Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 内側チューブ、繊維補強材及び外側被覆を備え、前記補強材が複数のナイロンヤーンと複数のポリエステルヤーンから実質的に成る拡張ホース。
- 前記繊維補強材が、編組され、螺旋状にされ又は巻かれたヤーンの平衡にされた補強層を備えるとともに、前記ナイロン及びポリエステルヤーンが、前記平衡にされた層において、交互形式で配置される請求項1に記載の拡張ホース。
- 前記補強材が、前記ナイロンヤーンの第1の編組層と、前記ポリエステルヤーンの第2の編組層とを備える請求項1に記載の拡張ホース。
- 前記第2の編組層が、前記第1の編組層に対して相対的に外側の層である請求項3に記載の拡張ホース。
- 前記編組層がそれらの間にゴム層を有し、かつ前記繊維補強材が実質的に接着処理によって含浸される請求項4に記載の拡張ホース。
- 6.9MPa〜20.7MPaの範囲の内部圧力で、約13%〜約35%の範囲の容積拡張を有する請求項5に記載の拡張ホース。
- 少なくとも62MPaの破裂圧力を有する請求項6に記載の拡張ホース。
- 内側チューブ、繊維補強材及び外側被覆を備え、前記補強材が複数のヤーンを備え、かつ前記ヤーンが第1の繊維材料種類の複数のフィラメントと、第2の繊維材料種類の複数のフィラメントとを備え、第1の繊維種類は、少なくとも約17%で、かつ第2の繊維種類の破断伸びより約4%から6%伸びが高い破断伸びを有する拡張ホース。
- 前記繊維補強材が、前記第2の繊維種類のヤーンの第2の補強層の内側にある、前記第1の繊維種類のヤーンの第1の補強層を備える請求項8に記載の拡張ホース。
- 前記2つの補強層の間に、摩擦層をさらに備える請求項9に記載の拡張ホース。
- 各前記補強層が、編組層であり、或いは、螺旋状にされ若しくは巻かれた層の平衡にされた一対である請求項10に記載の拡張ホース。
- 前記繊維補強材が、実質的に接着処理によって含浸される請求項11に記載の拡張ホース。
- 前記第1の繊維種類がナイロンであって、かつ前記第2の繊維種類がポリエステルである請求項12に記載の拡張ホース。
- 前記繊維補強材が、編組され、螺旋状にされ又は巻かれたヤーンの平衡にされた補強層を備え、前記ヤーンが前記第1及び前記第2の繊維材料種類のブレンドを備える請求項8に記載の拡張ホース。
- 前記繊維補強材が、編組され、螺旋状にされ又は巻かれたヤーンの平衡にされた補強層を備え、前記2種類の繊維材料が2つの各々の種類のヤーンとして存在し、かつ前記2種類のヤーンが前記平衡にされた層において交互形式で配置される請求項8に記載の拡張ホース。
- 6.9MPa〜20.7MPaの範囲の内部圧力で、約13%〜約35%の範囲の容積拡張を有する請求項8に記載の拡張ホース。
- 圧力変動を平滑化するための拡張ホースと、少なくとも1つの接続具、連結具、ブラケット、ホースクランプ、又は他のホースを備え、前記拡張ホースが内側チューブ、繊維補強材及び外側被覆を備え、前記補強材が複数のヤーンを備え、かつ前記ヤーンが第1の繊維材料種類の複数のフィラメントと、第2の繊維材料種類の複数のフィラメントとを備え、第1の繊維種類は、少なくとも約17%で、かつ第2の繊維種類の破断伸びより約4%から6%伸びが高い破断伸びを有するホース組立品。
- a)チューブを形成する工程と、
b)平衡にされた編組層において交互形式で配置され、あるいは、ナイロンヤーンの第1の編組層及びポリエステルヤーンの第2の編組層に配置された、これら2種類のヤーンを有する平衡にされた編組層において、ポリエステルのヤーン及びナイロンのヤーンを備えるとともに、アラミド、ガラス又は金属の繊維又はヤーンを備えない補強材を、前記チューブに取り付ける工程と、
c)前記第1及び前記第2の編組層の間に摩擦ゴム層を取り付ける工程と、
d)所定の破裂圧力評価及び容積拡張の拡張ホースを形成し、これにより、液圧システムにおいて圧力パルスを平滑にできるように、ゴム及び/又は繊維の被覆層を取り付ける工程と
を備える方法。 - 前記補強材が、前記ナイロンヤーンの第1の編組層と、前記ポリエステルヤーンの第2の編組層とから実質的に成り、かつ前記ヤーンは実質的に接着処理によって含浸される請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記容積拡張が、6.9MPa〜17.2MPaの範囲の圧力で、13%より大きくなり、前記ナイロンの層が前記ポリエステルの層に対して相対的に内側の層であって、かつ前記ナイロンヤーンが前記ポリエステルヤーンよりも大きい破断伸びを有する請求項19に記載の方法。
- 6.9MPa〜17.2MPaの範囲の圧力で、13%より大きい容積拡張を有し、かつ内側チューブ、繊維補強材及び外側被覆を備え、前記補強材が、単一の平衡にされた層又は2つの分離された平衡にされた層において、複数のナイロンヤーンと複数のポリエステルヤーンを備えるとともに、アラミド、ガラス、又は金属の繊維又はヤーンを有していない拡張ホース。
- 前記1つの層又は複数の層が編組されている請求項21に記載の拡張ホース。
