y>x/2の場合:aPbO+(Pb1−xNdx)((Zr1−zTiz)1−yNiy)O3−y+x/2◇y−x/2である式による構造を有し、
0≦a<1、0<x<1、0<y<1、0<z<1、aは計量におけるPbOの過剰量を表し、□はPbの空孔を表し、◇はOの空孔を表すことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料を包含するエレクトロセラミック構成要素。
- 圧電アクチュエータとして形作られている、請求項6に記載のエレクトロセラミック構成要素。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料を包含する少なくとも二つの層、および、これらの層の間に存在する内部電極を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の圧電アクチュエータ。
- A1)Pb、Zr、Ti、Ndおよび酸素を含む出発材料を、粉砕および混合することによる、セラミックの原材料混合物の製造、
B1)NiまたはNi化合物の導入、
C1)原材料混合物のか焼、
D1)セラミックの焼結、
の工程を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料を製造する方法。 - Ndは、0.01〜6mol%の範囲において加えられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- NiまたはNi化合物の導入は、前記方法の工程C1)におけるか焼の前に行われることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- NiまたはNi化合物の導入は、前記方法の工程C1)におけるか焼の後に行われることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- Niは、0.01〜6mol%の範囲において加えられることを特徴とする請求項9ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法の工程D1)の前に、バインダーを包含するセラミックの原材料混合物から、セラミックグリーンシートが形成されることを特徴とする請求項9ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- A2)請求項14に記載の方法による、セラミックグリーンシートの供給と、
B2)前記セラミックグリーンシートの互いの上への積層を形成するレイヤリングと、
C2)グリーンパーツを作るための、ラミネートによる積層の圧密化と、
D2)前記グリーンパーツのバインダー除去と、
E2)前記グリーンパーツの焼結と、
を備える、多層エレクトロセラミック構成要素を製造する方法。 - A3)Pb、Zr、Ti、Ndおよび酸素を含む出発材料を、粉砕および混合することによるセラミックの原材料混合物の製造と、
B3)前記セラミックの原材料混合物のか焼と、
C3)前記B3)のセラミックの原材料混合物へのバインダーの添加と、
D3)前記C3)の混合物からのグリーンシートの形成と、
E3)前記D3)の前記グリーンシート上への、材料にNiを含む内部電極の印刷処理と、
F3)互いの上への積層を形成する、前記E3)のセラミックグリーンシートのレイヤリングと、
G3)グリーンパーツを作るための、ラミネートによる積層の圧密化と、
H3)前記グリーンパーツのバインダー除去と、
I3)Niのいくらかが、前記内部電極からセラミック材料の中へ移動し、その中に組み込まれる、前記グリーンパーツの焼結と、
を備える、多層式の構成要素を製造する方法。 - 前記内部電極の材料は、金属Niまたは酸化Niを含むことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の方法。
