Изобретение, кроме того, относится к способу изготовления композиционного слоя, включающего стадию нанесения слоя триазина на подложку со слоем из металла или оксида металла методом нанесения из паровой фазы, причем способ включает в себя а) нанесение на слой из металла или оксида металла дополнительного соединения, не являющегося соединением триазина; и b) нанесение из паровой фазы соединения триазина на слой из металла или оксида металла, при этом указанное дополнительное соединение находится, по меньшей мере, частично в жидком состоянии.
