Abstract
【解決手段】電気化学セル用包装材料において、ポリオレフィン層15を構成する樹脂のMFR(230℃)を、10g/10分以上25g/10分以下とし、酸変性ポリオレフィン層14を構成する樹脂のMFR(230℃)を、5g/10分以上7g/10分以下とした。

Description
(1)ビガット軟化点115℃以上、融点150℃以上のホモタイプ、
(2)ビガット軟化点105℃以上、融点130℃以上のエチレンープロピレンとの共重合体(ランダム共重合タイプ)
(3)融点110℃以上である不飽和カルボン酸を用い酸変性重合した単体又はブレンド物等を用いることができる。
[実施例1]
[包装材料のサンプル作製]
上記方法により作製した試料1〜試料4にかかる電気化学セル用包装材料を60mm(MD方向)×120mm(TD方向)の短冊片に裁断し、この短冊片をTD方向に折り返しポリプロピレン側を重ね合わせて、対向する2辺を7mm巾でヒートシールして一方に開口を有する袋を作成した。このとき、ヒートシールは、面圧1.0MPa、シール温度190℃、シール時間3.0秒の条件で行なった。次にヒートシール部上のTD方向に折り目ができるようにMD方向に袋を180°折り返し、この折り返しを往復20回繰り返した。その後、開口部よりリチウムイオン電池本体を封入し、電解液を入れ密封シールした。次に、封入した電解液と包装材料を構成するアルミニウムとの間に電圧100Vを5秒間印加し抵抗値を測定した。本評価法においては、試料1〜試料4にかかる電気化学セル用包装材料からそれぞれ上記袋を100個ずつ用意し、抵抗値が∞を示した場合を良品とし、良品の個数を表1に示す。
[実施例2]
[包装材料のサンプル作製]
上記の方法により作製した試料5〜試料7にかかる電気化学セル用包装材料を裁断して25mm×250mmの短冊片を2枚ずつ作製し、ホットタック試験器(Theller社製)にポリプロピレン側を重ね合わせて2枚の試料をセットしてヒートシール(シール温度170℃、面圧3.8MPa、シール時間2.0秒)し、ヒートシール直後に引き取り速度2000mm/minでシール部分を引き離しながら、引き取り時の強度を測定した。そして、測定開始時の強度をヒートシール直後のヒートシール部の接着強度とし、表2に示す。なお、単位はN/25mm巾である。

- 金属箔層と、酸変性ポリオレフィン層と、ポリオレフィン層とが、少なくとも順次積層された電気化学セル用包装材料において、
前記ポリオレフィン層を構成する樹脂のMFR(230℃)が、10g/10分以上25g/10分以下であり、
前記酸変性ポリオレフィン層を構成する樹脂のMFR(230℃)が、5g/10分以上7g/10分以下であることを特徴とする電気化学セル用包装材料。 - 前記ポリオレフィン層を構成する樹脂のMFR(230℃)が、10g/10分以上15g/10分以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学セル用包装材料。
