Description
Claims (15)
- 多数のサンプル・ラックを収容するための、移動式保管・取出し装置であって、
内部、及び外部上面を有するハウジング;
各棚が少なくとも1つのラックを保持することが出来る、内部に配置された多数の内部棚;
外部上面上のローディング・トレイ;
ラックを上に保持することが出来、各棚と位置合わせした位置からローディング・トレイと位置合わせした位置への間を動くことが出来る、縦方向に並進可能なエレベーター;
ラックをエレベーターから棚の上に動かすように適合されたコンベアー・システム;
及び
ハウジング内部に冷却空気を送るように適合された、少なくとも1つのダクト;
を含む保管・取出し装置。 - さらに、コンベアー・システムが、ラックを棚からエレベーターの上へと動かすように適合されている、請求項1に記載の保管・取出し装置。
- さらに、コンベアー・システムが、ラックをローディング・トレイとエレベーターの間を動かすように適合されている、請求項1に記載の保管・取出し装置。
- 冷却空気ダクトが冷却空気源に接続されている、請求項1に記載の保管・取出し装置。
- コンベアー・システムが、エレベーターが棚と水平方向に整列した場合に、クラッチとスプロケットが一緒にかみ合うことが出来る、エレベーター上のモーターに装着されたクラッチと、棚に取り付けられた第1と第2のスプロケットとを含む、請求項1に記載の保管・取出し装置。
- コンベアー・システムが、エレベーターが棚と水平方向に整列した場合に、フィンとピンが一緒にかみ合うことが出来る、エレベーター上のモーターに装着された回転可能なフィンと、棚に取り付けられた突き出たピンを有する回転可能なディスクを含む、請求項1に記載の保管・取出し装置。
- モーターが、第1スプロケットを第1の速度で、第2スプロケットを、第2の速度が第1の速度より低い、第2の速度で駆動するように、第1スプロケットと第2スプロケットの間のスプロケット比が選択される、請求項5に記載の保管・取出し装置。
- 移動式保管・取出し装置の外部壁が、断熱されている、請求項1に記載の保管・取出し装置。
- 中に保管されているラックの位置を追跡するためのセンサーを、さらに含む、請求項1に記載の保管・取出し装置。
- 中に保管されているラックの識別を検出するためのセンサーを、さらに含む、請求項1に記載の保管・取出し装置。
- 任意のラックを任意の棚から取出し、そのラックをローディング・トレイに置くように、縦方向に並進可能なエレベーターとコンベアー・システムを制御するためにプログラム化された中央演算処理装置をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の保管・取出し装置。
- 内部棚が2列に配置され、ここで縦方向に並進可能なエレベーターが、列の間中央に配置される、請求項1に記載の保管・取出し装置。
- エレベーターとコンベアー・システムがバッテリー電源式である、請求項1に記載の保管・取出し装置。
- サンプル・ラックが患者のサンプル、試薬、キャリブレーション液、及び/又は品質管理溶液を保持することが出来る、請求項1に記載の保管・取出し装置。
- 装置の表面に取り付けられた、装置の動きを補助するように適合された機構を、さらに含む、請求項1に記載の保管・取出し装置。
