Abstract

Mevcut buluş, bir substrat ve bir kaplama ihtiva eden bir kaplamalı kesme takımı sunmaktadır; burada söz konusu kaplama, 10-30 µm kalınlığına sahip katodik ark biriktirme ile kaplanan en az bir bileşik tabakası ihtiva eder; kaplama, 0.2GPa'dan düşük sıkıştırma gerilmelerinden 3GPa'dan düşük sıkıştırma gerilmelerine kadar dahili gerilim aralıklarına sahip olması ile karakterize edilmektedir.
