Abstract

A surface-treated hot-dip plated steel includes: a steel (1); and a coating material (28) that is provided on a surface of the steel(]), wherein the coating material (28) includes, in order from the steel, a plating layer (23) and a coating film (24) which contains an organic resin that is formed on a surface of the plating layer (23), the plating layer (23) contains Al, Zn, Si, Mg, and Cr as constituent elements in which an Al content is 25 mass% to 75 mass%, an Mg content is 0.1 mass% to IO mass%, and a Cr content is 0.02 mass% to 1.0 mass%, the plating layer (23) contains 0.2 vol% to 15 vol% of an Si-Mg phase, a mass ratio of Mg in the Si-Mg phase to a total amount of Mg in the plating layer is 3% to 100%. The organic resin is cross­linked by at least one selected from the group consisting of a silane coupling agent, a cross­linking zirconium compound, a cross-linking titanium compound, an epoxy compound, and an amino resin.
