウチ形電池ケース成形装置を用いるパウチ形電池ケース製造方法であって、
(S1)前記ダイと前記パンチとの間に前記シートを配置する段階;
(S2)前記パンチヘッドと接触する前記シートの部分に前記潤滑剤を塗布する段階;及び
(S3)前記パンチを用いて前記シートを電池ケースとして成形する段階;
を含むパウチ形電池ケース製造方法。 - 前記潤滑剤は、前記パンチヘッドの表面と前記シートの表面に同時に塗布される、請求項10に記載のパウチ形電池ケース製造方法。
- 前記(S2)段階は、エアゾール(Aerosol)状態の潤滑剤を噴射する方法で行われる、請求項11に記載のパウチ形電池ケース製造方法。
- 前記ホルダーに固定される噴射ノズルから前記エアゾール(Aerosol)状態の潤滑剤を噴射する、請求項12に記載のパウチ形電池ケース製造方法。
