Abstract
Description
a) トリアジン化合物以外のさらなる化合物を金属または金属酸化物層に塗布するステップと、
b) さらなる化合物が少なくとも部分的に液体状態にある間に金属または金属酸化物層上にトリアジン化合物を蒸着させるステップと、
を含む方法にも関する。
図1に示されている装置内で、コーティング実験を実施した。2軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム(BOPP)にアルミニウム(平均厚み28nm)をコーティングし、その後50μPaの真空にてメラミンをコーティングした。表中でさらに説明する通り、アルミニウム表面近傍でさらなる化合物を蒸発させた。フィルム速度は9または5m/秒であった。複合層の一部にさらに印刷を行った。積層強度を測定するため、全てにさらなるプラスチックフィルムを積層化した。
類似の要領で、メタノールが酸化物層に供給されている間に、酸化アルミニウム(15nm)およびメラミン(300nm)で12ミクロンのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(PET)を処理した。OTRは5であり、WVTRは0.6であった。次にメラミン層に印刷を行い、透過率のわずかな増加をひき起こした。保護層が無ければ、OTRの値は一般に3倍になる。印刷した複合層の一部を、実施例1〜9について記述した通りの接着剤およびプロピレンフィルムでさらに積層化した。別の部分を直接押出プロセスにおいて(ダイ温度は320℃であった)ポリエチレンフィルムと積層させた。結晶質メラミン層は、このように作られたフィルム(15〜35ミクロンの厚さのPEフィルム)により加熱に耐えることができ、優れた積層強度を示した。
類似の要領で、実施例7に記述した通りに作った複合層を用いて積層体を作製した。さらなる積層において、Novacote NC275Aおよび触媒CA12(それぞれ42.7および10.7重量%)と46.6%の酢酸エチルから成る接着剤をメラミン層上に塗布した。接着剤は40%の固体百分率を有していた。積層後のOTRは9.5であった。積層強度は2N/インチ超であった。
Claims (26)
- 基板層およびプラスチックフィルムそしてその間に結晶質トリアジン層および金属または金属酸化物層を含み、30mm/分の90度引張り試験において測定された場合に、約2N/25mm(インチ)以上の積層強度を有する積層体。
- 前記金属または金属酸化物層が前記基板または前記プラスチックフィルムに直接ボンディングされている積層体。
- 前記結晶質トリアジン層が前記金属または金属酸化物層に対しボンディングされている、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の積層体。
- 前記積層体が前記結晶質トリアジン層と前記プラスチックフィルムの1層との間に接着層を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層体。
- 基板、金属または金属酸化物バリア層およびトリアジン化合物を含む結晶質トリアジン層を含む複合層であって、接着剤およびプラスチックフィルムと共に前記結晶質トリアジン層上に積層化された時点で、30mm/分の90度引張り試験において測定された場合に約2N/25mm(インチ)以上の積層強度を示すことができる、複合層。
- 前記積層体が印刷されたパターンを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層体または複合層。

- さらなる化合物が極性化合物であり、メタノール、エタノール、イソ−プロパノール、1−プロパノール、ジメチルスルホキシド、1−ペンタノール、1−ブタノール、アセトン、メチル−エチル−ケトン、酢酸、ギ酸、水中のホルムアルデヒド、エタナール、プロパナール、n−酢酸ブチル、i−酢酸プロピル、酢酸エチル、ギ酸エチル、ヘキサン、デカン、トルエンおよび水からなる群から選択される、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記さらなる化合物が、約2.0以上かつ100以下の誘電定数を有する、請求項17〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記さらなる化合物が、10mN/m以上および70mN/n以下の表面張力を有する、請求項17〜20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記さらなる化合物が、0.01kPa以上(25℃で測定)かつ100kPa以下の蒸気圧を有する、請求項17〜21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 可撓性または剛性包装材を目的とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の積層体または複合層あるいは請求項17〜22のいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いて得られた積層体または複合層の使用。
- 可撓性ディスプレイを目的とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の積層体または複合層あるいは請求項17〜22のいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いて得られた積層体または複合層の使用。
- 金属または金属酸化物およびトリアジンを基板上に真空下で被着させるための装置において、巻き取りロールおよび金属または金属酸化物被着部分とトリアジン被着部とを有する少なくとも1つの真空チャンバを含み、トリアジン被着部分にはトリアジン蒸発器とさらなる化合物を塗布するための出口とが含まれている、装置。
- 金属または金属酸化物層を有する基板上に真空下でトリアジンを被着させるための装置であって、巻き取りロールおよびトリアジン被着部分を有する少なくとも1つの真空チャンバを含み、トリアジン被着部分にはトリアジン蒸発器とさらなる化合物を塗布するための出口とが含まれている、装置。
