Claims (20)
- 液晶パネルとバックライトユニットとの少なくともいずれか1つを収納するフレームと、
前記液晶パネルとバックライトユニットを結合する接着層と、を含み、
前記接着層は、光を拡散させる光拡散用接着シート及び偏光フィルム中少なくともいずれか1つを含む、ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記フレームはシリコーンと合成樹脂との少なくともいずれか1つを含むレジンから形成された、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記フレームは側壁を含み、
前記側壁は、前記液晶パネルとバックライトユニットの側面の少なくとも一つが収納されるように収納溝が形成された、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記光拡散用接着シートは液状粘着剤と光散乱用粒子を含む、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記液状粘着剤はレジンを含み、前記光散乱用粒子はアクリルを含む、請求項4に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記偏光フィルムは第1PSA(Pressure Sensitive Adhesive)層、第1TAC(Tri acetyl Cellulose)層、PVA(Poly vinyl Alcohol)層、第2TAC(Tri acetyl Cellulose)層、AR/LR/AG(Anti-Glare/Low Reflection/Anti-reflection)層及び第2PSA(Pressure Sensitive Adhesive)層中少なくとも2つの層を含む請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 液晶パネルとバックライトユニットとの少なくともいずれか1つを収納するフレームと、
前記液晶パネルとバックライトユニットを結合する接着層と、を含み、
前記フレームはレジンから形成された、ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記接着層は液状粘着剤と光散乱用粒子を含む、請求項7に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記接着層は第1PSA(Pressure Sensitive Adhesive)層と、第1TAC(Tri acetyl Cellulose)層と、PVA(Poly vinyl Alcohol)層と、第2TAC(Tri acetyl Cellulose)層と、AR/LR/AG(Anti-Glare/Low Reflection/Anti-reflection)層と、第2PSA(Pressure Sensitive Adhesive)層との内の少なくとも2つの層を含む偏光フィルムを含む、請求項7に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 液晶パネルとバックライトユニットとの少なくともいずれか1つをフレーム形成用金型に設置する段階と、
前記金型にレジンを注入する段階と、
前記レジンを硬化させて、前記液晶パネルとバックライトユニットとの少なくともいずれか1つと結合されたフレームを形成する段階と、
を含むディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記液晶パネル及びバックライトユニットは相互結合されて前記金型に設置される、請求項10に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記液晶パネル及びバックライトユニットの相互結合は、
前記バックライトユニット上に光拡散用接着シート材を塗布する段階と、
前記光拡散用接着シート材が塗布されたバックライトユニット上に液晶パネルを結合させる段階と、を含む請求項11に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記光拡散用接着シート材は液状粘着剤及び光散乱用粒子の混合物から形成された、請求項12に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記液状粘着剤はレジンを含み、前記光散乱用粒子はアクリルを含む、請求項13に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記金型は、前記液晶パネル及びバックライトユニットの外形と対応する形態で形成された、請求項10に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記レジンは合成樹脂とシリコーンとのいずれか1つを含む、請求項10に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記フレームは、前記金型と前記液晶パネル及びバックライトユニットとの間の空間に形成され、
前記フレームの側壁は、前記バックライトユニット及び液晶パネルの側面に対応する形態で形成される、
請求項10に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記レジンは前記液晶パネル及びバックライトユニットの間から注入される、請求項10に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記液晶パネル及びバックライトユニットを前記金型に設置する前に、前記液晶パネルの上部及び下部に偏光フィルムを形成して前記液晶パネル及びバックライトユニットを相互接着させる段階を含む、請求項10に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記偏光フィルムは第1PSA(Pressure Sensitive Adhesive)層と、第1TAC(Tri acetyl Cellulose)層と、PVA(Poly vinyl Alcohol)層と、第2TAC(Tri acetyl Cellulose)層と、AR/LR/AG(Anti-Glare/Low Reflection/Anti-reflection)層と、第2PSA(Pressure Sensitive Adhesive)層との内の、少なくとも2つの層を含む請求項19に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
