Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態による積層セラミックスキャパシタ用セラミックス組成物は、誘電体セラミックス粉末、有機バインダ、及び特定の化学式で表される帯電防止剤を含む。本発明の一実施形態によるセラミックス組成物を含むセラミックスグリーンシートは、その厚さが薄くなっても静電気の発生量が少なく、優れた機械的物性を示すことができる。

Claims (20)
- 前記帯電防止剤の含量は、前記誘電体セラミックス粉末100重量部に対して0.1〜10重量部である請求項1に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタ用セラミックス組成物。
- 前記誘電体セラミックス粉末は、チタン酸バリウム系材料またはチタン酸ストロンチウム系材料である請求項1に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタ用セラミックス組成物。
- 前記有機バインダの含量は、前記誘電体セラミックス粉末100重量部に対して5〜20重量部である請求項1に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタ用セラミックス組成物。
- 前記帯電防止剤の含量は、前記誘電体セラミックス粉末100重量部に対して0.1〜10重量部である請求項5に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタ。
- 前記有機バインダの含量は、前記誘電体セラミックス粉末100重量部に対して5〜20重量部である請求項5に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタ。
- 前記セラミックス本体は、前記複数の誘電体層の間に形成された接着剤層をさらに含む請求項5に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタ。
- 前記接着剤層は前記セラミックス組成物の有機バインダより重合度が大きい有機バインダを含む請求項8に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタ。
- 前記一誘電体層の厚さは、10μm以下である請求項5に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタ。
- 前記誘電体層の積層数は100層以上である請求項5に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタ。
- 前記セラミックス積層体を形成する段階は、
前記セラミックスグリーンシートを積層機に吸着させて移動させ、前記積層機から脱着させて前記セラミックスグリーンシートの厚さ方向に積層することで行われる請求項12に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタの製造方法。 - 前記セラミックスグリーンシートは、キャリアフィルムから剥離されて前記積層機に吸着される請求項13に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタの製造方法。
- 前記セラミックスグリーンシート上に内部電極パターンを形成した後、前記セラミックスグリーンシート上に接着剤層を形成する段階をさらに含む請求項12に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタの製造方法。
- 前記接着剤層は、前記セラミックス組成物の有機バインダより重合度が高い有機バインダを含む請求項15に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタの製造方法。
- 前記帯電防止剤の含量は、前記誘電体セラミックス粉末100重量部に対して0.1〜10重量部である請求項12に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタの製造方法。
- 前記有機バインダの含量は、前記誘電体セラミックス粉末100重量部に対して5〜20重量部である請求項12に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタの製造方法。
- 前記セラミックスグリーンシートの厚さは、10μm以下である請求項12に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタの製造方法。
- 前記セラミックスグリーンシートの積層数は100層以上である請求項12に記載の積層セラミックスキャパシタの製造方法。
